If your last flight was with Singapore Airlines and your baggage is delayed, follow these steps to file a report:
If, after seven days, your baggage is still missing, you can contact the local Lost & Found Office for a baggage claim form to file a claim, or make a claim through your travel insurance. If your last flight wasn't with Singapore Airlines, you'll need to report your delayed baggage directly with that operating airline.
If your checked baggage arrived damaged, immediately make a report at the airport.
Travelling with large or heavy items like sporting equipment or musical instruments? Most of these can be either checked in or carried on board, depending on their size and weight.
Upon Arrival:
Checked odd-sized baggage may be delivered on a separate carousel from regular luggage. Look out for “Odd-Sized Baggage” signs at the airport or ask airport staff for assistance.
Size Limitation:
Odd-sized baggage must not exceed the following dimensions:
If your item exceeds these limits, special arrangements may be required.
