It was an awesome day. Driver Simon was wonderful and the group was great. Shared many laughs. Worth every penny. Highly recommended. Wineries are great and the lunch was delicious.

Barefoot Luxury Tour of Mt Tamborine

My son and I decided to go on this tour as we hadn't been on Mt Tamborine for many years. It was a wonderful tour. Michelle, our driver and tour guide, was fabulous. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and wineries. The luncheon was delicious with great food and service. Really enjoyed the Gallery Walk and the lovely shops. I would highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic Experience

Fantastic experience, great wineries and locations. Tour guy was very knowledge about local wineries and history. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family. Tour guide was very attentive to everyone needs and request.

Great day with a fab tour guide

Visited 2 wineries, a distillery and fudge store. The wineries were lovely and we were offered a great selection to taste, which ended up with us buying at both. The distillery had so many choices, we were blown away... but managed to make a choice to take home. The fudge store wasn't proper fudge - more like chewy lolly - but it also sold 'proper' fudge (Scottish tablet) which we secured for our ride home. Michelle, our tour guide, was fabulous; personality plus with a wealth of knowledge. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. It's a great day out where you don't have to do much thinking aside from what you're going to buy, and which cake to have for dessert. Tough day! Definitely recommend going on this tour if you can.

Fantastic day out!

We went as a group of 10 colleagues. Everything was excellent including the driver and communication, booking process, quality bus, and itinerary. I couldn’t fault this company.

We had an awesome time visiting 3 wineries, 1 distillery, fudge shop. Stopped at Hampton’s Winery where we had a delicious lunch and dessert. There were 10 in our lovely group and Michelle was a fantastic host. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out and was the highlight of our week in the Gold Coast. Thank you Pineapple Tours. 😊

Take this tour...

3 very good tastings and a surprisingly good lunch. Our driver/guide Scottie was very serviceminded and as this is a small group we also got to know and have fun with them. The tasting at the distillery was an extra bonus. Some spectacular views is also a part of the trip.

Fun day trip

Lovely day trip, went to a few wineries for tastings, lunch provided was delicious. Our host Scotty was very relaxed and gave us interesting information about the places we visited. Would definitely recommend for a fun relaxing day at Mt Tambourine.

Mt Tambourine Full day Wine tour

My friend and I went on the full day Mount Tamborine Wine tour from the Gold Coast on the 10th January 2023. We had a wonderful day. The tour started with a pick up from home and a drop off to our door as well. Our tour guide was Boris. We had such a great day, visiting 3 wineries and a distillery. Lunch was included as was a final stop - a visit to the local fudge shop. There were 12 people in total and everyone was pleasant and friendly. We couldn't recommend this more highly if you want to get a feel for the area.

A pleasant couple of hours

We went for a wine-tasting experience here and enjoyed it. During our time there we had a meal in the restaurant, staff were very friendly and attentive. A little expensive but the area was really clean and roomy.

An experience to remember

I enjoyed the History and culture behind wine making, the natural environment and the wine heritage.

Okay but for old people

Was a pretty good day out, the last winery we went to wasn't any good and no one from our tour seemed to like it the guy was also trying really hard to sell expensive wine. The tour guide was knowledgeable would recommend for older people or to book as our tour was an older demographic. But i think if your in your 20’s or 30’s this isnt for you, at this price range just do it yourself book your own tastings and get a driver

Mt Tambourine and wineries

Loved it. Driver was lovely and friendly and tour was well worth the money. Got to have alot of different tastings of many different types of alcohol. Beautiful wineries and got to take alot of nice photos.

My tambourine winery tour

We had a wonderful day with Tim our driver & host. He was very informative & really lovely. We went to 3 wineries & 1 distillery. They where great & we had a beautiful lunch. Would recommend this tour .

We had a great day out with Graham. Very kind, helpful and fun host. The day went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Take a jacket. Very accommodating to dietary needs too.

it was a fun day trip...

it was a fun day trip with a happy guide and the energy with the group was fun too. Food was delicious and the wines more so. There was a lot of humour and friends we’re made. I highly recommend this trip to the very picturesque Mt Tambourine for a little get away from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast

Relaxing Day in the Wineries

Jazz picked us up from our hotel and was a great driver and friendly guide. We visited 3 wineries and a distillery. A delicious lunch at Cedar Creek winery finished off with fudge for desserts. Relaxing trip.

Not A Winery Tour

The worst winery tour we’ve been on. We went to only 3 wineries in 8 hours. We were cramped into a full minibus of 13 people. There were no scenic lookouts. The first winery tasting consisted of a sickening quantity of liquors and not wines. We were rushed through the first two wineries only to waste over three hours at the lunch location. We requested specific dietary requirements upon booking, and again at the commencement of the tour. These were ignored and not abided by for the lunch, an alternative was not provided. The guide had little control or presence over the group, not giving timings when lunch was over. There was no actual commentary or guide from the driver, during the drive or at the venues, she just drove us to locations and separated herself from the group. This allowed louder intoxicated members of the group to assume control. We were singled out by the guide and then subsequently by other guests because we didn’t want to return to a winery that some other passengers wanted to buy more wine from. The COVID precautions were treated as a joke; masks weren’t enforced, glasses were passed around by group members and every tasting was cramped together. This was down to the guide not enforcing as well as winery staff. The driver was eager to please the passengers by the end of the trip, promising to take them to a bottle shop. The wines which we did have were of sub-par quality and the majority were not even grown/made in this region. We are on our Honeymoon, and this was far from what we expected as minimum standard for a winery tour. This tour felt like it’s aim was to get it’s passengers as much alcohol as possible, whatever quality, and little else.

went on full day tour of mount Tamborine. great trip up there on the bus with michelle. she was very knowledgeable and lovely. would recommend any day. the wineries were great and the food was awesome

Must do day trip from Gold Coast

Our tour was excellent. Chris our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and helpful. We had lots of laughs and the dynamic of the group was great too. Very nice that they drop you off at your hotel door too!

It's always a good time for wine!

Our day started out great and finished up fantastic! Tony our driver/guide was a great host and everyone we met at the wineries friendly and helpful. Especially impressed with Lawson at Witches Falls Winery, a young man new to the game but so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the wines and Jonathan at Cedar Creek Winery who is a real wag! "We were a group of 8 strangers (4 couples) at the start but mates very quickly - never before met a group of strangers that all hit it off so well. Would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Mt Tamborine Day Trip

I had a great day out on this tour, from the moment I was picked up from my hotel till I was dropped back there. Chris was our tour guide for the day, he was fantastic! There was only one winery that I found a little disappointing. The Stamford was where we had lunch and it did not disappoint! The food was great as were the surroundings.

Overall fantastic!

Attended with 4 friends, and teamed up with another group of 6 joining the same tour who were all awesome company. Tony was a great host for the day - entertaining / informative and clear communication on how the day would run! Enjoyed a variety of venues with lovely service.. Jonathan at Cedar Creek in particular was an absolute gem guiding our tastings. Pineapple Tours was originally recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend to others!

A must tour when visiting Gold Coast

We had a fabulous day with Pineapple Pete on our full day winery tour. Pete was very enthusiastic and runs a good business. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the wines and was a great tour host. We were collected from our accommodation in a very new, very comfortable mini bus. Wineries we visited were great and very friendly. The lunch at Hampton Estate was delicious. The last stop was a lovely Distillery. All in all I highly recommend Pineapple Tours!!! Well done Pete!

Great day out

We had a brilliant day on this bus tour. Peter the tour guide and company owner delivered on everything that the tour suggested and we were able to taste some wonderful wine and cheeses. It was great to have lots of tastes with knowledge about the wine makers and to see Peter’s hands on approach at each winery. We also had a beautiful two course lunch at one of the wineries that was really delicious. It was great to meet lovely people on the trip too! Although it was a whole day experience it didn’t feel like you were on the bus for long amounts of time... and the door to door pick up was so handy too! We would highly recommend this trip! Well worth the money!

34th birthday to remember

Following a recommendation from an Aussie friend, We booked the full day wine tour with Chris as our tour guide. Very punctual pick up straight from our air b n b, Chris was very informative and friendly made the day very pleasant... Amazing lunch, possibly one of the nicest meals I've had in my mouth on the gold Coast (had the lamb & couscous dish)... We went to 4 winery and 1 distillery. Was a great way to spend my 34th birthday 😊

My Tambourine winery tour

Michelle was our guide on a winery tour. We visited 4 wineries, a liqueur shop and fudge shop. We have been on a wine tour before so had an idea what to expect but it was a very enjoyable day. At our second winery we sat and tried several wines accompanied by a choice of cheeses which was very nice. Third stop was a tasting and then lunch and on our tour a guitarist/singer sang several songs which was a bonus. After lunch we had a couple of stops at a liqueur store and a fudge store for some self chosen samples from the huge selection. A great day and well worth the money. Thanks Michelle.

Wonderful wine tour!

Had a great afternoon on Mount Tamborine celebrating my best friends 30th! Chris was an absolute legend and all of the wineries we visited were wonderful, had a great selection and made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend the salmon with Thai broth for lunch! Thanks for a great afternoon, we will be back!

Fantastic wine tour!!

My husband and I had a fantastic time with Pineapple tour. The group we joined was really friendly and hilarious. Had a good laugh and drinking session at 5 different wineries. Lunch was also awesome! Totally recommend Pineapple Tour. Not to forget, our guide Al was brilliant too. Thanks PT!

Wine, beer, schnapps, fudge, cheese and a delicious 2 course meal tour. What’s not to love?

Such a great day that included lovely tastings and made very enjoyable by Andrew our driver. The lunch was delicious and there was ample time to enjoy each establishment. We visited 3 wineries, 1 brewery (at our own cost), and fudge shop (would choose something else if I go again as shop keeper seemed very slow to offer free tastings but this stop was our own choice on the day so no blame is pointed to the tour company). Andrew allowed the tour group to decide where they preferred to visit so the itinerary was semi flexible. Andrew supplied water and a cheese board (yum, a great accompaniment to first wine tastings) as stated in tour inclusions but no nibbles on the bus were seen or offered (not necessarily required but it was listed as an inclusion). On the down side, we had to ring Pinapple Tour Company the afternoon before the wine tour to confirm it was still going ahead as there was no email confirmation as per previous email instructions. This was not a huge issue and easily sorted. We appreciated the extra touch of being supplied umbrellas to escort us from cellar door to the bus when the rain started. Overall, I would definitely recommend doing this tour.

What a wonderful day! We were a larger group of 9, and had a fantastic day. Chris was a great guide, a gentle driver and we really enjoyed our day. Great value for money. Lunch was delicious and the views were lovely too. We really enjoyed watching the paraglider taking off at Mt Tambourine too. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

A very enjoyable tour with a very friendly and knowledgeable host. We visited 3 wineries and sampled many wines. Also stopped for pleasant lunch where the view was lovely. Overall a very good tour and we would recommend it to other visitors

A great day out!

Peter was very friendly and we learned a lot about the region/wines during our tour (which tasted great and there was a large variety of venues/wines for us to visit/taste). If it wasn't for Peter, I would've also left my sunglasses behind on the bus! Would heavily recommend for anyone visiting the Gold Coast (or for locals that want to sample some of the amazing wines/scenery in their back yard)!

Great wine and chesse tour

6-8 glass of wine tasting at 4 winery each. Wonderful lunch with a beautiful view of the hills. Tasting of 5 types of cheese what more can we ask for?

Best time ever!

My bridesmaids booked this for my hens we had the BEST day! Ths wines were great and the tour driver was a lot of fun and she was so accommodating! I would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Great Day Out

My partner and I did a full day winery tour with Pineapple Tours, with Pete as our guide and driver. There was another group with us, which was great as they were chatty and as keen on wine as us! The bus was comfortable with water and snacks available. Pete was a very safe driver and very knowledgeable about the area as well as all the wines within the wineries. We visited several wineries as well as a brewery and fudge shop. Our favourite winery was Ceder Creek, the first winery. I wish I had bought more wine from there as all of the wines on offer were great. We had lunch at Heritage Winery, which was lovely and included in the price of your tour. The wines on offer were great and we were also offered a shot of espresso liquor which was great! If you are looking for a winery tour definitely choose Pineapple Tours, we had a great day with a great group and a great tour guide.
