Pathetic experience

Hotel Staff very very rude ... specially Shivam who was present when we checked in at 2.15 am in night ... booking was done for 4 person but still room was not ready ... and they did not bother to do...

The stay was a sort of nightmarish. In the absence of advance booking was left with no choice but to stay at the hotel since Varansi was experiencing heavy travelers rush because of marriage season...
