Good service

We used the bus for traveling to a site away from the city and during a rain storm. All went well with the experience.

Definitely worth the purchase

We bought the pass with 5 uses, the skip the line at museums was great and we used all 5 options in 3 days. The team at the office, opposite the Opera House were friendly and Informative when we picked up our tickets. Worth the money for us as a family of 4.

not worth it!

we got the 4 visits pass, we really had to do our sums to get any value from this pass and even then managed to save only a few euros... conclusion...not worth it! another tip avoid the danube cruise at all cost, it was one of the more expensive "visit" on the pass but a total waste of time.

Be prudent with its use

I bought a vienna flexi pass from the information centre near Albertina. The sales staff doesn’t explain you properly how to use this and compare it with other pass. Would’ve used it better with some guidance/ tips.( I say this comparison with the Prague city pass, for which I was guided sufficiently and did not waste my money) With this pass, I wasted my money, more so because the staff at hop on hop off bus cheated me for their ticket!!z Buy this pass only if you are ‘very’ sure of your schedule and visit. If you are going to change, you may end up losing euros on this, with no help from the sales staff

A day in Vienna

Pretty good deal but worth comparing to ticket prices of the places you choose to visit as sometimes this can be more expensive. Possible to do 3 places max per day only. Some inclusions are not that interesting, Zoo, Palace and Leopold as are a must visit.

Don’t waste your money

We purchased the multi-pass before out trip but at the sites we realized most still require you to wait in line to get a printed ticket. So not sure what value this provides. Also at Hofburg the tickets did not work and they sent us to the main Vienna Pass office. We spent way too much time trying to determine why the pass did not work on the attraction scanners. Since you need to wait in line anyways just purchase at the site directly.

Sightseeing made easy

Very easy way to see many of Viennas sights , just pick up our pass , in our local pick up point with very helpful and informative staff and started sightseeing, no stress no queue no bother!

Good value and most places were accommodating

The pass is great nut the Spanush Riding School could improve their entry system. Had to queue and then told we had to exchange pass for tickets. all quite frustrating.

Great Value

We had a very enjoyable experience using the FlexiPass across 5 venues. Easy to pick up the pass near the Opera (we booked in advance). Hop On Hop Off bus is run by the Vienna Sightseeing company behind the FlexiPass and so worth it as one of the options. We also used the FlexiPass seamlessly at the Belvedere, State Opera Tour, and the Sisi Museum at the Hofburg.

Flexi pass is useful choice for few visits in Vienna

I bought the flexi pass with 4 visits for 2 people. We used it to visit Albertina (fabulous), used the 24-hour hop on hop off buses and the 3 routes blue, red and yellow (very useful) , the Natural History Museum (it was nice) and the Schnonbrunn Palace (the garden was amazing). This card is advantageous if you want to visit a few places and reduce the cost (~ 30-35% less).

Highly Recommend

This is well needed in Vienna. It makes all the difference as you can skip certain queues, it has the majority of sites and it is cheaper than if you were to pay for them all yourself. Recommend this highly for your trip to Vienna!

The places here in veianna to vist is all of them they are all amazing . We visted most places more than once.

Playing like a child.

This ferris wheel is at Prater Park. It's a very interesting park who mix traditional toys with tecnological toys. I spent my time shooting in a target and running on a karting track.

Worth the money, skip the line feature is nice

It wasn’t hard to exchange the electronic voucher. We did the 4 pass. We could have done 5 in 5 days without trouble. The zoo is amazing! The Ringstrasse and Danube cruise were pretty. Not a lot of information in either, you’re just looking, not learning much. Pleasant. The Belvedere ticket doesn’t get you into the Klimt exhibit, you need a ticket to the upper Belvedere for that. All in all still a good deal.

Used the flexi pass in vienna.The main hassle with ordering the flexi pass on line is that you have to take your printout to the vienna pass centre across from the Opera house to collect the flexi pass card. collect the hop on hop off bus brocure and any others you will need while you are at the pass centre. To use the hop on and hop off bus you must get the card validated by a staff member with the validation machine before queing for or boarding the bus.At other venues they just scan the card.Good value especially the skip the line feature. When in vienna make good use of the UBahn underground trains.

First Time to Vienna

Brilliant pass! Well worth the money, the hop on hop off bus came in so handy, to say you could easily pay alot of money to visit attractions this pass made those trips even more pleasent knowing it was already paid for, and the queue jumping was brilliant with an eager 4yr old. The childrens section on the buses was also fantastic made it a little more fun for the little one, we would definitely use again and need another longer trip back to Vienna

A long way out

Quite a long way out of old Vienna (innerstadt) but if you have time to do it, do so for the Amazing!! views We had a Vienna Pass didn't have to queue for tickets, went straight to the line. Filled the carriages quite quickly albeit there were an awful lot empty for champagne flights etc We got to Prater by hop on hop off bus which was free with the Vienna Pass We went back to the innerstadt by tube, having bought a 48 hour travel ticket It's amazing that they built this fairground park so many years ago

Great value pass for sight seeing trips

We bought a three day Vienna Pass without the metro add on which cost each of us about £115 pounds. It was great value. You can use it at virtually all the main attractions, most of which have a fast line for pass holders. It has paid for itself by the end of the first day as you can also use it on the hop on and off buses (and one boat tour) which on their own cost 40euro each day (although you can get deals on those. I would say if you are a serious sight seer, in Vienna you need one of these, which you can buy online and download to your phone.

Pretty good

It was quite expensive at the time of buying and we hoped to get our moneys worth. There are plenty of things that the Vienna pass gets you into and it has attractions that every person will enjoy. For instance we used ours to get into the Schönbrunn palace and privy garden as well as things such as the zoo and the natural history museum. It is well worth the money as long as you go to as many places as possible.

For entrances to famous places

I got this card online as I didn’t want the hassle Of getting my tickets at each place. The 5 visit pass was very useful! I used it for the hop on and off; Sigmund Freud museum, Johann Strauss apartment, Mozart haus and Belvedere museum. This is great as some places you can skip the queue! Very useful to get this if you’re visiting Vienna.

Good vale if you use it

We used this over two days and had our moneys worth I think. Our visit was in the winter so not all the attractions are available but many are. So much to see and do in Vienna it would need to be a week pass to see it all. Would I get one again , yes and very much so if in the summer or Spring.

Hop On Hop Off tour

Great deal. We hopped on only a few steps from the boat, went to opera house, did indoor tour, well worth doing, walked all over the downtown, saw churches, shoppers everywhere, especially Asians beating the cigarettes. Enuf already. Vienna was better than the last time we were there. Very enjoyable. Nice folk.

Three days and two nights in Vienna, using three attraction plans

The original pass has increased in price a lot, so it is very suitable for people who are traveling in Vienna for 2-3 days. However, if you want to enter the Schönbrunn Palace Museum, remember to write a letter to make an appointment first. When we arrived that day, we found that we had to make an appointment before we could enter. We made an urgent appointment. There is also a place to visit. It is guided by a dedicated person and the whole journey is in English. I think it is quite worthwhile and the introduction is very clear.

Préciser les infos

Le retrait des pass ne se fait pas du tout au sous sol des lignes U1,2,3 comme indiqué lors de la réservation. Il se fait à l’extérieur, au bureau Vienna sight seeing ,à l’angle d’un immeuble , 3-5 rue opernring . Ona perdu une journée car dimanche tout était fermé en sous-sol et on a cru qu’il fallait juste attendre le lendemain.

Super intéressant !

Si vous comptez faire toutes bcp de visites dans la ville ce pass est pour vous ! Il offre de nombreuses visites intéressantes ! En 3 jours sur place nous l’avons rentabilisé c’est certain. Nous avons fait quasi tout fait … les billets sont quelques fois coupés files donc pratique.

Un WE en amoureux 5

Compte tenu du prix des entrées aux différents musées, ce pass 3 jours est rapidement amortis. ATTENTION : il faut dans certains musées passer par la case tickets souvent située à l'extérieur du musée et obtenir gratuitement le ticket d'entrée, rageant quand vous avez fait la queue et qu'il faut sortir et recommencer ! Dans tous les lieux touristiques voire les restaurants, il faut montrer son pass sanitaire et une pièce d'identité. Le masque chirurgical n'est pas accepté, il faut IMPERATIVEMENT un masque FFP2.

Große Frechheit

Wir haben leider keine Chance den Flexi Pass zu bekommen. Der Shop hat immer zu, egal wann wir hinfahren um die Tickets abzuholen. Wenn der Shop nicht geöffnet hat, muss das Ticket online zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Absolute Abzocke. Telefon nimmt Niemand ab

Wenig Nutzen

Wir haben den Flexi-Pass gekauft und können ihn fast nicht nutzen, weil die meisten Attraktionen geschlossen oder gesperrt sind. Nur ein Bruchteil ist nutzbar. Schade um das viele Geld

Vienna pass bus hop on hop off et entrées visites

Forfait un peu cher au premier abord mais très complet et économique à la fin De nombreuses entrées de 3 à 40 € environ Schönbrunn Albertina musée d histoire naturelle .....etc avec des entrées dérobées coupé file en prime Bref cela est très interessant Petit bémol les bus hop on hop off avec des passages irréguliers sur certaines lignes et pas de bus( hop ) le soir. Prévoir un autre moyen de déplacement métro tram ou bus traditionnel

Buena compra, personal mejorable

Es una buena compra. Incluye casi todas las cosas que visitar en Viena y te ahorras mucho tiempo de espera. La única pega que le pongo es la visita al Palacio de Schönbrunn. No está indicado en ningún lado que para entrar allí no te vale la Viena Pass, necesitas sacar antes unas entradas (gratuitas) en una taquilla que, por cierto, tampoco está indicada y está fuera del Palacio. La chica que nos atendió muy desagradable: éramos 5 personas y tuvimos que entrar a diferentes horas por un error suyo en las entradas que se negó a subsanar.

Pas très pratique

Nous l’avons acheté avec ma fille sur TripAdvisor, pensant qu’avec le téléphone tout était dématerialisé. Malheureusement, on achète vite, ensuite il faut chercher la boutique pour transformer son ticket TripAdvisor en réelle carte pass. Traverser tout Vienne pour entrer dans un musée. Non merci. Concernant le multipass, les musée et société de car ne savent pas s’ils peuvent accepter...., Séjour génial mais franchement, sans multipass la prochaine fois. Pas: attention beaucoup de musée sont gratuit pour les enfants.

La mejor tarjeta

Compramos una tarjeta por 2 días. Organizamos las visitas y alcanzamos a recorrer múltiples atracciones.Si sacas la cuenta de lo que gastas en cada entrada a cada sitio, te das cuenta de lo conveniente que es. Vale la pena definitivamente. Cuando vuelva a Viena, la vuelvo a comprar.
