Driver not a Tour Guide

If you are just looking for a driver to take you to Mt. Fuji from Tokyo this is the tour to take. We had expected more of a guided tour with at least some commentary about the places we were taken to. Although we asked questions of our driver there was little in the way of information provided. The tour was marketed as 10 hours; ours was 8 hours - including the 4 hours of travel time. Our driver seemed to be more interested in avoiding rush hour traffic in Tokyo. Thankfully we did have a clear view of Fuji-san; although the 5th Station was apparently closed and we were unable to go there.

Absolutely fine and perfectly organised tour

We had a tour to Mt. Fuji with Platinum Executive Travel. I have had the most marvellous visit. Our tour guide made our tour absolutely fine with his phenomenal association abilities, incredible comical inclination and caring nature. I valued the harmony between directed viewpoints and available energy. The guide was so useful and obliged the necessities of all gathering individuals. He was so learned and knowledgeable about all the spots. My most memorable tour was subjected to this company . A major Thanks to the organization and THE TOUR GUIDE.!

Fuji Trip

Excellent! Driver took us to the different locations around Mt Fuji. ARAKURAYAMA SENGEN PARK, OSHINO HAKKAI VILLAGE, OISHI PARK AND LALE KAWAGUCHI Car was comfortable and clean. DRIVER HASHIM was friendly and accommodating according to our preferences

Beauty in the rain

Nice Day Trip to Mt. Fuji

Our driver, Ali, was very knowledgeable and helpful in customizing our trip to see Mt. Fuji from the Tokyo cruise port. He offered a ferry ride at the lake where we had a great view of Mt. Fuji but we decided to skip it due to the chilly weather. We saw almost the whole mountain except the very top hidden by clouds. He offered several options for lunch and the small Tempura restaurant he suggested was great. We had a few other stops before heading back to our ship. Initial issue: The Port Authority would not allow Ali, who wasn't using a "company" car, to come into the port terminal. However, after some texting back and forth we walked a long block on land by the vehicle bridge to meet with him. Everything worked out fine after that.

Must do trip in Tokyo

Amazing trip! It was cloudy so we didn't have the best view but Salar took us to a few other local spots in the area. Definitely recommend

Great day out

Despite the weather we had a great day out with our driver and guide, Abbas. He took care of everything and was flexible on times for stops. We saw some amazing snowy scenes, but missed the main attraction. Not a fault of anyone but the weather. We will be back again.

Perfect Day

Our Fuji day trip was made perfect because not only was the sun shining with clear blue skies highlighting our views but our driver Abbas’s smooth driving allowed for a very relaxing day. He was very friendly and provided helpful knowledge throughout our trip.

Excellent Service - Perfect Guide for Mt Fuji Tour

I actually booked this company twice this third week of February 2024, the first Tour guide Sikandar Malik took us around Mount Fuji - 5 stars for being a great guide, personal photographer and translator. we had so much fun. The second Tour guide Abbas Zagham was also 5 stars for personally guiding us to Ginza, for shopping and food tour. Great job! I hope to book them again when we comeback to Japan

Good for families

We had a fantastic guide he was very friendly and well-knowledgeable and knew all the routes. He took us to different spots in the Mount Fuji area. Luckily we saw Mount Fuji on a clear day and the views were amazing Highly recommend this tour everything was perfect 👍👍

Never forgettable trip

We booked this tour a day before we visited several spots in the Mount Fuji area But what we liked the most was the Kitaghchi shrine and the Oshino Hakkai village our tour guide was very well knowledgeable about the area and his speaking skills were excellent he knew all The routes highly recommend this tour company 👍 and Ahmed

Emmett was incredible! Excellent tour tour and guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and were given the autonomy to pick where we wanted to go from the options provided. A trip that worthwhile to take if you only have few days in Japan

It was a memorable trip and our guide, Sikandar Malik (Achmad) was very helpful, nice, and informative. Recommend to take this tour as not only you get a view of the Fuji montain from different angle but covers the lake and the villages.

The best way to see Mt Fuji

Mt Fuji Gotemba

Abbas is a good guide. Overall we enjoyed a fun day. But, the traffic was really bad on the way back. We left our last stop (Gotemba) for Tokyo at 3.30ish, and took more than 3 hours to reach our hotel in Shinjuku. But that was not the driver's or anybody's fault though.😀

Great experience

We had a great day at Mount Fuji. Our guide Abbas was very helpful. He was on time and very friendly during the whole trip. The weather wasn't great so he reversed the order of the itinerary to get a better view of the mountain in the afternoon. And it did work out very well: we had a great view of Fuji and took some wonderful photos.

A ride to mt fuji

To call this a tour is not accurate. Essentially a driver was provided to take us from Tokyo to Mount Fuji. No commentary, history, etc was provided. When we stopped at the lake for lunch, we asked for recommendations and the driver could not provide any. The tour was confirmed for a 830am pickup. The driver attempted to contact us via whats app, which we did not have, the night before to leave earlier in the morning to avoid traffic. We did not stop at all places on the itineraryor have adequate time at the ones we did stop because of this. It should be communicated that 7am pick up is required instead of giving other times.

Mt Fuji Experience

Ahmed arrived on time and was very careful driving us to the Mt. Fuji area. he accompanied me in my walks and always saying interesting snippets about the places we visited. He even showed me this small silk shop which has amazing products! He made sure i had fun so he suggested i take the motorboat ride around lake Kawaguchiko, I'm glad i did!! We saw Mt. Fuji in her majesty, good thing we went in the morning because by noon time she was all covered with clouds. He brought me back to my hotel safe and in high spirits. Thank you Ahmed!

Amazing guide, stunning Fuji, incredible Vistas

Sheraz was a wonderful guide and host. This tour was everything we wanted it to be. From Fuji close up, to stunning vistas. Our guide, Sheraz was very knowledgeable and informative and was familiar with each stop. He was incredibly helpful and kind. This trip was the highlight of our stay. If you want to see Fuji, this is the only way to do it!

Excellent day

Due to heavy traffic along the way, we lost almost two hours of our private day tour to Fuji Mt. NBut still, the tour was a success! The main reason was our charming, helpful, and effective driver Zohan who was in on going contact with head office, improvized with us a B plan and managed to bring us on time to all the important sites we wanted to see. The car was very new and comfortable and the whole tour great. Highly recommended.
