Great Experience

What a lovely day ! The crew were exceptional , Roman really went the extra mile to make our day amazing. The boat was clean , not overloaded like the other boats. Overall a great experience, only keep in mind they do not take you to the waterfall as per older pictures because it is now too muddy to travel to with the Catamaran boat.

Chilled out day

Picked up at the hotel, delivered to the boat, visited waterfall, delightful lunch on board, visited a lovely beach, back on the boat, collected by taxi driver and returned to hotel. A great day out with nice food and company. This isn't a booze cruise, but there was plenty of food and drink - with a more chilled out vibe.

I enjoyed the stops and the snorkeling. The catamaran was a bit dated. And older than the other ones on the water.

Best of Mauritius Afloat

I chose this cruise because of it's good reviews compared to others and glad I did. Our family had a magic day on this boat. The boat was clean and well maintained it was not overcrowded but the best part was the welcoming and attentive crew throughout the day. My family and I have been disappointed that our overall experience with the locals in Mauritius has not been as welcoming and warm as we had imagined so when we interacted with the lively and warm crew on this boat it gave us hope that people here are friendly. The lunch and drinks were plentiful and delicious. The crew were always asking to refresh your drinks and make some jokes along the way - it was clear they loved their job. Our driver to and from the boat was on time and full of local knowledge. He again was very warm and friendly. I can't recommend this cruise any more highly it was a fantastic day.

Catamaran day to Isle de Cerf

Great day on board the catamaran. Driver who picked us up was professional, friendly and on time. The day was great with snorkelling and visiting a small waterfall along the way. On the 10 person catamaran, the captain and his crew were attentive and friendly. Lunch was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was coffee and biscuits. The island itself was a bit touristy but still worth it. Unfortunately we were only 1 hour on the island, which was a bit short. If you’d like more time there, take a direct boat. But this was a great day out on the water!

Great trip

Amazing trip with a great crew - Just a couple of things to bear in mind - there was no breakfast just a coffee, tea, soft drink and a biscuit for me that does not constitute breakfast which was advertised - if you want more than 1/2 hour snorkeling you’re out of luck one stop for snorkeling just under 30 minutes. Transfer was on time - great driver but was by taxi and the taxi was really only big enough for 3 large adults - we were four so quite cramped for a one hour 10 minute transfer Lunch was really nice but no vege option for those that were - chicken, chicken sausage and amazing fish - would recommend trip

Relaxing and fun day

Beautiful experience with a beautiful day. Crew was nice Plenty of beer and wine and great food. The falls they took us to were okay but we were stuck in a little boat and had to wait in line to see the falls but that's the tourist thing. The other beach they took us to was very sweet and beautiful and we spent almost 2 hours on the beach there and then loaded back up on the catamaran and hit a parasailing adventure on the way back. All in all it was a lot of fun.

Lovely Day on the water

This tour was well organized and all the crew did a great job of looking after us all through the day. The views around were stunning as were the places we visited. The boat was clean and in good condition. The number of people were comfortably accommodated. Enjoyable day!

Amazing day!

This trip was worth the money. The crew was brilliant. We had a lovely swim and a chance to snorkel. The crew made us a fantastic lunch of fish, chicken, salad,and potatoes, then fruit to finish. I can honestly recommend this to anyone coming to Mauritius.

Nice day out on the water

Apart from rainy weather, the day was very enjoyable. The food was good, the staff was helpful and the background music fully completed the experience. I felt like the boat was a bit overcrowded, which meant not everyone could sit and relax on the deck. However overall, I would recommend this experience.

Loved it!!

Loved, loved, loved it! I had the most amazing time on this trip! The staff couldn't do enough for you, they were so attentive and tool great care of us on the Catamaran. Drinks were flowing, lunch was delicious and the view spectacular. We even saw dolphins on our way back. What can I say, I will never forget this tour!

Great cruise!

It was a very great cruise! Love it and very recommend it. I am deducting one star only because the booking company didn’t explain correctly to the taxi driver where we need to be dropped off to get on the boat. We had to wait and really stress until the people who were there managed to help us in this situation.

A great day

From being picked up by the lovely Raj, we enjoyed a full day cruising and snorkelling , followed by a delicious lunch and a walk on Ile Aux Cerf island. What a great day.

Catamaran cruise was fantastic!

Catamaran cruise was fantastic! Hotel pickup and drop off was on-time and easy. The Catamaran crew was great and made the cruise entertaining. You can snorkel and swim at the designated spot if you choose too. Good food and drinks. Worth the price and would do it again.

A boat trip in Mauritius 🇲🇺

The whole trip was breathtaking. It's a 6 hours trip but at the end of the day it felt like couple of hours

Great day of activities

Lovely day going to ile aux cerfs and GRSE waterfall with an attentive boat crew. We also happened upon some monkeys and saw dolphins during the boat trip. My driver Raj who brought me back and forth from my hotel in the north was also very amiable and knowledgeable. In short, I’d recommend this tour particularly if you need transportation for the tours.

Wonderful boat trip

Really good day out, starting with the transfer from our hotel - lovely guy who was early and had to transport us for one hour as part of the package. The day itself was lovely - great tour on a beautiful boat. The guys on the boat were generous hosts making sure we understood everything, that we were safe and kept us supplied with food and drink all day long. The island is picturesque and we had 1.5 hours there, swimming and sunning ourselves before moving on to our next place . You could just go there for a day out under your own steam - plenty of boats do “bus services”. Recommend to all.

Great experience, super nice crew

Driver who took us to the boat arrived very punctual. The whole trip was perfectly organised. The crew was very friendly and attentive all the time. Food was great, so was the "Jungle Juice" (Rum Cocktail). Highly recommended!!

Extremely good - very relaxing and we felt super welcome

Excellent trip with flawless execution. Organization: Perfect - hotel pickup was on time right on the minute and the catamaran was not too full (c. 20 people, plenty of space). Everything was explained nicely - in both French an d English. There was more than enough food and drink on board. Service: As with most Mauritian service: extremely good service. Drinks and food were readily offered throughout the whole trip and a nice ice cold rum cocktail on a catamaran in the sun was exactly what we wanted :) A lot of alcohol free options were also available. The quality of both food and drink was very good - especially the on-board barbecued fish. Activities: A good mix of snorkeling at the edge of the lagoon, seeing a nice waterfall and having c. 1.5 hours to chill/explore on Île aux cerfs, all surrounded by c. 2h total of catamaran driving/sailing.

Fabulous day trip

We were staying just by the booking office in Flic en Flac so decided to use this company. It was so fantastic. We were driven to the other side of the island to Pointe Jerome. There were a lot of people there waiting to get on their catamaran. We were on a smaller one with 8 people. There was coffee and cake when we got on. The water was like a swimming pool and so clear. We snorkelled and swam and then saw a beautiful waterfall. Then we had a brilliant BBQ lunch on the boat. There was so much food. And all the drinks were free. We then got to Ile Aux Cerfs and had about 90 mins there. We went as far away as possible from where we were dropped off to stay away from the tourists. We snorkelled in shallow water and there were so many fish. Afterwards we got back on the catamaran and saw some dolphins! Lots of them! We also went snorkelling again too. I thought it would be over rated being the number one thing to do in Mauritius but it absolutely wasn't. It was incredible. Do it. We then got another taxi back (he was waiting for us) to the other side of the island back to Flic en Flac. Honestly a memorable day we will always remember.

Best Memorable Trip

It was our Honeymoon and I booked a catamaran cruise with Sam. Rajiv our driver was waiting for us at our hotel reception he was very friendly. Right from boarding the catamaran to coming back, everything was perfect. He arranged a vegetarian food specially for us and it was amazing, we were very happy with the hospitality of the two staff at our catamaran serving us. We had an amazing time in yacht, we would suggest everyone, to take their services, they are really good at giving a great customer experience.

Best day out of our holiday

Full day out on the catamaran with a great three-man crew. Kids absolutely loved it and so did we - good BBQ, very generous and easy going with the drinks and food, and all round very good companions for the day, chatty and enthusiastic. Sam Tours very professional and friendly in arranging it, went through the different options in detail, no sales patter just really helpful! All in all for what we got we thought it was very good value.

A real disappointment compared to our previous day trip

Sam - your reputation and service is being fully tarnished by you employing Sachin to taxi service for you. I have travelled all over the world, his driving was dangerous and unprofessional. He made two face time calls for over 5 minutes whilst driving us and was overtaking cars erratically. We waited over an hour to be picked up after our cruise by Sachin. We had to buy drinks in a restaurant to get wifi to whatsapp Sanchin who did not reply. We then had to chase your company. This was totally unacceptable for a tour that cost over £100 for my daughter and myself. Our previous day trip to Port Louis with Ranj was the total opposite - he was an absolute gentleman, highly professional, interesting and very helpful.

A day by catamaran in group

Super nice day organized by Turquoise Voyage. Check-out from Point Jerome by catamaran with a crew of 3 people. The catamaran is not brand new! Cruise with a group of 20-30 people. On the programme: 20 min of snorkelling in the open sea, then we pass to admire waterfalls by changing boats in a river, then towards deer island. An hour on-site walk in an idyllic and still wild setting. Fresh but very common meals on the boat (BBQ and salads). Back at 4:00.

C'était parfait

Nous sommes partis avec le mauvais temps, mais Ça c'est dégagé tout au long de la journée. Nous avons pu rencontrer des dauphins lors de notre traversée. Le repas était délicieux. La plongée était superbe au milieu des différents poissons, tout était parfait

Top top!

Magnificent cruise, very well organized (from our hotel on the other side of the island), with friendly and attentive staff. Idyllic setting to absolutely discover. The passage to Ile aux Cerfs would have deserved to be longer (1h15), the only negative point.

Gute Tour

Gute Tour mit angenehmer Crew, schönem Wasserfall und Schnorchelspot. Essen war gut, Getränke sehr gut! Die Insel braucht man jetzt gefühlt nicht, aber man kriegt was man bucht Transfer war auch gut.

A faire impérativement, balade en catamaran top, personnel aux petits soins, bbq sur le bateau de très bonne qualité, l ile au cerfs pas grand chose à y découvrir mais l'eau y est magnifique

Great experience

Beautiful day on the catamaran despite mixed weather. Professional staff, perfectly adequate meals on the boat and unlimited drinks. We were even able to see dolphins. Small disappointment at the waterfall, the boats (of which we were part...) were chained together and spoiled the charm of the place. 1h30 to Ile aux Cerfs, enough to enjoy its beautiful beaches. Regarding the transfer from our accommodation, the driver was on time and friendly. However, when we had been driving for 15 minutes, he was asked to turn around to pick up other passengers from the same catamaran. This wasn't a problem in itself, but you couldn't fasten your seat belt in the back, which is problematic in terms of safety, especially given the distance and traffic. Same configuration on the way back.

A successful day with a perfect atmosphere and a great view!

The pick-up from our airbnb went well, the taxi driver was reliable and nice. The boat crew was always approachable and friendly. The view was very beautiful, we were even lucky and saw dolphins. The place for snorkeling was also perfectly chosen. The time we spent on the island was also good and it was nice to have a little time away from the boat. The lunch was really delicious and there was a lot of it. A selection of fruit, fish, meat, rice, salad and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The well-being of all guests was taken care of. As a small note: breakfast consists of coffee and biscuits, so you should eat something beforehand if you need a detailed breakfast in the morning. All in all, it was a really nice day that we will always remember! :)

Belle expérience

Belle expérience, les membres de l’équipage très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons été pris en charge à Pointe Jérôme, visiter une cascade, manger sur le bateau, et nous avons fait du snorkeling puis l’île aux cerfs. Je recommande. Juste sur l’île aux cerfs nous n’avions eu que 1heure pour profiter, dommage …

Prachtig maar veel lawaai.

Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige bemanning. Lekker gegeten. Prachtige uitzichten op de oostkust van Mauritius. Mogelijkheid tot snorkelen en parasailing. Mooie maar erg korte (te kort) stop op Ile aux Cerfs. Één medereiziger bracht zijn eigen ‘muziek’ mee. Dat zorgde voor veel lawaai en kabaal. Echt schandalig! Jammer dat de bemanning niet ingreep. Anders had ik een score 5 gegeven.

Une excursion au top

Une superbe journée, avec un équipage au top, repas local au barbecue sur le bateau excellent. 1 heure de plus sur l'île aux cerfs sera bienvenue, car un peu trop court pour profiter de ce bel endroit.

Prachtige boottocht

Mooi op tijd opgehaald door chauffeur Raj. Een professionele en betrokken chauffeur die ons heel veel informatie over het eiland gaf tijdens drukke ochtendspits. Bij de boot aangekomen was er koffie en thee. Een lunch waar over gesproken is, was er niet. Tijdens de boottocht werden we constant van drank voorzien. (Dit was niet voor alle gasten verstandig). De lunch was uitstekend. Tussenstop mbt snoekelen was erg mooi. Je moet wel richting het rif zwemmen. Hier mooi koraal en veel mooie vissen gespot. Tijdens de stop bij de waterval hebben we wederom genoten. Waterval is prachtig en de aapjes die daar in de bomen leven zijn erg leuk om te zien. Tenslotte de stop op Ile aux cerfs was niet zo bijzonder. Op het eiland veel zwerfvuil en mensen die van alles willen verkopen. Na een wandelingetje hadden wij het snel gezien.

Alles hat super funktioniert. Die Tour war perfekt organisiert und wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt an diesem Tag. Die Crew war super, essen und Getränke sehr lecker.

Dépaysement le plus total

Superbe expérience, équipe catamaran très accueillante et sympathique, boissons à volonté repas nickel, cascade de rivière très impressionnante au plus près de ce qui pouvait se faire, descente dans le lagon où nous avions pied entouré de magnifiques poissons

Moment détente quand il fait beau

Nous avons passé un agréable moment de façon générale. Le temps n’a pas été favorable la première partie de la journée (pluie et vent), ce qui a rendu l’eau du snorkling un peu trouble (dommage). Les tailles des palmes ne sont pas assez diversifiées (surtout pour les grandes pointures). Autre mésaventure : notre hors-bord n’a pas pu aller jusqu’à la cascade (il a été bloqué par des gros rochers et le courant). Le temps s’est dégagé l’après-midi, ce qui a rendu l’expérience plus agréable. Les 3 skippers sont très serviables et agréables. Bon déjeuner. Le taxi aller/retour - quel que soit l’endroit sur l’île - compris dans le prix est un gros plus. Nous avons fait quelques rencontres sympathiques sur le bateau, cela rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Une croisière inoubliable

Superbe croisière où nous avons pu profiter de l'océan indien et des côtes de l'île Maurice en toute tranquillité. Nous étions sur un petit catamaran avec 2 autres familles, et nous avons apprécié l'esprit familial et aussi l'accueil par nos 2 hôtes. Déjeuner de bonne qualité et surtout en quantité. Le snorkeling était paradisiaque.
