Don't waste your money.

Total ripoff. Beware that these guys are no more than con artists. They rarely answer your calls, very poor communication. They use a 3rd party pay system so you can't dispute the charge. They get angry and write a very poor response to your honest review in hopes that future victims will ignore your review. The truth is the cars are cute but made for taller drivers (5'6" and taller), zero protection (par for the course), filthy and poorly maintained. I get that you're not getting a Ferrari but these are a shell with a lawn mower engine. If you dent one, they charge you upwards of $2500. They aren't easy to drive so you try not to get into an accident rather than looking at the sights. You're very low to the ground and basically at eye level with others car exhausts (luckily cars are maintained well here) but you're still gonna suck down some fumes. The ride is short and if it rains, you wait or ride in the elements, and the drive is shortened. The staff know this is a bit of a ripoff, hence the high turnover rate. On a perfect day with the right car, low traffic, good host and tall driver, it might be fun but those occasions are rare. Save your money. Horribleeee

We were so excited but sadly it’s a total scam. The cars were really dangerous, all were broken. After 30 minutes our guide finally found one that worked and it broke down 3 minutes into our trip. We were stranded for 2 hours and the guy refused to give us a refund… looks cool but do not do haha

A lot of fun!

Moonlight tour was a present for Birthday for my boyfriend. He absolutely love it! Very good present idea for someone who likes to drive. It’s like go-karting in the city center. Our guide Alex was very good, entertaining and constantly checking on us during tour.

<p>We scheduled this tour for Monday, October 24th. As we schedule most of our tours through Viator, we had never encountered the problems that we did with this tour. Hence, why I am writing this as my first review. Being in Vienna for the first time, we had made many plans for tours and excursions. However, on Monday night when we showed up for our tour - the company was closed for the evening and no one ever showed up for our scheduled time. We left numerous messages for them and despite a sign on their door that said that they try and return calls within 2 minutes, but never returned any of our calls. Also, in dealing with Viator, we were greatly disappointed with the level of service received. We typically understand that we will pay more for a tour on their website then we would going directly to company's website, which was the case here by about 30. We figured we paid more because Viator would do all the work in remedying the situation while we could focus on our trip. We still wanted to do the tour, and hopefully at a discounted price for our inconvenience and relayed the information to Viator. Viator said they would work on it and keep us updated. Within 6 days, we called 2 other times to check up and Viator had never called us back once to inform us of any progress and when we did call, the reps had told us that there was nothing to report. This will cause great hesistation for us in the future as I think about what would happen if we booked a 3 or 6 day excursion through Viator and the company did not show up - would Viator again leave that up to the consumer to remedy? I understand that this could happen by booking with the company directly - it's just for the increased cost through Viator, we had assumed we were paying for them to sort things out if problems arise.</p>

Die ganz andere Art eine Stadt zu entdecken

Schon beim Betreten der Geschäftsstelle würden wir von den 2 Anwesenden Mitarbeiterinnen aufs herzlichste begrüßt. Eine der Damen stellte sich als unser Abendlicher "Tour-Guide" Namens Marina vor. Vom Start an war die Tour ein einziges unterhaltsames Erlebnis, und selbst der Ausblick vom Donauturm bei Nacht (welcher natürlich ein ausgesprochenes Highlight bildet) konnte nicht die Hauptattraktion überdecken, welche das Erlebnis war, mit einer motorisierten Seifenkiste durch Wiens nächtlichen Verkehr zu cruisen. Einmal die Welt von ein klein wenig abgesetzter Position zu betrachten und dabei amüsante Gespräche mit seinen Begleitern zu führen macht dieses Erlebnis auf jeden Fall zu dem einzigartigen Spaß den wir uns davon erhofft hatten. Auf jeden Fall ist dieses Erlebnis für jeden zu empfehlen, der die vielleicht schon "alltägliche" Stadttour bis über den Kragen hinaus erlebt hat und sich eine Stadt einmal aus anderer Perspektive ansehen möchte. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, findet man hier mit Freunden, Paaren und Familien auch die nötige Abwechslung vom Alltag und ein Erlebnis, dass sich mit Sicherheit in der Erinnerungskiste einbrennt. Der Dank für unser Erlebnis gilt dem äußerst freundlichen Team, das diese Idee erschaffen hat, und vor allem unserem Tour-Guide Marina, welche uns mehr als nur einmal an den Ampelphasen zum Lachen gebracht hat!

Sensationeller Kindergeburtstag für einen 50er

Absolutes Erlebnis für Benzinbrüder die einmal etwas anderes erleben möchten! Wie waren eine Gruppe von 11 Personen geführt Florian & Stefan als Guide. Kleine Autos mit viel wumms.

Un'esperienza Fantastica!

Una sola parola, Meraviglioso!!! In vacanza a Vienna avevamo prenotato un tour con le HotRod, nello specifico il Moonlight Tour! E' stata un'esperienza fantastica!! Guidare di notte per le strade trafficate di Vienna mi ha fatto divertire come non mi divertivo da tanti anni! Il tour ci ha portato fino alla Donau Turm sulla quale siamo saliti per ammirare il paesaggio e poi, una volta scesi, abbiamo percorso tutto il Ring di Vienna per poi rientrare al parcheggio! Durante tutto il tragitto eravamo scortati dalla Safety Car che ci stava davanti, guidata da Stefan che è stato davvero bravo! Mentre percorrevamo le strade ci faceva da guida turistica via radio e ci dava informazioni sui vari siti storici vicino ai quali passavamo! Inoltre ci dava importanti informazioni sulle strade, il traffico e tutto quanto necessario per guidare e divertirsi in sicurezza! Non è facile in una recensione spiegare le sensazioni provate ma consiglio davvero di vivere questa esperienza perchè ne vale davvero la pena! Io mi sono divertito un sacco e se torno a Vienna prenoto ancora un tour!!!

Ur gut!!!

Wir waren mit Kirstin unterwegs zum Donauturm. Die HotRods machen echt viel Spaß. Trotz meiner 2m hab ich reingepasst (wenn auch eng) Wie im Kart rennt man durch Wien und zieht die Blicke auf sich 😊 auch der Donauturm ist immer ein Besuch wert um den Ausblick zu genießen. Wir fahren bestimmt wieder.
