    • At reception, please show the reservation confirmation sheet or e-mail (printout/digital copy on mobile device) to staff.
    • If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
    • The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
    • Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. The scheduled tour ending time may vary depending on traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
    • The same bus as the half-day tour (Cityrama Tokyo Morning Tour) will be used for transportation. There will be a stop at Tokyo Station partway through for customers on the half-day tour to disembark.
    • At Tokyo Tower, only the main observatory (150 m) will be entered. An additional admission fee is required to access the Special Observatory (250 m). For those interested, please pay the required charges on your own.
    • Please participate in shoes which are easy to walk in.
    • Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If a seat on the bus is required for the child, please make a booking at the Child rate.
    • With Lunch: Semi buffet (salad/non-alcoholic drink) with chicken cuisine main dish at Toshi Center Hotel restaurant Iris.
    • The tour will have a late lunch (13:20). Menu is subject to change depending on the season.
    • Tomato pasta will be served for those who prefer a vegetarian menu. (asked on the day)
    • The bus company to be used on the tour is Hato Bus Co., Ltd. As part of the initiatives for SDGs, an environment-friendly hybrid bus will be used for transportation. (May be changed due to maintenance or other unavoidable circumstances.)
    • In an effort to prevent global warming, the bus will have its engine and cooling/heating turned off while waiting. Thank you for your understanding.
    • In general, groups with an odd number of members will share seats with other customers.
    • Please keep your seatbelts fastened on board the bus.
