Tourist Visa
- The Applicant should possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application (along with the photocopy of the first, second and last pages).
- One completed visa form (photocopy is permitted).
- One passport-size photograph.
- Application form should be enclosed with a covering Letter from the Applicant mentioning the purpose of visit to Vietnam.
- Documentary proof of Hotel Reservations with the address and telephone number.
- Confirmed return air ticket.
- The issued Visa allows a stay of 15 days with single entry. The validity is applicable from the date of entry. However, the date of entry should be prior to/ on the date of the validity indicated in the visa.
- Applicant’s updated bank statement of last three months.
- Any documentary proof showing that the applicant is carrying enough financial sources for his / her traveling (at least 1000USD).
- The Visa Processing time can take from 7 to 10 working days.

Tourist Visa
Business Visa
- The Applicant should possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application (along with the photocopy of the first, second and last pages).
- One completed visa form (photocopy is permitted).
- One passport-size photograph.
- Application form should be enclosed with a covering Letter from the Applicant mentioning the purpose of visit to Vietnam.
- A visa pre-approval or authorization must be obtained through the Applicant's Host or Sponsor in Vietnam. They must contact the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security (authorization number begins with 121A or 121B or 121C) or the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam (authorization number ends with LS-XNC.kv) appealing this approval to be sent to the Embassy for the visa issuance.
- A copy of the above mentioned approval is needed for the visa stamping.
- Also, the type and time duration of visa will be decided by the nature of the work with the Vietnamese Counterpart and it could be of single or multiple entry(s) with a maximum duration/stay of one year.
- Confirmed return air ticket.
- Applicant’s bank statement of last three months.
- Any documentary proof showing that the applicant is carrying enough financial sources for his / her traveling (at least 1000USD).
- The usual visa processing time is from 2 to 3 working days.

Business Visa
Work Permit Visa)
- The Applicant should possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of application (along with the photocopy of the first, second and last pages).
- One completed visa form (photocopy is permitted).
- One passport-size photograph.
- Work Permit needs to be applied by the Sponsor to the Immigration Department in Vietnam.
- Documentary proof of Educational & Professional certificates.
- The final approval is sent directly to the Embassy. A copy of the same is at the same time dispatched to the Applicant.
- Confirmed return air ticket should be attached with the visa application.
- Any documentary proof showing that the applicant is carrying enough financial sources for his / her traveling (at least 1000USD).
- The Visa Processing time is 72 hours.
- The Visa fee is to be charged according to the validity of visa.
