Wonderful experience

The food was terrific at every stop. The tour guide, Carol, went out of her way to make this a fantastic evening. I would do this tour again at the drop of a hat.

there was a significant glitch in the evening-the restaurant where we were scheduled to have appetizers was closed -our

seeing the wine cellar and ice room at Bearfoot Bistro was a totally new and interesting experience.

Ok but not amazing

The guide was a lovely local. The first stop was amazing deep in a wine cellar. The next was nice but the wine pairing was just wine of happy hour and not really paired, just provided. The main course was ok but not discussion of local influences and the guide was not at the table during the food. Last stop was great with live music but again under rated food , the ice Wine was good to try. Overall not worth the money.

Christine our guide tour was very knowledgeable, she answered all our questions. Super easy to talk to. The other couple was a. Perfect match with our personalities. Christine went way out of her way to answer questions.

Great way to learn your way around the village.

What a great way to learn the local history and explore some of the local dining areas. Christine was our guide and she worked hard to assure we learned the history of Whistler while enjoying our local tastings. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The restaurant selections were great and the food was fabulous. We stopped at five stops and added the wine pairing. Highly recommended!

Awesome Dinner tour

Carol was amazing and the tour was awesome. The food was great and the people that were in our tour group were great as well. The trivia/ poker game was a great addition.

Far exceeded our expectations

We did not know what to expect and it far exceeded our expectations!! I though the choice of restaurants were excellent, loved that you could choose what you like and I would definitely recommend the wine paring. It also help that people we did the tour with were so enjoyable and our host was awesome!! 👏 👏❤️

Fantastic Exploration of Whistler Amazing Restaurants

This is great way to explore many of Whistler amazing culinary options, with wonderful company. Luke knowledge is amazing and ensure we were all entertained throughout the tour.

Amazing Food Tour!

My husband and I had a great time on our Whistler Finer Things Tasting Tour. We’ve done several food tours in the States and Europe and this tour ranks very high on our list of “Best Food Tours”. Luke was a great host - entertaining, knowledgeable about the Whistler food and wine scene and just an overall great guy. We enjoyed the “ progressive dinner” style of the tour which started with a visit to an incredible wine cellar. Surprises and amazing food around every corner. Definitely recommend!

Wine & Trivia

Our guide Luke was very knowledgeable of the area and its history. We play some fun games identifying wine and answering trivia questions. We met some couples from other parts of the world and enjoyed some great food and wine.

Tasty and informative

Excellent tour and definitely a must for all the foodies out there. We also paired drinks with our food. Luke our host was knowledgeable about whistler and the food and drinks we had. Sabering in barefoot bistro was a definite highlight. Also enjoyed the other restaurants we went to as we would never have had the opportunity to try them all. Whistler Tasting Tours

We visited 5 nice restaurants accompanied by a great guide- Christine- who led us very expertly through the village. The experience not to miss was the sabering of the champagne bottle in Bearfoot Bistro. The wine cellar is pretty impressive in Bearfoot as well.

Fine Dining Tour -Whistler

The Bearfoot Bistro, Hy’s Steakhouse, Quattro Italian Restaurant, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the Fire Rock Lounge were all awesome! We really enjoyed the appetizers & wine at the Barefoot Bistro and Hy’s Steakhouse. Our main course was at Quattro and it was so delicious!

Really lovely evening.

Christine was lovely, very knowledgeable. Loved the guess the wine game that the IPA drinker got correct! All of the restaurant choices were lovely, couldn’t pick our favourite. Loved the champagne sabre experience. All in all, a lovely evening and good value. We added the wine package for $45 and we’re glad we did this.

Wonderful food tour

This was a fabulous tour of some really fine restaurants in Whistler. It was a very relaxed evening as our guide, Christine, led the way from appetizers to dessert including some wonderful wines at most of the stops. There was an excellent variety of dishes that we got to choose from-something for varied tastes. The people in our group were delightful to spend the evening with, too. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great guided walking dinner event

We had a group of 6, which was perfect for chatting in the group. I attended solo. Our guide,Christine, was amazing. Super knowledgeable and fun. We had a guest with walking issues, so I recommend the site provide a warning about the amount of walking. Overall a great experience

Book it…it was a blast!

We originally scheduled a weekend hidden gem tour but it didn’t fill up. They called and asked if we could change to a week day and they upgraded us to the fine dining tour. We had a great time! It was a small group! Food was excellent! Carol our guide was great! We had a blast! The poker card game along the way was a fun bonus that I haven’t seen on other tours we have done!

Loyal for 15 years for a reason. If you love food and meeting people then put this on the “must do” list!

This was our 7th time taking the “Fine Dining Tour” and we’ve never been disappointed. Professional, punctual guides, in this case Luke, make the this culinary adventure special. With five stops you will absolutely leave with a stomach full of food and if you choose, drink. The wine pairing is an excellent value. The champagne sabering experience alone is worth the price of the tour. And hope that you get Luke as your guide. He rocks! - Cheers!

Cancellation 50 minutes before start

Horrible! We booked a tour for boxing day with our friends and were planning around the entire day (no skiing, extra-food for the kids, ...). Then we got a cancellation 50 minutes before start of the tour. We were already on the way ... We cannot recommend it. We lost one day of holiday!

It was enjoyable

Our first time doing this tour.. We liked it.. It was fun and enjoyable.. Christine was so nice.. She was so easy to talk to and helpful.. Well planned everything out!!

Fun way to eat your way through Whistler village!

This was a really great way to get a taste of restaurants we might not generally go to in Whistler. It was nice to get a feel for each restaurant and where we might want to go back for a full experience. The food was great and certainly left the evening feeling very full! Our guide, Luke, was great! He is super knowledgeable about each location, restaurant and about Whistler in general. He kept the atmosphere festive and fun and got everyone in the group engaged.

Worth the money Excellent Experience

One of the most fun and enjoyable tours we took. We had a great time with Luke, the guide and ate at some restaurants we had not been to before. Luke played games for prizes and my husband won a chance to saber a champagne bottle open. That was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend. We met some very nice people as well. Don't miss.

We had a great experience! The food was fantastic, the experience was lovely, and our guide (Sean? Sorry I forgot his name. Enthusiastic British dude) was very funny and friendly. We learned some new historic facts about Whistler too. We would do it again!

Highlight of Our Whistler Visit

We did both the Finer Things Dinner Tour and the Lunch Tour (self-guided) and highly recommend both! This was a fantastic way to sample several restaurants during a short stay in the area. The dinner tour was a lot of fun. The people we met on the tour were friendly and our group had a great time. The selection of restaurants was excellent and every place selected worthy of returning to someday. We especially liked that there were choices for the "main" meal as well as for one of the appetizer stops and also the dessert stop. It was a lot of food; really the equivalent of two full meals so I'd recommend eating a late breakfast or early lunch and coming plenty hungry. We purchased the wine pairings and enjoyed being able to taste several locally produced wines. The food was all amazing, and there were a couple of excellent places we had a chance to go back to during our stay in Whistler. We wouldn't have known about them otherwise.

Superb dining experience!

Our guide, Christine, was extremely knowledgeable about the area including extensive knowledge of the history of the area. The saber experience was amazing. Fun to learn about this and how to do it. The food and service at all stops was outstanding.

When you can't decide which great restaurant to go to....

This was so fun! We enjoyed every bite. Our guide, Luc, was knowledgeable and informative while being very entertaining. The smoked Old Fashioneds at Quattro were a highlight. Almost as great as sabering the champagne bottle at Bearfoot Bistro. A great way to get familiarized with some of the restaurants and the village. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience

We had an incredible experience! It was 10 ladies on a birthday weekend away and this food tasting tour was the highlight! We ate amazing food with incredible wine parings and learned all about the hot spots of Whistler. The icing on the cake was our guide, Bria! She took such good care of us:) thanks for the amazing time!

A unique evening!

The wine & food were great! The walking between restaurants was informative and fun - thanks to our fabulous tour guide - Bria. She kept us entertained right through the evening.

A fun way to sample some of Whistler's best restaurants

Bria was an excellent guide for this progressive dinner. Is "Speed Dining" a term? or does this label do a disservice to a progressive curated fine dining experience? It is a great way to sample courses from some of the best restaurants in Whistler, and the wine pairing option is definitely worthwhile. We were in Whistler for Cornucopia and added this tour for our dinner. We had already done a wine tasting seminar earlier in the day so my wife and I split one wine pairing between us and that was plenty for us to enjoy and enhance the food. We started with appetizers and champagne at Bearfoor Bistro, then a first course at Hy's Steakhouse (with a choice of white wine or red wine), main course at Quattro (with choice of a glass of white wine or red wine), ice cream or sorbet at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and the a cheese/fruit board at Fireside Room at the Westin (with ice wine). Bria is a local whose parents met at Buffalo Bill's (longtime nightspot), so she knows Whistler inside and out and shared her local knowledge of the places we visited and some of the other restaurants and other businesses that we passed along the way. A fun and satisfying evening. Even for people like us (from Vancouver) who have already eaten at all these restaurants before, it was a new way to experience them in this progressive dinner format.
