Kenya Air Airline Advisory on Coronavirus

Kenya Airways has taken a decision to reduce frequency, due to the Visa restrictions imposed by the Indian GOVT. We will be operating one flight ( KQ205) with a bigger capacity so that our guest are not inconvenienced.

Hence KQ 204/205 will now operate a Dream liner between 17MAR-15APR20 when KQ210/211 flights have been suspended .

Case 1:

Booking Date: Starting March 5 through March 31, 2020

Terms and Cnditions.

Future itinerary changes

Customers can change to a flight of equal or lesser value with no change fee.
If the new fare is of lesser value, there's no refund or residual of the fare difference.
If the new ticket is a higher fare, the customer only pays the fare difference.
A maximum of 2 changes are permitted free of charge.

Cancellations

Cancellation is possible for tickets booked for travel up to 31May 2020.
Passengers booked to travel on cancelled flights to/from China, a full refund is permitted. For other intercontinental destinations, refunds will only be possible via non-refundable EMD which can be used within 12 months of issue.

This waiver applies to tickets booked for travel up to 31st May 2020.
Ticket changes must be completed by 31st March 2020. Waiver Code TN 09-03-2020 should be indicated on the reissued ticket/EMD. EMD CODE -S RSVT - for further transportation.

CHANGE DUE TO CANCELLATION OF KQ 210/211

If guest contacts for cancellation/refund of tickets booked on KQ210/11 , for travel between 17MAR – 15APR20 , FULL REFUND IS possible on FULLY UNUTILISED TKTS ONLY.
Date changes for BOM Route flights are waived for travel till 31MAY20 ONLY.
If a Guest contacts, requesting to change dates of travel for an KQ flights beyond 31 MAY 20, System rules apply.
