OK for a 2 hour bus tour - hard to truly take in the city of Zurich.

The driver, bus and narrative were good. It’s hard to take in a city tour in 2 hours where you drive past many historical sites and monuments and you can’t stop and or even take a decent picture from inside the bus. There are 2 10 minute break stops, both by the lake / canal, but not near landmarks. Again, it’s an on tour for a 1.5 to 2 hr overview of Zurich.

Zürich Tour - Trams and Tranquility

Very good city tour in under 2 hours. Great to learn the amazing history. Beautiful, clean and environmentally friendly city with jawdropping architecture. While plenty to do, any visitor should experience at least a city tour like this.

OK for just a quick look around town on a moderately fast but comfortable bus.

We enjoyed the trip but it's not a good way to take photos. The audio commentary was fun and informative.

Good informative tour

An informative short tour to familiarise ourselves with Zurich - clean bus, good windows and screens of view from front of bus. Clear and informative audio.

Great overview of the city

Really great way to see the city and its landmarks, especially when you’re starting your trip in Zurich!

It was just ok

It was nice to see the major highlights but we passed by several landmarks too fast. We only had one stop and not much to see there.

History

Seeing the history and the buildings. It was great to stop and get out of the bus for great clear photos. The commentary was nice and clear.

Racist commentary.

This was a disappointment. Also, some insensitive racist comments about India/Indians in the commentary - unacceptable! Do not recommend at all.

Comfortable clean bus

Great overview of zurich in a very nice bus. Inside screens showed the view out the front. Good English audio quality.

Good option for time pressured traveller

Basic tour with highlights good option if you are under time pressure. Easy access to meeting point next to train station Flexible timings to suit individuals

Birthday celebration/Girls trip

Easy to book, well organized. Transport was clean, meeting point was clear, route were perfect which showcased the city

Okay but don't have great expectations

Okay for a quick snapshot of town, not particularly informative other than pushing Swiss precision and financing.

Stunning Trip - Do not miss this tour!

Very interesting to explore the sites of Zurich. It was entertaining to learn about the history of the city. We saw some wonderfully gorgeous Chagall windows in the church - a must see.

Quick overview of Zurich

The tour was a great way to get an overview of the city. Our driver, Emil, was fantastic. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

Enjoyed the overview of Zurich's history and environment. The audio was very clear. Would have liked a photo stop near the top of the hill.

Main sites, great and easy to understand description

Drove us to main sites with an an audio easy to understand. Comfortable bus. One and a half hours was perfect timing

A Treasure trove of superlatives!!

A Treasure trove of superlatives!! This is a great tour and very reasonably priced. I learned a lot about Zurich and about Switzerland even though I have lived here for three years - we were taking friends around the city. The narration (in English) is good, clear and interesting but overly full of superlatives and grand statements about Zurich and Switzerland. Its good, love - but its not that good.

Wonderful tour of Zurich!

Wonderful tour of Zurich! Friendly driver and clean, comfortable bus. Would highly recommend this tour as a way to see the highlights of the city.

Pick and chose your itinerary based on this tour.

It was great to see the different areas around Zurich and pointing out the highlights along the way. We stopped to take some photos but basically it is an introduction to the city and best to do this when you arrive.

Great experience to learn more about Zurich and Switzerland.

We enjoyed learning about the city and given the opportunity to get off and inspect the church a bit better.

Zurich 2 hour City tour

The was very good , but more time could have been given when see the city centre, especially the church.

Zurich City Experience

The 2hr trip is just enough to see all the important landmarks.. The coach driver was really polite and Friendly.

Boat is a no no

The tour in the bus was fine. I just don’t understand if they knew that we have also a tour in the boat, why they didn’t give us the tickets for the boat together with the bus tickets. The bus driver forgot to handle it and we encounter a very rude lady in the boat. I understand she needs to see the tickets. I show her my online voucher. But she even told me to pay again or leave and when I was about to leave, she told me that it was too late and just closed the door and told me to go and seat down. I tried to explain her what just happen and she said: are you deaf? Then they move everybody to another boat and was not enough seat and we have to continue standing and outside in the cold. Lack of information. We didn’t know why we had to change to another boat. How can you enjoy when everybody was so confuse about changing boat. We started at 2 pm and finish at 5:30 was even longer than expected. Not worth it Book only the bus. The people in the boat will problably ruin the tour for you.

Great tour, great knowledge of Zurich

Tour was great. Good length, saw all the sights of Zurich we wanted so we could choose where to go by foot again later on. Staff were very friendly

Great overview of Zurich. Driver friendly and very helpful. Bus very comfortable and headsets clear and full of information.

Doing it again with an extended tip to Heidiland!

Very interesting, informative tour and the driver kept the bus on point with the audio! Great driver too, as the roads are narrow, with sharp curves and it was a big bus! He had a good sense of humour too as I complimented his driving and he joked about it being his 1st day! All in all we had a good tour of Zurich!

Good not great

It was a great way to see Zurich quickly but I would have done a different tour if I had more than a few hours in Zurich.

Good tour for a rainy day.

This was a good tour of Zurich on a rainy day. There was some interesting information given. I felt that I saw a sample of the city. There was only 1 stop for pictures. You are on the bus the rest of the time.

Complete City tour

Its need to increase the time & vist of compleate Zurich city with beak at important places and also brife about the historic buildings etc.

Really good tour of Zurich. Gorgeous Architecture!

We had a very enjoyable afternoon travelling around the streets. Audio head set information was comprehensive and interesting.

Ok for a small 1.5 hrs trip. Not too much to explore n see. There could be better options if you book early enough.

The First Hour was Great, Shorten the Tour

The coach was great and so was the first half of the tour. Lots of great information about Zurich and loved the sites that were pointed out and the wonderful history. I would give the first half “4” Stars but the second half only “2”. We went through some residential areas and since real estate is so expensive that only 10% of Zurich residents can even afford to own a home not sure why this was on the tour. Lots of traffic, so basically the last hour was spent in neighborhoods and making our way back to where we started sitting in traffic. That is why I gave it “3” Stars.

Zurich City Bus Tour.

The bus was nice … comfortable. The driver was professional. The information was a recorded Narration. Only complaint was that the brochure Said two photo stops and we only had one.

Great tour around Zurich

This was a great way to familiarise yourself to Zurich whilst getting a good history lesson. The audio guide was great and comes in several languages. We usually take an open top bus tour and was worried a coach would block visibility. This was not a problem and only a few sites were a little hidden. Suggest getting to the bus station a little early as the checking in system was a little slow.

Great value. You'll get a wonderful overview of the city for planning your stay. Definitely do it on your first day.

Wasn’t worth the money

The bus tour was run smoothly and you did tour the city but there really wasn’t much to see in Zurich besides a busy city and you could have walked and seen everything without paying the tour fee.

Good little informative tour to let you know where to go next in your adventure. We pinned a bunch of places we wanted to go on the bus and then visited them for longer later that day!

Informative & comfort sight seeing experience

This was a very different (in a good way) to other sight seeing tours (eg hop-on hop-off bus tours), it was more comfortable, the 20 minute stop was good and it gave you an insight to places that you would like to see, thank you

Good option for a limited time period in Zurich. Hit the main sites and gave us an indication on what we might do as a priority.

Fantabolous experience

The lake and it's surroundings, interior streets of Zurich, medieval and gothic style churches, trams crisscrossing the streets of Zurich.

Good narration. Learned lots about the city. Felt like we got a feel for the city in a short time. The bus was comfortable and on time.

Very Historic Tour

Beautiful and historic tour. Very informative narrative and they stopped for a restroom break and photos. The driver was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended

Don't bother

This was the most boring uneventful experience of a tour trip. Nothing was synchronised with the driver who was so unpleasant. Maybe the summer heat and a bit fed-up trying to manouver in the narrow streets. The audio is so not funny at all. Really don't bother with this tired trolley bus tour.

Beware booking this tour

I signed up the night before for the tour and never received an email with instructions. I checked three times a screen shot I took with my reservation number to ensure I entered the proper email address. The station is enormous and full of people. I finally found someone to “help” me that worked there. She sent me to a corner of the bus station, where there was not a bus present. After about 15minutes not being able to find the bus, it was already 9:45. No email was sent to check on me. I paid for a tour that I never went on. Then, I get an email asking for a review, so here it is. Do not book trips with Trip Advisor. First and last time. Lesson learned.

Zurich.

This tour gives a good overview of Zurich and we appreciated learning some history. The bus was clean and driver did a great job.
