One of my worst experience in a resort so far. I had paid 22500 for 3 rooms.check-in was at 2pm..got two rooms at 2:30 pm..i was told remaining one room wasn't sanitized..they asked for 15 minutes...

Terrible place. Avoid.

Elixir is a concrete building and not a resort. It has very untrained staff and there’s complete lack of hospitality amenities Both rooms leaks doors coming apart, jacuzzi in suite for name sake...
