This service is great at communicating plan! We booked through a different service when we arrived to Japan and the driver literally made me guess where he was. No guessing with this transportation service! They kept us in the loop with everything. The van itself was very clean and luxurious feeling. Would definitely use them again.

The company was in contact with us right away, after we made the reservation and we were communicating all the time. The driver show up about 15 minutes prior yo the appointment. Unsafe transfer

The driver was on time. Surely he had been sleeping and smoking in the car, the car stinked of smoke. The driver did all he could not to use expressway, saving himself some money on toll. On top of that I had to watch him all the time as he fell asleep several times during driving, that was not safe at all. Will never use Viator again, this kind of service is not acceptable

Excellent - exceeded our expectations.

We booked online only a day and a half in advance. Received prompt confirmation and direct communication from the driver shortly thereafter. We ordered 9 seat van for airport trip. There doesn't seem to be many vehicles available in Tokyo that can carry more than 3 people so this was very convenient for us and the great customer service was so helpful in such a busy city. We thought that the price was very reasonable and the driver was friendly and arrived early. This worked perfectly and we will not hesitate to use Viator again in the future.

Convenient Private Transfer for big group from Airport to Hotel

I have elder-lies and kids on our just recently concluded trip to Japan. We have 1 luggage each person which will probably be too hard for public transfer. It's a good thing we have decided to take the private transfer as the nearest station albeit near to my the hotel has stairs with no option for lifts. We would have to carry our 20 inch size luggage thru 3-4 flights of stairs. The Hi-ACE van is definitely enough to accommodate 9 guests with 9 medium size luggage. The operator contacted me via Whatsapp with the plate number of the van that will be used for service beforehand. Narita Airport has free WIFI so it's not an issue on our arrival. Our booking was 1030PM but luckily the immigration and luggage pickup was a breeze and we managed to exit the airport by 9PM. The operator contacted our driver and we were pickup by 930PM. We didn't sign up for the "Welcome" service. The instruction on how to board the van was quite easy. We were directed just to cross the road directly via the Central Gate and wait at the waiting area for private car pickup lane. All in all the service is exceptional and I will be glad to to contact them again next time.

The communication with me before and during the transfer. I know exactly where to go for the pick up and the driver is very punctual and polite. Great experience. I just booked another shuttle to the airport when I depart Tokyo.

Great Experience

Easy communication with the company. Driver was on time. Pleasant ride to our Airbnb. Highly recommend, especially if you're traveling with kids/elderly. Reasonable price. My tip: allow yourself at least 1 to 1.5 hours before you schedule your pick-up time for immigration and to collect your JR passes, suica cards, & WiFi from the airport. They give you 1 hr free after the scheduled pick-up but the lines could be long for immigration/JR passes etc. It was time consuming for us to look for JR/Suica/WiFi since it was our first time in 🇯🇵. In our case, our plane landed at 3 pm but I scheduled our pick-up at 4 pm. We were able to get in the van at exactly 5 pm (rushing).

For a family of 7, we ended up on 2 flights landing at 2 terminals. They were very accommodating to last min changes and everything worked out. Nice big car, clean, on time.

First time in Japan, transfer went easy, attentive in communication with good easy to understand directions. We felt safe.

Came through in a pinch

On a recent trip with my kids to Japan and didn't really have the time/patience to figure my way around the bus/train options from my hotel to Narita airport. Even the hotel I stayed out wasn't much help in getting a shuttle. Last minute (night before we were leaving) google search and this option came up on Viator. Keep in mind most other places expect at least 24-48 hours in advance if not longer to make reservations. Reserving was quick and easy, I was contacted by the operator shortly after to confirm details and my driver was at my hotel a little early to pick us up. Very comfortable shuttle (everyone had their own captains chair) and pleasant ride to the airport without having to deal with any crowds or confusion. Obviously a little pricier than public transportation but it was well worth it to me. Would definitely recommend!

Easy Transfer to Narita from our Airbnb

The transfer company contacted me via whatsapp a day prior to our pick up date to confirm the address and which terminal we needed to be at. They then sent information about the car, including license, color make and model. The driver arrived on time and we were at Narita a little over an hour later. Would definitely recommend this to others!
