KLM priority is to ensure the health and safety of its customers and staff in France and around the world. Since the emergence of the coronavirus COVID-19, we have been constantly assessing the situation in collaboration with national and international health authorities.

To help you to adjust your travel plans in light of the ongoing health situation, we have put in place exceptional measures throughout our network.

Case 1:

Booking Date: on/before 31st March 2020
Travel Date: On or Before – 31st May 2020

Before 72 Hours of Flight Departure Book your flight with confidence. For any booking made before 31 March 2020, you have until 31 May 2020 to postpone your departure date without change fees, subject to availability of the same fare. Your new trip must begin no later than 31 May 2020. Waiver allowed from KLM as per below TnC

Rebook / Reissue / Refund must be completed on or before: 31 May, 2020.

If you purchased a refundable ticket before 31 March for a flight scheduled between 3 March and 31 May 2020, you can cancel your trip and request a refund online.

If you purchased a refundable with fees ticket before 31 March for a flight scheduled between 3 March and 31 May 2020, you may cancel your trip and request a refund. Exceptionally, we will waive any refund fees. Please complete the form below to benefit from this offer.

If you purchased a non-refundable ticket before 31 March, please complete the form below to obtain a travel voucher. This non-refundable voucher is valid for 1 year on all Air France, KLM and Delta flights.

Flight schedule to and from Asia
We have temporarily suspended our flights to mainland China, Hong Kong, Seoul and Taipei. Depending on how the situation evolves, we plan to gradually resume our operations as from 29 March 2020.

For the time being, service to Wuhan will remain suspended.
