GoAir Airline Advisory on Coronavirus

For all bookings, cancellation charges are applicable as per GoAir. However reschedule charges are waived off on certain cases as per below

Case 1:

Booking Date: On or Before 8th March 2020
Travel Date: On or Before 31st March 2020

Before 14 Days of Flight Departure	No waiver allowed from GoAir	No waiver allowed from GoAir
Within 14 Days of Flight departure	No waiver allowed from GoAir	No waiver allowed from GoAir

Case 2:

Booking Date: On or Before 8th March 2020
Travel Date: After 31st March 2020

TimeFrame	Reschedule/Change Penalty:	Cancellation Penalty
Before 14 Days of Flight Departure	No waiver allowed from GoAir	No waiver allowed from GoAir
Within 14 Days of Flight departure	No waiver allowed from GoAir	No waiver allowed from GoAir

Case 3:

Booking Date: After 8th March 2020
Travel Date: Before 30th September 2020

TimeFrame	Reschedule/Change Penalty:	Cancellation Penalty
Before 14 Days of Flight Departure	One-time Reschedule/Change Waiver allowed for travel till 30th september. Fare difference if any will be applicable.	No waiver allowed from GoAir
Within 14 Days of Flight departure	No waiver allowed from GoAir	No waiver allowed from GoAir

Case 4:

Booking Date: After 8th March 2020
Travel Date: After 30th September 2020

Before 14 Days of Flight Departure	No waiver allowed from GoAir	No waiver allowed from GoAir
Within 14 Days of Flight departure	No waiver allowed from GoAir	No waiver allowed from GoAir
