Location
This hotel lies in the tourist resort of Acapulco somewhat set back from the coastal road with its own direct access to Icacos Beach. A variety of entertainment venues, restaurants and shops are to be found in the immediate vicinity. Transfer to the airport takes approximately 30 minutes (by car).



Facilities
The hotel has 16 junior suites, 20 suites, 27 single rooms and 120 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, translation services, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.



Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests have a view of the pool from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.



Sports/Entertainment
The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis, a gym and a spa. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a dining room and a bar. Full board is offered as a catering option. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.

  • In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void, and the discount / cash back will be rolled back before processing the refunds.
  • Gala dinner charges which are applicable for Christmas and New Year dates would be extra and payable directly to the hotel. Please check with the hotel directly for more information on the same.
  • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
