Beautiful day browsing through time

My wife and I (along with Oscar, our dog) enjoyed listening to the audio while walking in front of the houses and buildings. We have found it very interesting in every aspects (history, construction influence, etc.)

Very Interesting!

We have been wanting to visit the old town for some time and this little tour gave us a great overview. It took us about an hour to travel through all those 300 years. Loved seeing all the different styles of homes and learning about the early inhabitants of Tuscan. We will be touring more cities using these audio tours!

Download and Set up Disappointing l

Sadly I did not get my code until it was too late to take in part of the tour. My next two tours did not ever show up for me. So I had to buy them directly from Shaka Tour. I’m only out $14.95, but it is the first time Viator has not lived up to the expectations.

Not an overview of Tucson history

The tour was somewhat difficult to follow because the audio would begin before I reached the designated location for the audio. Also, the content of information was too detailed. I got bored with all the detail. It would have been very interesting for someone studying architecture. I learned a little bit of history, but not the overview of historical Tucson that I was anticipating.

Time traveler on foot

I like the way the tour is laid out, from 3 centuries ago to 1 century ago. It's an easy walking tour and very informative.

Very informative

This walking tour was a lot of fun and very informative. Go in the morning before it gets hot or maybe in the Winter. We did it after lunch in 100dF temperatures. Either way, take water and have fun!

Interesting local audio tour

Well researched and interesting. Lots of dates and people to keep track of but enjoyed learning about the historic homes. Walking directions we’re great and easy to follow.

Such interesting history in Tucson

I'm glad we downloaded at home first because it took longer than we expected. Once at the correct location, the information was so well presented and informative; it left us wishing for more info about other buildings we saw that weren't included ! It also would be great if we could listen to it one more time after the tour to let all the information sink in. All in all, it was great !!!

Mostly excellent

This is a great idea for a walking tour. It gives you turn by turn instructions and knows where you are and when to give you the next information and stories. It was a little hard to jump ahead if you got bored and wanted to move on.

Great guided walking tour

For the price...awesome. The scope was a small slice of town and mostly covered houses , but very enjoyable and everything worked well...like coordinating the dialogue with our actual location.

Good History

We enjoyed the audio tour. The walking was easy and at a slow pace. Both of us had a few 'glitches' at the beginning of the tour to get to the correct part of the audio, and find our way on the streets. The narrator was very good, informative and entertaining.

We learned a lot

We spent a good hour walking what was essentially a square section of downtown Tucson, learning about the history of the place through the stories of the people who lived in buildings around town. It was interesting.
