Gulf Air Airline Advisory on Coronavirus

NO FEES, UNLIMITED CHANGES ALLOWED

Gulf Air will allow No Fees, Unlimited Changes permitted for all new FIT tickets issued during the period 10th March 2020 to 31st March 2020 inclusive (regardless of departure date and applicable to all commercial ticket types). This will be implemented via a change to the fare rules (CAT 16/31) for tickets issued during this period.

This flexibility will also be extended to customers who have already ticketed (i.e. who are not impacted by GF flight cancellations or involuntary schedule change or immigration entry restrictions related to Covid-19), unlimited changes will be permitted without penalty subject to the following conditions:

Case 1:

Booking Date: ON/BEFORE 09 Mar 2020
Travel Date: On or Before – 31st March 2020

Terms and Conditions

For all commercial ticket types including redemption tickets and including partially utilized tickets) issued up to/including 09 Mar 2020
For All departure dates
All fees/penalties and service charges will be waived. Any difference in fare and taxes will apply. No-show fees (where applicable) will apply.
In case of re-routing, normal procedures will apply i.e. collection of fare difference and any applicable taxes. In case new fare is lower than ticketed fare no residual refund allowed.
The following OSI remark should be added to the booking – OSI GF AUTHORISED REBOOKING FLY WITH CONFIDENCE
Normal refund rules apply i.e. refunds will be subject to the ticketed fare rule and normal refund charges will apply.
