Horrendous customer service and response!!

Well needless to say the hotel staff are extremely rude for not providing a copy of legitimate stay and will not give sensible explanation why? and their english is terribly poor and want foreigner...

Oh my god ! Don't stay here.

You want wakeup at 8-9 AM by house keeping ? Very noise. They will knock on your door and if you do not wake up they will bike rumbled door until you get up and ask: clean the room? if you say no...
