- If the flight you’ve selected is booked then a flash message will be displayed if the flight falls under the same series of terminal change
- Once the customer booking is confirmed, an SMS will be sent to the customer’s mobile number mentioning the information about the terminal change
- Customer’s will also receive a mail on their mail id’s about the terminal change information
What is the Terminal Information for Existing Bookings?
- Revised itinerary will be sent with the revised terminal information to the users with existing bookings by the airline
- Correct display of terminal information will be sent to the existing users upon the retrieval of ticket across all the retrieval points from airline
- An SMS or email will be sent to the customers 1 day prior to their departure from airline
