He is an excellent and skillful driver who knows his way around many cities. He is knowledgable about all the cities visited and suggests great spots in Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Amazing tours and hidden local gems!

We used Ride and Relax tours last year and we went again this year! We cannot recommend Firous enough, he showed us every main tourist attraction in udaipur along with all the secret hidden local gems! We met some amazing locals on the way and learnt all about their special crafts and talents. He makes you feel very safe and speaks perfect English and is very easy to communicate with he has great banter too which is always a plus! 😁 Firous is truly part of our family now and we cannot wait to come again next year for my wedding in udaipur and for him to help show around all our family & friends.

Great trip with Mr Vasu, Ride & Relax

We undertook a week long Rajasthan road trip, covering Jaisalmer Jodhpur Udaipur, last week. We hired our cab through Firoz @ Ride & Relax. Firoz assigned us Mr Vasu with his Etios and we have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and customer service extended to us by both Mr Firoz and Mr Vasu. Mr Vasu was extremely helpful through out the trip providing us the right guidance & suggestions on sightseeing, food options, and routes. Mr Vasu was always punctual for pickups & drops, driving that inspired confidence and was respectful of our site seeing / shopping requirements. His prompt response & alternative suggestions especially when we ran into some hotel issues late into the night made us very comfortable though out the trip and helped us ensure we had an enjoyable / relaxing time. During the long drives, while he provided commentary on villages - building we drove past, entertained us with interesting stories he also ensured that our private/personal spaces or time was never interfered into. Jaipur,Udaipur to Mount Abu Rajasthan car tour from November 2nd to 9th,2019.

We 4 friends, all ladies & senior citizens planned to visit Rajasthan - Jaipur, Pushkar, Ajmer, Udaipur and Mt. Abu for duration 8 days.Based on recommendation from our friend who had availed their service, we chose Ride and Relax car service of Udaipur. Mr. Firoz was very courteous, very informative and answered all our questions. He took personal interest to put us at ease. He provided us a pretty new Toyota Crysta car with a very safe & dependable driver. He arranged for our sight seeing at Jaipur. At Udaipur,on 5th November,he took us on guided tour.We found him extremely knowledgeable and well versed. All of us enjoyed our Rajasthan tour . We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Firoz Khan & Ride & Relax services.

Good experience with Ravi and Ride and relax

We contacted Ride and Relax based on reviews. Mr. Firoz Khan offered good price for our 5 days trip inclusive of toll and parking. He arranged Mr Ravi as our driver. Ravi arrived hotel on time every day ( 2 days in Udaipur) for outstation sightseeing. Clean and Wei maintained car. Ravi took us to all the places we requested. He also took us to good shop for shopping. In Nathadwar, we finished Darshan in 5 min thanks to vip Darshana arranged by Ravi. Covered all the places in Mount Abu and dropped us on time to Udaipur airport. Only in Chittorgarh fort we felt guide arranged by Ravi could have been better as he missed important place and ended with unwanted shopping. Apart from Chittorgarh experience we are happy with rest. Though our trip inclusive of toll but we only paid the toll and as per Ravi he wasn't informed. Not sure where the gap was. Our overall experience was very good and we enjoyed the service.

Memorable tour made possible by Ride & Relax's car and enthusiastic driver Vasu

We had visited Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur between 17th to 25th September 2019. We had booked car from Ride & Relax based at Udaipur; for travel and site seeing from Jaipur onwards. We had pleasant interaction with Mr. Firozkhan right from time of booking the cab and later with Mr. Vasu who drove us about 800 kms. Mr.Vasu was our driver form Jaipur to Udaipur via Jodhpur. Mr. Vasu is not only a very good driver but also has good knowledge about places of tourist interest, typical Rajasthani cultural shops and of course of the roads. He is enthusiastic and entertaining person who is always ready to help / guide tourist for best and accurate visits and shopping. Probably only improvement area for Mr. Vasu is keeping time as agreed. However it was not a big issue. Indeed our tour had been memorable courtesy M/s. Vasu and Firozkhan.

We had planned a private tour to Rajasthan for 6 nights, 7 days. Ride and Relax tour organised it very well. Mr. Farukh who drove us to Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Udaipur suggested the best restaurants, shops to buy quality leather, fabrics,authentic handicrafts, sweets etc. He was humble, well mannered, informative regarding the cities which we visited. Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Kumbhalgarh, Nathdwara

We stayed for 3 days in Udaipur and covered Udaipur and Chittorgarh. We stayed for 3 days in Kumbhalgarh and covered Kumbgalgarh, Haldighati, Eklingji and Nathdwara. We stayed at Club Mahindra at both the places. Our driver, Faruq bhai was very good. Soft spoken, diligent and punctual. He is knowledgeable and provided right guidance on places of interest, restaurants etc. as always very polite and soft spoken. I would strongly recommend the services of Ride and Relax ( Firoz) and our driver Faruq bhai. They are professional as well as reasonably priced. The vehicles are maintained well, fairly new and clean. E Even if the vehicle would get muddy or dirty, the next time we’d step in it would be clean. I must say that Rajasthan during monsoon is mesmerising. And, travelling with Ride and Relax- Firoz and his yram is hassle free.
