This resort is located in Pingwe, right on the beach.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 89 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a TV room, a playroom, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a conference room. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


Rooms
Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone and satellite television provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The complex has non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Umbrellas and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs are available on the sun terrace. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball and volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking. With aquafit or, for a fee, kayaking, snorkeling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics. A wellness area with massage treatments is available to guests. For a fee, a spa are also offered. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.


Meals
Dining facilities include 3 restaurants, a dining room and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfast, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety.

Location
Booking Policy
  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.

  • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
