Tourist Visa
- The Applicant’s passport should have validity for at least one year from the date of application along with its 2 photocopies of the 1st, 2nd and last pages.
- Three completed and duly signed (by the applicant) visa application forms in original should be submitted.
- Three latest passport-size photographs.
- The visa application forms should be enclosed with a covering letter from the Applicant.
- Confirmed onward / return air ticket along with its photocopy.
- Onward country visa (if any).
- As per Embassy guidelines, traveler should have a certificate of inoculation against cholera; in addition the Original Yellow Fever Certificate with a photocopy is compulsory.
- A Letter of confirmation from Zambian tour operator on their letterhead confirming hotel as well as the travel itinerary and enough proof of funds.
- Bank statement for last six months.
- Copy of the Credit card.
- After issuance, the Visa remains valid for 90 days and period of stay is also 90 days. Any period beyond 90 days will require authority, in the form of a permit from the Chief Immigration Officer.
- Visa is processed in 3 to 5 working days.
The visa fee should be paid in the form of a bank draft in favor of Zambia High Commission and should be submitted along with a photo copy of the same

- The visa application forms should be submitted along with a covering letter from the Indian company on the companies’ letter head.
- The visa application should be enclosed with a letter of invitation from the business associates in Zambia on the company letterhead with sufficient proofs of funds.
- Confirmed onward / return air ticket along with its photocopy.
- Onward country visa (if any).
- As per Embassy guidelines, traveler should have a certificate of inoculation against cholera; in addition the Original Yellow Fever Certificate with a photocopy is compulsory.

- The visa application forms should be enclosed with a covering letter from the Applicant.
- Confirmed onward / return air ticket along with its photocopy.
- Onward country visa (if any).
- As per Embassy guidelines, traveler should have a certificate of inoculation against cholera; in addition the Original Yellow Fever Certificate with a photocopy is compulsory.
- Applicant must submit a letter of invitation from friends / relatives mentioning complete address and their status (resident / employment / citizen / others) of the sponsor confirming the responsibility of the applicant's stay.
- Enough proof of funds to survive in the country.
- Copy of Credit card.
- Visa remains valid for 90 days after issuance and the period of stay is also 90 days. Any period beyond 90 days will need the authority in form of a permit from the Chief Immigration Officer.
- The Visa is processed in 3 to 5 working days.

- Transit Visa is not required if the traveler is continuing the journey by the same, or first connecting aircraft within 24 hours, without leaving the airport.
- Also, the traveler should have a confirmed onward air ticket.
