Who Can Travel?
Inbound flights into India: 1. Indian nationals and nationals of Nepal 2. All Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders and Person of Indian Origin (POI) cardholders holding passports of any country 3. All third country nationals (including diplomats) intending to travel to India for any purpose(Including their dependents on appropriate category of dependent visa)except those on Tourist Visa 4. Only passengers originating in Nepal should be carried on flight from Nepal to India.
Outbound flights from India: 1. Indian nationals and nationals of Nepal. It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter Nepal Before issue of ticket / boarding pass to the Indian passenger 2. Third Country nationals (Including diplomats) holding valid visa/entry permit for Nepal if required. 3. Only such passengers should be carried from India who is destined for Nepal.
What Else Do You Need To Know?
The operations will be subject to strict adherence to the SOP issued by the civil aviation authorities and other COVID19 related health protocols/guidelines issued by the authorities of both sides. Additionally, following conditions have been prescribed for passengers travelling to Nepal.
Traveller’s will be required to submit and carry a negative RT-PCR test report not older than 72 hours at the time of boarding
All applicable rules of the airline will be valid with these flights
Changes in names are not allowed.
