Wow!

I LOVE BALI! ❤️ My incredible tour guide Ma-de gave me an epic experience. He picked me up for the tour and we began our tour to the center of Ubud. While we were there he took breath taking photos at the Water Palace Temple followed by a trip to the Ubud Royal Palace. From there we went to the coffee plantation where I saw the coffee beans growing in their natural form along with the most delicious tasting mangosteen and passion fruit. I even received a 10 coffee and tea tasting of coffee and blends made on the premise. Our next stop was the Holy spring temple which is where I witnessed the water purification. Such a blessed place to visit. By now it was time for lunch and an exuberant time for picture taking at the d’Alas restaurant and Jungle swing. I overcame my fear of the swing and my guide Ma-de and the assistants at the swing took AMAZING lifetime photos of me. Upon completion of the swing I was then served with brilliant service by the staff at the d’Alas restaurant. They offered an all inclusive menu with a drink, appetizer, entree and dessert in true Indonesian fashion. Scrumptious! After a satisfying lunch, my outstanding tour guide and driver Ma-de took me to the Tegalalang Rice terrace where it was breathtaking. I can see why the movie Eat,Pray,Love was shot here. The Tegenugan Waterfall rounded out my experience where I was able to witness God’s creation. What a beauty. The only way you should be traveling in Bali

After searching online for recommendation for private transfer in Bali we decided to use HBD to take us to places. All communication was smooth and prompt via email. I gave them my itinerary and date and they gave me a quote and confirmation. Our driver Sunarta was always on time if not early. Clean and comfortable car. Traffic in Bali was very busy but he always try his best to maneuver around and get us to our destination on time. All correspondence was done via WhatsApp. It was so convenient and reassuring. It was affordable and much more comfortable than trying to use scooters or local taxi. Sunarta would drop us off and wait around until we are ready to move to the next destination. With one text and he will be waiting for us at the pick up spot. He also gave us suggestions for restaurant and local highlights. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a safe and comfortable way to travel on the island of Bali!

Punctual, friendly, good knowledge about Bali and its people, recommendable at any time

We had also chosen this year Komang Piyara as our tour guide and driver for our trip because we have had very good experiences with him so far. Komang was always on time, very friendly and the ATV tour was an absolute highlight.We took great photos and thanks to Komang we will remember this Bali trip fondly. We wish Komang and his family all the best.

Amazing tour hosted by the brilliant Berata! He couldn’t have done more for us to enjoy this wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be asking for him on our next trip to Bali! 😊

Professional and Friendly Car and Driver Service

We did our own scootering on Nusa Penida but on the Bali Mainland we figured we'll book drivers for getting around and we were glad we did it with "Hire Bali Driver". Confirmation through email was prompt and I was kept updated through whatsapp regularly including on the contacts of my drivers for the two days, Surya and Wah Ko nearer to the dates. Both were punctual and were at our hotel at the appointed times, the cars were clean and there was also cold mineral water provided which was very welcome for the hot day! On both days, i gave the drivers a list of things we wanted to see and do in orders of priority and they were able to help plan the itinerary and advise what was possible within the allotted time, taking into account daylight and the opening timings of the attractions and the likely traffic. Both Surya and Wah Ko spoke good English, accompanied us in the various attractions, were good guides and provided invaluable tips and tricks to save time, were good conversationists and took great pictures when called upon. Price wise I found it was pricier than what was advertised on other platforms but we think it was money well spent. I would heartily recommend Hire Bali Driver and both Surya and Wah Ko without hesitation.

Radi - amazing!

Radi was our driver from Hire Bali driver. He was fantastic. We also had him the day before where we discussed exactly what we wanted. Radi came up with the plan and he sorted us such an amazing day for myself and 13 year old son. It was jam packed with everything Ubud had to offer. He was so knowledge, patient, chatty and a great photographer. He kept us informed really well of pick up and drop up points through WhatsApp even sending us photos. He has made our experience of Bali so special and the memories will never be forgotten. A big thank you Radi!

Great day with Ma-de in Ubud!

We had an incredible day with Ma-de! He took us to so many interesting places, Monkey forest, Katulampo waterfall, Holyspring temple, Kintamani lake, Mt. Batur, tegalalang rice terrace, and even a special local souvenir shop. The sights were great, and he was very tentative to us. At one point we waited an hour to take photos at the waterfall, and he held our bags for us the whole time - we felt bad it took that long, but it was to awesome to feel he was safe with us and our things. Highly recommend if you want to see some cool places with a great guide!

Nyoman Suarsa was the BEST

Nyoman Suarsa was the most generous, knowledgeable, and patient driver and tour guide! He knew so much about the culture and you can just tell he loves his home and it's people. He also knew side streets to avoid heavy traffic areas but still drove at a pleasant pace. He answered all our questions in great detail but also knew when to give us down time alone as well. Definitely would recommend him as a driver again! Thank you so much Nyoman.

Tropical paradise.

What an amazing trip! Radi our driver took us to some wonderful places in ubud. The scenery was stunning! I can highly recommend this tour. Radi our driver was so friendly, told us so much about bali and all the places we visited with him. He was so polite and cheerful. A really lovely man. We had a wonderful time. This trip with Radi is a must , if u are visiting beautiful Bali.

Ubud driver

We had Yandek with us for 2 days taking our family around Ubud and also our transfer to the airport. He was so friendly and helpful, sharing about the local area and culture. Helping us with bookings, purchasing tickets and taking us to lovely places to eat that had a lovely authentic feel and amazing food. He is so friendly and we definitely recommend his services.

A great full day tour!

I had a wonderful full day solo tour with Mang Jaya who provided information at all the different locations, taught me Indonesian and Balinese words and helped me take photos! A truly great experience!

Great way to see Bali highlights

A great way to see the highlights in Bali, especially if your time is limited. Bagus was an excellent guide and provided a lot of helpful details during the tour!

Covered it all….in style!!

We were lucky enough to be provided an excellent driver Agus! Very friendly, personable and professional. He also had a spotless and comfortable car. Prior to our arrival the communication was very good with Rani. The day before our arrival Agus reached out for pick up directions. We felt in good hands. We used the service for pick up and return to the airport. For transfer between hotels with several stops of interest that we chose along the way. We also were taken to the Uluwatu temple and Kecak fire dance followed by a delicious Jimblan dinner on the beach. I don’t understand how amazingly good humored Agus could be in the dreadful traffic there, but he never lost his cool and was very patient. He knew the back roads and used them when he could. We had some great discussions on myriad topics…informative on the sights and tourism, Bali and life. He was punctual and courteous and overall a wonderful soul. We felt in quite capable hands and would HIGHLY recommend this service and hope you get Agus. As an extra I should mention that their price was extremely reasonable.

Amazing Experience in Ubud

This tour was relaxing and a great way to see the top tourist spots of Ubud. My partner and I especially enjoyed visiting the monkey forest, Tirta Empul, and Tegallalang rice terrace. We even had the opportunity to visit the coffee plantation and try many free and unique samples of coffee and tea. The lunch included in the package was delicious and filling - there were a few options to choose from. Our tour guide Agus was friendly, kind, and very informative, he was also accomodating to our needs. Unfortunately, the Ubud art market was under renovation but there were market stalls scattered throughout Ubud centre. Tips: - Make sure to bring swim wear or spare clothes if you have the opportunity to participate in the water purification ritual at Tirta Empul - Please follow and respect the rules/instructions of the places and tour guides. This will help you avoid any troubles with the monkeys at the monkey forest, and to respect the culture/traditions of the sacred/holy places

Ubud: Waterfall, Rice Terraces & Monkey Forest Private Tour with Lunch

On this tour we visited a Balinese temple, the waterfall at Tegenungan, a kopi luvak coffee plantation, Ubud Monkey Forest, Tegalalang rice terraces and Ubud King Palace. It was an incredibly packed and interesting day, my boyfriend and I loved every minute of it. My personal favourites were the beautiful temple and the Monkey Forest, but this tour should have something of interest for everone. Made was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable guide. He managed to convey a lot of information and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended! (We had booked the lunch option, which was tasty and in a lovely restaurant but vegetarians should be aware that there may not be a vegetarian option - or maybe you need to ask for it.)

Really great and beautiful spots. Incredible driver (Dana). You get to see a lot of the “hidden gems” in Ubud. Would recommend as it is very pleasent and easy. Especially the lunch is pleasent, with great food and a beautiful view.

Amazing tour around Ubud

We had an amazing tour with our guide BENIK, he took amazing photos of us. First we visited Ubud King palace, monkey forest, and Tegallalang rice terraces. Secondly, we went to the jungle sling, and also had lunch there. Third, we went to a coffee farm, where we tried different Tee and Coffee variants. After this we visited the Mas village, and saw amazing woodcrafts from the locals, and visited Tegenungan waterfall. Last but not least we spend time at the Batuan temple, where we learnt alot about Balis culture and religion.

Amazing experience!

Desna was our driver - he was great. Knowledgable, friendly, on time with everything and great communication. Very accommodating to our needs and open to whatever we wanted to see. We had an almost tailored experience and everything ran smoothly. We had the best day and saw the beautiful waterfall, rice fields, jungle swing, wood carving, monkey forest and also had a stunning lunch!

Agus is your best friend in Bali! 1000% recommend and would trust my loved ones with him. Agus was recommended to me by friends who had gone to Ubud before our friends wedding. I traveled to Ubud after. He picked me up from seminyak took me to ubud. Showed me around ubud and also dropped me off at the airport. Agus was very accommodating and flexible. He suggested itinerary based on time allowed, weather and interests. I came down with a cold and he took me to the pharmacy. My ubud trip was wonderful. He even negotiated for me. My last evening I didn’t want to eat at a sit down higher end restaurant. I asked him to suggest some good locals would recommend and it was incredible. He also made sure I wouldn’t get sick from eating.

Experience through ubud

Me and my friends are very happy with our day tour in ubud. The best part was definitely the monkey forest. We had a very frendly and enthusiastic guide named Dana, who was very positive and chatty. Overall a fantastic experience.

Best day on Bali

Where to start? Rice field with incredible swings, temples visit, monkey forrest, coffe craft "factory", waterfalls and much more. Everything was perfect. And best of all was Dika. He makes our first day on Bali so remarkable and full of the experiences. He know his job really well. All respect to his knowledge about history of Bali. He show US such a much things. Accurate to not be overwhelmed, but still enough to fill the day. 💯💯💯💯 My best recomends.

Am amazing way to see Ubud!

Highly recommended from one solo female traveller to the next! I had an amazing day travelling around Ubud with my tour guide Dika. We visited the amazing Lumbung Sari Coffee Plantation, Tegenungan Waterfall, Ubud Monkey forest, Tegalalang Rice Field and Pura Tirta Empul, just to name a few of the highlights from the day. As a solo traveller, Dika made me feel super comfortable and he was always friendly & knowledgable - always willing to answer any question I had. He knew the BEST spots for photos at each location that were away from the crowds of tourists and he is pretty handy with an iPhone too! Successful day trip - very happy customer :)

Excellent day tour in Ubud area.

I had today a day tour in Ubud including 3 beautiful waterfalls, rice terraces and a swing in the jungle forest plus a lunch. My driver/Guide Kantun was great, from picking me up, takes amazing photos and driving safely from site to site. The lunch spot in the jungle forest was amazing. Fully recommend!!

Great Trip around Ubud!

Hendra my driver picked me up at my stay in Kuta and drove me all the way up to Ubud. On the way we stopped at the batik and the jewellery places. Than we visited monkey forest, rice Terrasse and other cool spots around Ubud. Hendra was so kind and friendly, explained and showed me everything, took photos and drove very safety trough Bali. I really recommend this Trip for everyone- my tip: add the lunch and Jungle swing option. Great restaurant with Jungle view and delicious food!

Bali Paradise with private guide

Our driver Ari was amazing! The whole tour was super exciting, lots too see with Monkeys, Luwak Coffee, a palace & the famous Rice Terraces! During the drives we learnt a lot about Bali and the culture and our driver Ari always had a joke up his sleeve. Also we had the chance to see additional hidden places on the way with craftsmanship & art. We would always recommend this tour and are excited to come back for a new adventure :)

Awesome time checking out Ubud and monkey forest

Our tour guide ma-de was great and took really good care of us on our tour. We went on a great tour of a waterfall and got some amazing photons. Ma-de knew all the best spots for photos and was a great photographer. Next was the coffee tasting, where we got to taste many of the local coffee and teas. It was really great and recommend if you enjoy coffee. Next, was the monkey forest which was amazing. The monkeys are happy and roam free but love to hang around the people. Ma-de made sure we got a great selfie with a monkey for a good price. 10/10 recommend the monkey forest it was very unique and will never forget that experience. Next was the jungle swing which really got the adrenaline going as you swing over the jungle. Followed by a great lunch where I had the fried duck which was amazing. Next was the rice terrace which was beautiful. Last, we checked out the old palace and walked around the market. A great way to end a perfect day. Highly recommend this tour company and make sure you ask for our tour guide Ma-de.

We had a great trip today with our guide Dana. He showed us all of the beautiful places in Ubud; like the rice terrace, tegenungan waterfall, monkey forest and a great lunch. We would definitely recommend this tour with Dana as your guide!

Amazing service by G’Day for all your travels!

Highlights of Ubud and surroundings

Amazing tour to the highlights of Ubud. So many spots in just one day with the rice terraces as my own highlight. Pit was a very nice driver. He came on time after a very spontaneous booking and gave us impressions we wouldn‘t get if we made a trip to Ubud on our one. Thank you for that.

Amazing tour with great tour guide!

This tour was amazing! We have been picked up on time directly at our resort and started with the tour through a coffee plantation including coffee tasting. After that we visited the Tegenungan waterfall. After a short swim we went to the monkey forrest and spent some time there. After that we headed to the jungle swing where we also got a great lunch. After that we went to the rice fields and walked around for a bit. We had then the option to visit some additional places like the wood carving which we skipped as we were already tired from all the other activities. A SPECIAL THANKS to our awesome tour guide Dika. We would like to give even more then 5 stars as he: - recommended to start the tour ealier to avoid the traffic jams and long waiting lines at the attractions (great tip!) - organized all the required tickets/information & guided us through the attractions and explained all the details we should know - made awesome pictures. Big thanks for the great memories! - is a great driver and ensured the whole tour that we felt extremly comfortable In addition we had during the whole trip a great conversation about different topics: Indonesian tradtions, culture, poltics, sport etc.
