Good Experience with the Agency and Driver l

I have been with the agency for the last 2 days and found my driver Mr Vasu to be helpful. He has indeed guided me for two days now and he made us cover beautiful destinations. He helped us get the best sunset 🌇 views on time. In some places he assisted us in getting tickets avoiding the ques. The agency owner Naeem also helped us planning the visit. The car was cleaned, well maintained and no stains were there. However we are there with Vasu for two days more and we are expecting a good trip with him further as well. I recommend him as a good travel guide.

Trip to Udaipur for 4 days was amazing. I have visited so many places like Chittorgarh, Udaipur City tour, Shrinajthi, Haldighati, Mount Abu, Sawaliyaji etc. Mr Naim Khan is really a good person and knowledgeable guide. 4 day cab tour

Enjoyed my time with Naeem on my solo trip to Udaipur this week. Very decent and respectful he was and did not pester me with questions about my itinerary. He was punctual and the car was clean and in good condition. For those who require a tour guide Naeem also has good knowledge about the sights. Good value for money in comparison with other cab companies.

Best ever experience I had with the tour operator (Mr Naeeem the owner), where you can trust for what you have paid. The car condition was good (hygiene), even the driver Mr. Rehman has a good knowledge of all places (driver cum guide), well behaved, no extra charge once you confirm the services and rates. Awesome Experience & Five Star Hospitality

We have came to know about Naeem Bhai through Trip advisor. Our first interaction was so delightful. The most important thing is Naeem Bhai designed our tour in such away that we even did’t know we have spent 5 days in udaipur. The Cab was very much clean, comfortable. On the first day we were been greeted @ the airport & then transferred to Our hotel. The next day we visited Eklingji Temple - Nathdwara - Haldi Ghati. The Next day we went to Chittorgarh, naeem bhai referred us to a local guide over there who made our visit a memorable experience. In the last two days we had visited several scenic places of the udaipur city, some of them are Shri Karni Mata Temple & Cable car ride, Fattehsagar Lake Boat ride, Sahelio Ki Badi, Lake Pichola Boat Ride, City Palace, Biological park. I would personally recommend Naeem Bhai as he is the Most Reliable - Authentic & Five Star Hospitality Experience ....👍👍👍👍

Excellent tour guide and driver!

Very helpful, kind and informative tour guide and driver - Naeem Khan with very good English. Not only did he always stop when we wanted to take photos, give us insider infos and tips, but also kept driving us and waiting for us after the tour was over to the end (to the railway station when we left Udaipur) for a modest fee.

Beautiful day tour to kumbhalgarh

On our trip through India we also visited udaipur. we wanted to see the fort kumbhalgarh and booked a day trip with naehm Khan. He picked us up from our hotel on time and was very friendly. He always responded to our special requests and we got great photos of the life of the people in the country. Even when a member of the group felt sick, he did everything to help. We spent a wonderful day with him. We were very satisfied and would book with him again at any time.

Best experience ever

We have used many tour companies in the past and this was hands down the best experience we have ever had. We didn’t plan anything when we got to Udaipur and were worried about what to do. I called up the car company at night and Naeem picked up the phone and was very accommodating too our last minute request. Worries about if we were going to get a car He gave us a spacious car for a good price. Jamil was our driver and within a few minutes of meeting he had already planned out a really wonderful trip for us. We were so happy with the car service and the driver that we hired him again for our other trips during our vacation. If you’re coming to Udaipur you are guaranteed a great time with this car company, I highly recommend it.

Do It !

I had an amazing day today in Udaipur. Anand was my attentive guide who is extremely knowledgeable. I learned so much. It gets busy and there is a lot to see in the Palace so I would let him guide you thru to the highlights. We also went to a wonderful temple where a ceremony was taking place, I got a glimpse of how the feed the homeless which was important to me. I took a boat over to one of the islands. We visited the spinsters water garden and the Monsoon Palace. I was looking for specific gifts and Anand kindly took my off the beaten track to the Rajasthan art school, a great tailor and a number of amazing shops, none of which were pushy, to find a blue Krishna (don’t ask lol). Thanks Anand, it’s a day I’ll never forget !

Unprofessional, expensive and a rip off

Tour booked and confirmed with travel agent and Viator was to include City Palace, Pichola Lake boat ride & Jag Mandir island, Royal Cenotaph, Saheliyo ki bari and Fateh sagar lake. Our tour guide did not provide the Lake Pichola boat ride or visit to Jag Mandir, stating that a local wedding prevented us from visiting the island and having the boat ride. We paid for the boat ride and Jag Mandir, we should have been offered both. As a local tour company in Udaipur, the tour guide should have known that there was limitations on the boat ride and rescheduled or refunded us the cost of both. Tour was expensive paying $60 USD for each person and we still had to pay our entrance fees at all locations including a tip of 50 rupees for a gate person at the Cenotaph when no other visitor at the sight was paying money to the man. We paid $60 USD a person for the 5 hours we had the guide, when in fact he spent a considerable amount of time on his phone and talking to other tour guides, very unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR, THERE ARE OTHER TOUR COMPANIES IN UDAIPUR.

Fantastic tour operator in Udaipur

I spent 3 amazing days in Udaipur with my family, and the experience was made even more enjoyable by Naeem and his team. He was very easy-going and readily agreed to keep the itinerary flexible as we wanted to visit some sights that weren't a part of his original plan. As there were 7 of us, he organised a 9 seater (not including driver and front seat) Tempo Traveller which was extremely comfortable and well maintained. Our driver, Chandu was really friendly and always greeted us with a smile on his face. Same goes for our guide, Anand who had so many interesting bits of information to share that there never was a dull moment. All in all, I can't speak highly enough of Naeem, Chandu, and Anand. They made our first trip to Udaipur something we'll never forget.

Best Day Tour

Mr Naeem Khan and his brother Anwar are one of the best for day tours. They will give you fair advices what to visit and when. Naeem even helped us getting the tickets and all for some of the venues. His cars are well maintained and both of them are very well behaved. Prices are good too if you compare with others. I spoke to #1 and other ranked tour operators in TripAdvisor but found them to be the best.

I booked 3 day udaipur tour with royaldaytourudaipur. I contacted Naeem and asked for Toyota innova. Naeem agreed and gave me the contact details of Mr Altaf Khan. I would say that this trip is ended happily because of only Altaf Khan. He has a generous and family friendly nature. He always agreed whatever we told him. On first day i was in a very off mood because of my hotel booking. But because of Altaf we completed all sight seeing. On second day, we left hotel at 9 AM and arrived hotel at 9 PM. 12 hour journey which i suppose would not be possible in case we have other driver than Altaf. In all the tour, Altaf was like a guide to us. He always suggested what will be good for us and he was right always. Whole RoyalDayTourUdaipur team is really fantastic. Please expand your network across other states also. A very great thank you for a wonderful trip.

Made our trip a very memorable one!

This is our first time in Rajasthan. We are a family of 3 and we came to Udaipur on 4th of October, 2019. My father, a retired professor from a central university had booked Mr.Naeem Khan's taxi service to pick us up from the Udaipur Airport, explore Udaipur and drop us back at the airport after reading several reviews and quoting reasonable price because we needed to be careful as we don't know much Hindi and we wanted someone who can communicate in english. Mr Naeem was always on time throughout the trip and he recommended us places which Google failed to mention. He was the one who planned our places to visit and gave honest opinions about restaurants and shops for purchasing souvenir. We came here with minimal expectations as we had many trips around India but most of the services we had booked weren't promising. But this time, the trip panned out extraordinarily well only because of his service. There was never a time during the entire trip that we felt out of place and that's only because he went out of his way to assist us and make our tour memorable. I'm writing this review on my way to the airport and it's only because it's always hard to please a tourist and Mr. Naeem Khan made sure our family is content with this trip. If you are trying to explore Udaipur in it's truest essence, I would definitely recommend his service as a wonderful trip is guaranteed. Apart from tourist sites, he also recommended us good restaurants throughout the trip.. He took special care of us and he went beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable. Local, warm and reliable hospitality

I was India on the way to another destination and was travelling alone. I called Naem khan in the morning and Surya was there to meet me at the jetty. We spent the day at the lake, then the palace, and then the gardens. I wanted to have a beer on the way, and they found me a place, I wanted to visit the markets and enjoy local food, and they took me to the local market. Very warm, honest, knowledgeable, and hospitable. If you are looking for a reliable tour that will cater to your needs and customise the tour for your enjoyment, then I would highly recommend them.

Udaipur like never before

My friend recommended to visit Udaipur with this tour company. I was an experience to remember for long time. I had a royal feeling for the first time in my traveling journey. I did boating in Lake pichola,witness a great sunset view. City palace and the history behind that was just amazing. Unfortunately I was there for very short time so I couldn't explore the city much but whatever I did with this company sightseeing tour was best. My recommendation would to book a private tour rather than a group to have a best experience.

Great service at a reasonable price

The owner responded personally to my quote request within 10 minutes - on a Saturday night! We did 2 half-day tours, one of them with a guide, and also used the tour company for airport pickups and drop off. Service was flawless, and the owner personally picked me up from the airport and dropped me off. I would highly recommend this tour operator.

Udaipur Trip

We booked cab for 3 days. Airport transfer/drop, Udaipur sightseeing , Chittorgarh fort. It was a good tour. Naeem khan helped us to visit certain places on proper time to avoid rush and it was spot on. Cab is in excellent condition and we had no issues in entire udaipur trip.

Helpful driver who have good eye for details-

I was there for 3 days and have booked 3 tours. The first day was City tour, the next was Kumbalgarh and the third day was Chittorgarh. I booked over the phone and paid an advance of Rs 500/- through Paytm about 4 weeks before visting Anwar came in to pick us up for these 3 days. He is a good driver and he knew about the place he took us. Importantly, he knew the local guides in Kumbalgarh and Chittorgarh and thus we were not only privy to good guides but that too without any haggling or bargaining. Due to Anwar we were able to get good guide at reasonable price. My 3 day tour costed us Rs 8500/- However, I think there are quite a room for improvements. First if Anwar can reduce honking because I felt there are many places it was completely avoidable. Secondly, while I did book my itinerary but there was room for improvisation. Here Anwar was quite rigid. For eg while returning from Kumbalgarh we had lot of time and I requested if we can also visit Haldighati. I was open to paying extra, but he told me about bad roads etc. Overall I would definitely recommend this agency for their polite behavior, punctuality and professionalism. I would suggest when you book have a detailed discussion with Naeem Khan the owner and explain our wish list. That way I guess he can help better
