We, Thai Airways are pleased to inform you with our updated Baggage policy to Piece concept across entire network.
With this implementation, the Weight Concept will be fully replaced by the Piece Concept for the remaining network,
and updated Piece Concept allowances and excess baggage rates will apply for travel to/from Area 1.

Dear All,

Following the tragic terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, Air India has waived cancellation and rescheduling charges for tickets on Srinagar routes.(as given below).

The below waiver DOM/9/25/SXR , is revised as under :-
Applicability :
Applicable for passengers holding confirmed tickets on all flights operating in & out of Srinagar airport. Applicable only on 098 documents for all tickets issued till today for travel till 30th Apr 25.

Waiver :
Free one time change fee without any fare difference for revised travel dates till 15th May 2025 within the validity of the ticket. No Fare difference to be charged.

For revised travel dates beyond 15th May 25, only change fee would be waived however fare difference would be applicable. Change in Cabin Class not permitted.

Full waiver of cancellation charges in case passenger desires to cancel their tickets.

Waiver code to be used: DOM/9/25/SXR

Waiver code must be properly endorsed on the tickets to effect the waiver.

Please be guided accordingly.
