Rude and unprofessional

I booked a taxi for around 80 EUR through booking.com, I added my flight details stating arrival time. However, my flight got delayed for 2 hours. I contacted them 12 hours before arriving, and they refused to amend the pick-up time. I asked for any kind of refund and they also refused. They could have gained a loyal customer by only shifting the pick-up time for two hours, but they chose to respond in a very unprofessional way that this was not their problem and that I needed to make a new reservation (as I would book with them again!!). They were very rude. They only care about gaining money. Terrible experience.

legal mafias

I booked this taxi via booking.com and paid in advanced. when i was booking this taxi it was saying up to 3 person and up to 3 suitcases. we were 3 person and we had 1 medium 2 small suitcases. Also because i have a child i had an baby trolley. the driver told me for baby trolley he will charge me 30 euros extra. (the taxi fare was around 50 euros from hotel to airport). i didn't accept it he was so rude and immediately told us to get of from the car. i had a flight and almost i was missing the plane. do not trust this mafia company. i paid 50 euros and he left us like that..
