Great option to see Rajasthan! (With some flaws)

Well curated tour, well put together. If you're looking to see many part of Rajasthan without worrying about getting around this tour is great. The tour company is extremely responsive and there to answer any questions you may have which is awesome. Sukret was always there to help, he was great. The driver Wasim was fantastic. He really go out of his way to make sure you're good. He helped took me to dinner places I wanted, when I need groceries, even random interesting spots along the road. He always open the door, let me play my own music, fun to talk to. Really helped made the trip better. The destination were also welled planned but when it comes down to it, the days may switch a bit. Make sure you talk to driver and you hit all the spots. The problem is you have different tour guide at each city, and they don't know your itinerary. They're just there for the day. Your guide quality varies. Some I thought was okay, some were fantastic. None were bad. Although many of them always take me to a tourist shop to buy stuff at the end, at least they don't pressure you. But it gets annoying everyday. The low light was a really bad hotel in the desert dunes near Jaiselmer. It was atrocious, no toilet paper or clean toilet, room was filthy, barely have electricity, no towels and when asked they offered dirty ones. Luckily my driver Wasim came to the rescue and yelled at them and we got another hotel with same operator that was acceptable. The hotel seems to have many falsehood, at various websites. I wished the tour company checked or knew beforehand. Overall, this tour I thought was very good value. It can be hard to get around and see all of Rajasthan and this was definitely one of the best way to do it! I've seen some incredible things and it's a beautiful way to see India / Rajasthan.

Excellent service and great value for money

Excellent trip with very nice and professional driver Ajay. Local guides were very nice and knowledgeable, especially our local guides in Jodhpur (who used to be a teacher) and in Udaipur (who’s a great supporter of local art). We booked the hotels ourselves, but our driver dropped us to all the hotels. Great value for money and the charm is in the great driver and local guides who are very enthusiastic.

Amazing adventure across Rajasthan

A well-organized tour throughout Rajasthan with great tour guides in each city and town we visited. The driver (Faizel) was professional and friendly. The hotels were generally really good. So much beauty to explore across the region.

Full package of Rajasthan

The tour and guide in Udaipur was perfect, the tour in Bikamer was good, the tourguides in Jaisalmer and Jodhpur were so so but the cities were nice. The hotels in Udaipur and Jodhpur were very good. We really love Niitoo (the driver) he is very kind, skilled, always on time and save. So overall we are happy with the tour and service. After this we booked another tour with the company to Delhi and Agra. This one was also good, the communication is easy.

Amazing Rajasthan experience

I got in touch with Sukret a couple of weeks before leaving. We were interested in their Rajasthan tour, but had some extra requirements: we needed the tour to start from Jaipur and end in Delhi, we wanted to also see Agra and the Taj Mahal, we had only 7 days. Sukret was very responsive from the beginning and able to customize the tour to our needs, we exchanged several emails and I was very happy with the speed of the responses. The tour itself was very well organized, we had official guides in every city we visited (Jaipur - Jodphur - Udaipur - Pushkar - Agra) and a great driver. We only had a minor misunderstanding with one of the guides, but we called the agency that immediately sorted it our (I'm saying this as a plus - misunderstandings happen, and it is great that we could solve in no time!) I'd recommend booking with VWI because they gave us the no-stress experience we wanted, taking care of every aspect concerning the tour. Rajasthan was amazing, and being able to enjoy it without dealing with hotels, activities, guides, driver was really great.

Very enjoyable tour of the three cities

This was a very intense but very enjoyable tour of the three cities. I think it would've better to spend more days in all the cities. The hotels were fantastic, and the sights were awesome, especially in Jaipur & Udaipur.

IRCTC Rajasthan Winter Special Package

I had taken IRCTC Rajasthan Winter Special Package starting on 25th December 2022 till Jan1sr 2023. It was a 7 day Package from Kolkata to Kolkata. It is a ill planned Package with proposed travel time not close to actual one. It seems that the person who designed the package left the entire research to his imagination. Wherever the travel time is mentioned as 7 hrs we ended up spending atleast 2 hrs more than that. As a result we were always behind schedule and even lost out on the sunset at Sam desert as we could only manage to arrive the desert campsite after sunset. The so called tour manager was absolutely clueless about the entire tour and completed the entire tour like any one of us as this was his first Rajasthan visit. This is a total unprofessional attitude of IRCTC, sending untrained people for such an challenging tour. The trip lacks planning and imagination. The entire period is mostly spent on roads with compromised timings on sight seeing.

We visited Haridwar, Rishikesh, all prayag, Joshimath, Auli, Badrinath Dham and Mana gaon; India's last village. Throughout the journey he made sure we were comfortable and safe. Recently we had completed 11 members Group Rajasthan tour with VWI tour. from 08th Oct to 18th October 2022. The trip was fantastic, very joyful in all the days.Mr. Rajender is very nice and humble person he is the key person for all the arrangements and very concern about each traveller.He has arranged Good Air condition Tempo traveller for us and Driver also very nice person. Driver was known all routes in Rajasthan we never faced any problem with driver and he was like one of our family member.Also, Mr. Rajender arranged very nice 3* Hotel accomodation in all the locations except Desert. And our team enjoyed like anything in Desert Tent house staying with folk dance.Food was good in all the hotels. Finally, thanks to Mr. Rajender for making our tour success....

I decided to take a trip to rajsthan with my partner and came across VWI while looking for suitable travel agencies to help us plan our trip….... We decided to book our trip with them after much deliberation and after reading numerous positive reviews….... The trip was meticulously planned, and VWI tour took care of everything from hotel reservations to food and transportation……..We spent the first day of our trip relaxing, and on the second day we enjoyed a hearty meal prepared by them before setting out to explore the secrets hidden behind the beautiful sand dunes……. The day ended with us enjoying the locals' performances as we prepared for our overnight stay at the beautiful camping site arranged by VWI tour…... It was a memorable experience, and I would recommend VWI tour to anyone looking to plan an unforgettable trip……..

Great Time

We had a wonderful & mesmerising experience for the life time. One of the most memorable trip of Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer & Bikaner. We get a full time driver which pick us from the Airport and was with until the airport departure on last day. Must say he is the best person to guide you through the entire tour. He never ever made us uncomfortable for anything or even bothered us. He always helped us with appropriate information at right time and never mislead. The hotels which were booked are very nice and delicious food. Staying in Desert Tent was the most amazing experience. If again I get a chance to be in Rajasthan we will book with them again.
