Our driver and guide Ahamed was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to inform us about Japanese culture, introduce us to extra sights and destinations, and was very patient and accommodating to our group, which consisted of my elderly mother and young daughter. Highly recommended!

AAA tour, perfect for family who has children, elderly & not able to speck a word of Japanese

Our families had a great time, our guide is very caring for all our needs, and also are very knowledgeable, we had learned a lot of history & culture from him.

Tokyo sightseeing

Asif and Areo were both amazing! We rec’d a customized private tour and they were very knowledgeable about the sites and history. We had some food restrictions and they helped us find some food that we could eat. We’d definitely use Yujin tours again. Thank you Yoshi, Asif and Areo for an amazing experience!

Absolute disaster

I paid $1000.00 for a horrible experience. In fact, I paid “extra” for 1 larger van to accommodate my family of 7 adults…just so we could all be together. Two vans arrived 40 minutes late with 1 tour guide unable to speak English. It was a disaster! I want a full refund.

Great tour

Asif was professional and kind. We were most interested in learning about the beautiful people of Japan. We are not quick travelers and Asif never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. We were full of questions about Japan and he and our other guide, answered all with grace. We really enjoyed the places we visited and he even took us to a local Ramen bar and helped us order our lunch. Highly recommend. If you don’t have much time to really get the feel of Tokyo, take this tour.

It was the best tour ever!

I really appreciate Yujin Tours’ arrangement! I always try to make sure everything will go smoothly before the trip. I communicated with them via WhatsApp prior the tour and they have been so helpful during the pre-planning process and make sure their guests get to see what they requested. They gave us great suggestions as well. Ahamed is the tour guide/driver, from Sri Lanka who went to college in Japan and has been living in Japan for 7 years. He is young and gave us ideas on where to go and things to see. Because we have two vegetarian guests, he found us the best vegan lunch in Tokyo station that was beyond amazing! We got lost trying to find it and when we did, it was well worth the search! I thought I would only need him for 4 hours?! We used all 9 hours and it was sad to say goodbye to him! It was our first day in Japan! We walked a lot and ate a lot!!!! Highly recommend Ahamed. He is that good!

Tokyo, Japan sightseeing

Our driver was excellent and from the very first minute my husband and I met him, we felt like we knew him for a very long time. It was a pleasure to talk to our new friend on any topic (not only about Tokyo and Japan) and we felt sad when it was time to part. Our driver is a photography enthusiast and shared his wonderful photos with us. I was also able to text with our during our entire stay in Tokyo to ask more questions and get some tips about other attractions to visit. Fantastic guide, Abdulah. Most courteous, respectful and informative. Car was very clean and modern and most spacious, giving us plenty of room to stretch our legs. Lots to see and experience. So glad that we booked this tour.

Saw everything, learned nothing

It was a comfortable day traveling in a comfortable minivan all over Tokyo, however, the guide stayed silent and gave minimal descriptions as to where we are and what is the significance of what we are seeing. He also spoke when was asked a question. While he was attentive and helpful, but we didn't learn anything.

Japan highlights

We had a great day in Tokyo. Our driver/ guide was first class. He took us to some really great places. Highlight was the street market the wake beef was unbelievable. Also Tokyo skyline tower was good to having to queue was a plus. Thank you for a great day.

Great private day tour to see Tokyo’s highlights

This private tour was a great experience at almost the same cost as a full bus tour - great value. Our driver Asif was excellent and spoke English well. He listened to us and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. I recommend this tour company.

Wonderful, this is the way to see Tokyo.

The driver/guide Ayan was on time to pick us up at the hotel, nice comfortable, clean car. The tour was customized to places we wanted to see since the day before we had another tour and we had been to many of the places in the suggested itinerary. I had purchased tickets to the Skytree in advanced and the Samurai museum and Ayan took us there on time. We wanted to go to the Godzilla head at 1pm for the steam and lights coming out of his mouth (every top of the hour) and at 3pm to the Gundam robot in Daiba for the short show. Ayan made it happened. On our way to the hotel I remembered about the giant clock on the NTV building and I wanted to see it. Ayan got us there. He is a smart, talented, resourceful with very good English skills. The day before we took a walking/metro tour with another company. We were exhausted going up and down stairs and even the guide was confused as to which way to go. This tour with a car is much better you can see more places and feel great at the end. Thank you for showing us beautiful Tokyo. Arigatou.

Tokyo Day Trip - 10/10 Highly Recommend

10/10 experience and truly the most rewarding day of our Tokyo trip. My parents and I were able to explore so many places within Tokyo from the comfort of our private vehicle with an experienced driver who was very knowledgeable and flexible with our schedule. Adi-san was a joy to spend the day with as our driver and our group of 4 had a wonderful time. This tour made it easy for us to visit many places in one day (that otherwise would have taken us several days to explore on our own) and eliminated any of the stresses associated with planning around the bus/train schedules. It was also nice to have a 'home base' to return to with a vehicle we could leave our backpacks in as we walked around and explored. This service is very professional and the communication leading up to our tour day was very clear and easy. I am very grateful for all the experiences I could share with my parents in a single day. I will 100% use Yujin Tours in the future.

Great tour

Our guide Ayan was great. He was knowledgeable of the city, resourceful and smart. A young man with many talents. We had specific times that we wanted to be in certain places and he was able to be there for all of them.

Best way to Narita

We are a family of four (all adults) and we bought a lot of souvenirs, so we had 4 large luggage and 4 carry ons. Managing all that on the train would have been a nightmare. The driver arrived on time, was courteous, and helped with the luggage. I would definitely recommend their service.

It was a super cold day but we felt so comfortable with the Van that Yujin tours provided us. We enioyed going around the city hassle free since Mr. Rhidoy is not just bookish knowledgeable about the places but has a personal touch of telling us about each places we go to. Mostly he found my retractable chair which i lost at mega store. He really went out of his way to assist us the best way he could..Will def back to tokyo again and will definetely contact none other than Yujin tours. HIGHLY Recommended😃

Great and friendly driver.

The itinerary was planned to suit our needs. We get to go to all the places that were in the itinerary. Driver was very efficient and knowledgeable, friendly and nice. He was early when picking us up and also very accommodating. Would recommend him to anyone. It was great to meet and get to know him. We will definitely use their services again in the future.
