Stay was good....Chef Surash was very good in cooking eggs...we have best omlete and fried boiled eggs in two days....Sumit and Shankar was good at catering services in the buffet hall...over all... We had a wonderful memory and stay at the hotel. We were group of 20-30 ppls from Dubai. Would like to Thank the Management for the best of service provided during our stay. An absolute disgrace Had an Amazing Time in Goa, Excellent Staff & 5 Big stars to the Staff & Management

We were relocated to this hotel by our agent after an overbooking. But not to worry, “it was an equivalent, 5-star hotel”. What an anticlimax… : - the hotel was utterly filthy, from reception... On 9th of Jan2022 I flew from Mumbai via bhopal to Agra & Next 20 mins by rickshaw I reached Hotel Ramada plaza where I had booked my stay for 3 nights .thanks to the Ramada plaza team for the swift...
