- Your Personal Concierge will connect with you and assign a trainer/counsellor to conduct your class online
- You can reschedule your session 3 hours before the session time by getting in touch with your personal concierge
- In case if a customer does not attend the Personal Training session, the session cannot be reversed or re-booked
- Customers will be able to book only 1 session on a particular day
- Personal Training is a personal health and fitness offering, and can only be used by the customer and one other friend or family member on the same screen
- Recording of the live class or sharing them on any other platform without the permission of Fitternity is a punishable offense
- In case the user is found misusing any of the Personal Training services, action will be taken & he/she will be penalized at the discretion of Fitternity
- In case of any dispute, the final decision made by Fitternity would be final
