The driver made the experience great. After flying for over 8 hours we thought we would fall asleep during the drive to Basel. Our conversations with the driver were so interesting that we never even felt tired. The driver delivered us and our luggage to our river boat cruise in a flawless manner. He is an asset to his employer, and a pleasure to spend quality time with.

The company contacted me by text and confirmed the pick up. That was fantastic as other countries we had to chase them to confirm. Other country did not speak to us and it was a terrible experience.
