Any person (“The Customer”) who intends to avail VISA services from EMT shall be subject to the terms and conditions as detailed below. VISA services includes collection and review of documents.
By accepting terms and conditions, EMT undertake services on your behalf, Customer also undertakes that the Customer Agreement as accepted by him/her shall also be read in conjunction with the present T&Cs.
SCOPE OF SERVICES AND PROCEDURE:
EMT is only the facilitator and customer agrees that the approval/rejection of visa, is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/High Commission before which the visa application is submitted.
EMT will provide the Customer with the necessary information for the visa application process (as provided by the respective Embassy/High Commission) along with the average time taken for the processing of a visa application, to enable a customer to apply for the visa in a timely manner.
Every country has different requirements w.r.t Visa’s and documents Like Validity of the passport from the date of travel, no. of blank pages in the passport The said requirements are set by respective countries/ nations and subject to change without notice. EMT furnish all information as per guidelines from embassies and ensures its customers are given updated information, at times it is possible there may be instances where the updated detail is not made available to EMT, as a result of which EMT may not be able to provide the same to its customers. In such cases, EMT will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in such information.
All requirements for making a visa application are calculated based on general criteria like Nationality, Gender, age, profession, travel history etc. EMT will provide check list of documents as per the requirement by the concerned embassy/country for the purpose of applying visa. EMT may only cross-check the documents as per the check list without going through in details of each document.. EMT may also appoint third party vendors for the visa application process for different countries. Such third party vendors will be responsible for applying for the visa of customers for the respective countries they have been appointed for.
The customer undertakes to provide the genuine documents to EMT for the processing of the visa and the information provided by the customer is correct. EMT shall bear no responsibility to verify the genuineness of the documents or the information provided.. Once Necessary Information is provided by a Customer to EMT, he/she agrees EMT to file necessary VISA application along with Visa Fees/Embassy charges on its behalf to concerned embassy/country., the concerned embassy/country, may call the Customer for a face to face, interview, at its sole discretion. EMT shall have no role to play in this process and shall immediately inform the Customer about the date, time and requirements (if any) as communicated by the concerned Embassy/country.
OK TO BOARD: An ”ok to board” may be required for customers travelling to Dubai & it is completely at the discretion of the airline/concern department to grant or reject ’ok to board”. Correct information is required like contact details, email id for the OK TO BOARD / VISA services
The Customer agrees to pay EMT a service fee towards the cost of providing the services of submitting the application on the Customer’s behalf to concerned embassy. The Service Fee will be paid in addition to the Visa fees, VFS/Embassy charges as prescribed by the respective Embassy/Country. Customer is liable to pay the Service Fee at the time confirmation is given by him/her to avail services of EMT. Embassy fees/taxes/other charges which are not there under the control of EMT are subject to changes made by Embassies/concern authorities without prior notice to EMT, and EMT cannot be held liable for this.
In addition to the aforesaid any charges for logistics, i.e. pick up of documents, collection of passport etc. or any courier charges shall be in addition to the fees mentioned above.
Service Fee of EMT shall be non-refundable once the booking is generated for Visa & VISA fees is non refundable once the application is submitted in the embassy, . However, the visa fee maybe refundable only till such time the application is filed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
EMT solely acts as a facilitator for Visa processing and is not responsible for grant or rejection of Customers Visa in any manner whatsoever. Issuance of VISA is a sole decision of concerned Embassy and EMT cannot be held liable for the same. EMT will provide best of its services. However, shall not be held liable for the acts and omissions of any consulate/embassy/authorities in delaying or not issuing the VISA for any reason whatsoever. EMT also cannot be held liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Customer.
Once EMT returns passport and documents of a Customer, the customer has to double check if all required details like - visa, name , gender is in order and matches their travel programme.
EMT will not be liable in any respect or for any loss or delay caused by events including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions (including passport and embassy consular officials).
Incase of reapply thru EMT against the rejection of the Visa, It will considered as fresh transaction and applicable fees along with services fees will be applicable.
EMT shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the passport is safely delivered to the customer INCASE of outstation . However EMT shall in no way be held liable if the passport is lost in transit or misplaced by the logistics service provider.
MODIFICATION & JUSRISDICTION:
EMT reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, & the customers should regularly review T&C in EMT website.
In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction
