Benefits
- Customers will enjoy ZERO* cancellation charges if they cancel their flight bookings
- Customers can also change the travel dates for FREE* with EaseMyTrip.
- Customers will receive a full refund of the airline fare, including all applicable taxes. However, the convenience fee* and add-on service (travel insurance, seat selection fee, meal plan, etc.) charged at the time of flight booking will remain non-refundable.

Other Details
- Under this benefit, the airline and EaseMyTrip penalty will be waived off.
- This benefit is valid on domestic flights for one-way and round-trip bookings only.
- Customers under this benefit have the flexibility to either cancel their flights or modify their travel dates prior to the scheduled departure.
- Customers will qualify for the full waiver solely if they cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to the flight's scheduled departure. In the event of a free date change, customers are obligated to make the required modifications no later than 24 hours before the flight's departure and must pay any applicable fare difference.
- Customers will be eligible for the complete waiver only if departure dates are within 90 days of the booking date.
- In case of any changes in date, itinerary, and partial cancellation, the zero cancellation offer would be not valid.
- Customers will not be eligible for the waiver if they cancel directly with an airline.
- The Zero Cancellation and free date change benefit is applicable once per user. If the benefit is utilised for any or all passengers in a booking, the customer will not qualify for another free cancellation.
- To avail 100% refund on flights or save 100% on date change, users are required to make cancellation/date changes via EaseMyTrip website or mobile app.
- On Return Bookings, Zero Cancellation and free date change can be purchased only if both the legs of Return booking are eligible for Zero Cancellation/free date change.

Other T&Cs
- In case of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customers, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. EaseMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount in such instances.
- To enjoy the benefits of Zero Cancellation or free date change, please ensure you cancel online through EaseMyTrip. Note that cancelling directly with the airline will make you ineligible for the waiver.
- EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
- EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.
- EaseMyTrip bears no responsibility for losses or additional expenses incurred due to flight delays or changes, missed connections, illnesses, weather conditions, strikes, changes in government regulations, or any other unpredicted causes, regardless of their nature. Such losses and expenses must be borne by the passenger.
- In case of any misuse or abuse of the service by the customer or travel agent, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to refuse the offer or cancel the booking.
- EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- In no event shall EaseMyTrip's liability under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount provided under this offer.
- EaseMyTrip shall not be held responsible for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or connected to the service.
- In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
- All other terms and conditions as outlined in the User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply to this program.
