Guidelines for Bus Travel

  1. Mask- Use mask throughout the journey
  2. Sanitizer- Carry hand sanitizer and use during journey
  3. Avoid touching your face and use disposable gloves
  4. Avoid travel if you are not well
  5. Carry your own blankets
  6. Passenger must go thermal screening while boarding bus
  7. Maintain social distance during getting in and journey

Other T&C as per Govt. Guideline:

  1. Only online bookings are allowed
  2. Passengers travelling without face mask will not be allowed inside the bus while boarding and during the journey
  3. Passengers are requested to maintain social distance during entry & exit
  4. Downloading and registering on Arogya Setu mobile app is must

 

State-wise regulations:


Andhra Pradesh Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Bus services to Bangalore and Chennai cannot operate currently due to lockdown.
  2. Arriving passengers are required to log on to Spandana website.
  3. Passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.

Andhra Pradesh Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. RTC buses can operate only between 6am to 12pm.
  2. The public transport will operate in their regions only.

Assam Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers from other states must have RT-PCR report from an ICMR approved lab. It should not be older than 72 hours.

Assam Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. A curfew from 6pm to 5am has to be followed by all the people.

Delhi Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Passengers arriving from Maharashtra must have a negative RT-PCR report. It should not be later than 72 hours.
  2. Passengers from Maharashtra without RT-PCR report will have to undergo 14-days home isolation.
  3. Make sure you have Aarogya Setu app downloaded on your smart phone.

Delhi Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. Buses can operate with 50% occupancy. People going/coming to airport, railway station or bus stations will be allowed to move with a valid ticket.

Gujarat Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers from other states must have RT-PCR report from an ICMR approved lab. It should not be older than 72 hours.
  2. You must have Aarogya Setu app on your smart phone.
  3. Those arriving from Surat have to fill up and submit the Nove Corona Self Reporting Form and download the SMC COVID-19 tracker app.

Gujarat Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. No restrictions noticed yet.

Haryana Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. No RT-PCR test report is required.
  2. Passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.

Haryana Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. People can travel with a valid e-pass. The e-pass can be obtained from saralharyana.gov.in site.

Jharkhand Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers from others states of India may get tested by the concerned district surveillance unit at the border.
  2. Passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.

Jharkhand Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. No restrictions

Karnataka Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Passengers arriving from Chandigarh, Kerala, Punjab and Karnataka must carry a negative RT-PCR report. It should not be older than 72 hrs.
  2. Passengers shall self-monitor their health for 14 days after arrival.
  3. No isolation required.

Karnataka Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. People with valid ticket will be allowed to travel during this period.
  2. No public transport movement is allowed during this period.

Madhya Pradesh Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers from Maharashtra to Bhopal must carry a negative RT-PCR report.
  2. Passengers need to undergo self-isolation until RT-PCR result is out.
  3. Passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.

Madhya Pradesh Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. No restrictions noticed yet.

Maharashtra Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers from Goa, Gujarat, Delhi/NCR, and Rajasthan must enter with a negative RT-PCR report. It should not be older than 72 hrs.
  2. Passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.
  3. Travelers will have to home quarantine for 15 days after arrival.

Maharashtra Intrastate Travel Guidelines

Odisha Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Kerala, and Chhattishgarh will have to undergo home isolation for 7 days.
  2. Asymptomatic passengers having negative RT-PCR test report will be exempted from isolation. It should not be older than 72 hours.
  3. Passengers must have Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.

Odisha Intrastate Travel Guidelines

Rajasthan Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers from other states must have RT-PCR report from an ICMR approved lab. It should not be older than 72 hours.
  2. You must have Aarogya Setu app on your smart phone
  3. Those without RT-PCR report will have to undergo 15-days home isolation.

Rajasthan Intrastate Travel Guidelines
  1. All intrastate movement is restricted under this period without essential and emergency services.

Telangana Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers required to wear face mask. Those who found without mask will be charged Rs.1000 as penalty.

West Bengal Interstate Travel Guidelines
  1. Arriving passengers must have RT-PCR report from an ICMR approved lab. It should not be older than 72 hours.
  2. You may get checked for RT-PCR report randomly at bus terminals.
  3. You must have Aarogya Setu app on your smart phone.
  4. It is recommended to all the passengers to self-monitor their health for 14 days.
  5. All passengers must submit a declaration form app launched by H&FW Department West Bengal.

West Bengal Intrastate Travel Guidelines

Pre-Travel Check List

  1. Make sure you have downloaded Aarogya Setu App (Playstore or Appstore) on your mobile phone and it shows Green status.
  2. Face Mask Compulsory
  3. Maintain social distancing
  4. Prefer digital payments
  5. The health status of a passenger is to certify through the Aarogya Setu App. Passengers with red status can’t travel
  6. Before boarding ensure you have your bus ticket for seamless travel
