If passenger books a flight ticket from EaseMyTrip.com but finds out that he is getting the same ticket for less (in next two hour) on any other flight booking engine or Supplier Direct Site, he can send a mail to EaseMyTrip.com at care@easemytrip.com with a screenshot of the airline/agent’s site and EaseMyTrip.com displaying the airfare differences. He will have to download a form and mail it back to us after filling.
EaseMyTrip.com will confirm the claim within 2 working days and get back to the claimer for its validity.
The decision of EaseMyTrip.com after the verification will be final and acceptable.
If the claim made is proved right, EaseMyTrip will pay the 10 times of the difference to the consumer.
The offer is valid between 1st March, 2013 and 31st July 2013.

Cheapest Airfare Challenge is only applicable for proving the airfare difference offered by any Online Flight Booking Source & EMT for the same airline at same travel date for the same number of passengers and for the same cabin classes as well.
Offer will be valid if it carries exactly the same fare rules as that of http://www.easemytrip.com (like refundable and non-refundable).
Customer must make the claim for the Cheapest Airfare Challenge by writing to EMT on the date of booking after finding the airfare difference.
The cheaper airfare will be considered for the final amount that is being paid to EaseMyTrip.com and asked by other online flight booking sources (including of all service charges, convenience fees or any other charges levied).
The screenshot of the fare that you submit should be final (including of taxes and surcharges).
It should not be of the listing or search page.
Cheapest Airfare Challenge claims will be valid if it is made via emails and not telephonically.
This offer is only valid for flights. With combination of any other travel products, it will not be accepted.
Offer will not be valid if all of sudden the prices of flight tickets have reduced including fares on our Website.
After verification of the claim, the amount will be processed within 14 working days.
Fare difference refund will be credited in the same account through which booking is done.
Offer is valid for the person who has booked the tickets and found the difference.
The challenge is not available for special cases or special deals for corporate houses, government officers, wholesalers, consolidator, agencies and other discount fares.
The challenge doesn’t apply if the airfare on any source is reduced due to discount coupons, loyalty programs, last minute deals and fly free offers.
If customers cancel the ticket after availing the benefit of this offer, EaseMyTrip will refund booking amount after deducting the cancellation charges and fare difference amount paid due to this offer.
Offer will not be valid if customer has rescheduled or cancelled his ticket.
This offer is not applicable for Travel Agents by profession and if they take the advantage of this offer, EMT can recover the amount after being caught.
Over and above, terms of www.easemytrip.com will be applicable.
EaseMyTrip.com is not answerable for any indirect, minor or consequential damage connecting with the offer.
It keeps the right to make any kind of changes in this offer anytime without prior notice or accountability.
