What Else Do You Need To Know?
- Offer is valid between 30 -January-2023 and 31-March-2023 - both days included.
- Only newly enrolled Club Vistara members (enrolled on or after 30-Jan-2023) will be eligible for this offer on completion of 6 revenue flights (6 one-way or 3 return flights or a combination of return and one-way flights) in any cabin booked and flown within the same period.
- Vistara Flyers will have to enroll with Club Vistara and register for the offer to avail the Purple Ticket Gift Card.
- Retro Claims, Award flight (redemption flight) activities, complimentary voucher ticket bookings, will not be considered for the qualification of this offer. Please provide your CV ID at the time of booking/check-in to enjoy the offer.
- Registration for the offer with Club Vistara ID is a prerequisite to receiving the Purple Ticket Gift Card voucher. All flight activity only post-registration will be counted towards the achievement criteria.
- The member’s name entered during each booking must exactly match the name of the Club Vistara Account.
- The Purple Ticket Gift Card will be issued only to the registered email ID/mobile number of the member through email and WhatsApp communication.
- Members must have provided consent to receive marketing communication to receive the gift cards.
- If for any reason the Purple Ticket Gift Card is not credited within 10 days of taking the last eligible flight, member must reach out to our Customer Service Center within 30 days.
- Purple Ticket Gift Card is valid for redemption only on the Vistara website- www.airvistara.com for Vistara flights and ancillary services like Seats, Lounge, Excess Baggage, except for the products and services such as Hotels, Cars, Vistara Meet & Assist service and Vistara Getaways as available on Vistara website www.airvistara.com.
- TSAL does not take any responsibility for gift cards not reaching the members if member consent for communication is not provided in the member profile.
- The Purple Ticket Gift Card will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Only Vistara-marketed and operated flights will count towards the achievement criteria.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/discounts/promotions.
- Club Vistara reserves the right to withdraw the offer without prior intimation.
