Hotel Policy / Terms & Conditions:

1. Hotel reserves the right of admission.

2. Our check-in time is 1500 hrs. and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Any early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and charged as per the hotel policy. Any early departure will be charge 100% retention.

3. No Amendment and no cancellation in group booking.

4. Booking will be treated as confirmed only against 100% payment.

5. As per Government law, it is mandatory for all the guests to show their valid Govt. address proof photo id upon check-in. It can be in form of Passport, Driving License, Voters ID, Aadhar Card. For Foreigner / NRI guest passport with VISA or OCI / POI is mandatory. PAN card will not be acceptable. Hotel has rights to refuse.

6. Cancellation and Amendment Policy

 No Amendment , No Cancellation & Non Refundable  01st October 2026 to 31st March 2027.
 The guest shall be charged the total price if cancelled 15 days prior to the check-in date (01st April to 30th September).
 
 7. Age Policy

- One child below 08 years is complimentary (Without Extra Bed).

- Second child below 08 year will be on chargeable basis @ INR 2500+GST per room per night.

- Child above 08 years or additional Adult will be charges @ INR 4500 + 18% GST per room per night.

- Maximum 3 Adults and 1 child can be accommodated in one room in Executive Cottage category onwards, subject to payment of applicable charges.

- Above rates are for accommodation only.
 

We do not accept cancellation over phone. Cancellation can be done on any working days between 10:00 hrs. to 18:00 from Monday to Friday (except National holidays). Zero cancellation charges before 45 days of check-in.
 
8. Refund Policy: - Refund of advance will be made minimum 45 working days of the cancellation policy.

9. Note: - 04 Pax are not allowed in one room, except Family Royal Suites.

10. Mandatory Gala Dinner Charges:
 
- 24th and 25th December Mandatory Gala Dinner Charges - Child between 04 to 08 years @ INR 1300+GST per child and above 08 years/Adults @ INR 2000 +GST per person.

- 31st December Mandatory Gala Dinner Charges - Child between 04 to 08 years @ INR 4000+GST per child and above 08 years/Adults @ INR 7500+GST per person & for Couple @ INR 12000+GST.

11. Visitors Policy: -Visitors are allowed only in Lobby / Reception. Visitors who are not staying at the property will be charge an Entry fee per person. (Cover Charge)

12. No Professional photo shoot or Videography is allowed in premises with our permission. "Charges Applicable".

13. For Inhouse guest, Village Entry will be complimentary without Meal.

14. Outside Food/Cake and Liquor is not allowed in the Resort Premises.

15.  Pets are not allowed in the Resort Premises.
16.The swimming pool will not be operational from 9th February 2026 to 13th February 2026

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
