Cruise Terminal to Heathrow

I made the mistake of trusting my cruise line to give me the correct cruise terminal on my disembarkation form. I passed this to our driver. Thankfully, I had given him the ship name. He checked and came to the right terminal. Very comfortable BMW. Waters at our seats. Very nice driver. Really good experience!

Great driver, easy once we found him in port

The driver was great once we found him. When I booked I was told that he would be waiting for us with a sign outside of arrivals. He was not. We found another driver from your company who was picking up someone else and had a sign. We asked him and he had no idea. But he was extremely helpful and was able to get in touch with our driver and the company. I finally was able to get a hold of you, the company, through messaging and then eventually through WhatsApp. We finally found that the driver was over by the pickup location on the far end of the arrival area at the port. Having never been to this port before, we had no idea where we were going and since we were told that there would be a driver with a sign by arrivals we waited there. We waited there almost an hour before we finally realized by the driver to come over to the pickup area. I feel this should have been communicated by you, the company, to walk over there if we didn't see the driver by arrivals. I will know this on the next time I go back to the Southampton Port to be picked up by someone from your company. As far as the ride it was very easy, your driver was excellent, he packed up all our luggage inside of the vehicle and off we went. It was a very easy drive to our hotel near Heathrow airport. He was pleasant, he answered any questions we had about the area. He was knowledgeable and very friendly and a great driver. I do highly recommend this company, but if you are new to the Southampton Port, make sure you know where you are supposed to go when you arrive. There are multiple places for pickup and there are tons of people leaving the terminal. It was very confusing for us. Now we know better for the future. I do recommend this company. They were wonderful to work with in setting up a car for us to get to our Heathrow area hotel.

Great Service...

I booked a transfer from Southampton Cruise Port to Heathrow. Our driver Ravi was on time and was in contact with us to let us know what vehicle and license plate to look for. He handled all our luggage for us both at port and airport. Company is also very good when responding to messages. Replies were always quick.

Smooth transfer

This was basically a taxi service from Southhampton Cruise Port to Heathrow. We didn't want to go on a crowded bus, so we requested a driver. Viator handled our last-minute change in time professionally, the driver was friendly and courteous, and the transport went smoothly.

Our driver was great! She arrived on time and the drive was enjoyable. She drove very carefully and it was very smooth! Great job.

Not worth it

Car was 45 minutes late. Spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to find him. International calling at 25 cents a minute was expense. Booked in months in advance and they said two days before the credit card was declined so has to rebook at a much higher price. Not a good experience.

Great service! On time. Comfortable. Friendly driver. We were a group of 6 and fit comfortably with our 6 big bags as well!

Did not show up

Our driver never did show up until way past the time I had booked the service. We each had to get a taxi and he called about 9:10 to ask where we were. He was suppose to pick us up at the latest at 8:30. Never did get a refund.

Timely Pickup and Pleasant Ride.

I used the service upon arrival and departure. Drivers showed up on time. Vehicles nice and clean. Upon arrival, the driver contacted me via whatsapp. Upon departure, the driver didn't contact me via whatsapp/email, but I have swapped out my sim card on day 2 of the trip, so if he texted or called me, I wouldn't know. I was a little anxious the second time as I expected the driver would acknowledge he's coming/arriving, as I was catching a flight home. He showed up 2 min early, so no issues at all. I was told by the customer service that the driver should be contacting you roughly 1 hr prior pickup time. Perhaps a tip is to have your phone/text messages available when arranging a pickup so you will get some assurance that they are coming. I assumed I would be contacted via whatsapp upon departure as I saw whatsapp on both reservations when they are comfirming my bookings 1 day advance.

Best decision.

Although our pick up time was not confirmed, we only waited 5 minutes for the driver to show up. We did a walk off the ship and this worked perfectly. We originally planned to take a ship transfer but then booked a taxi through Viator. We had an early flight and the transfer would have taken way too long.

Aggressive driver

Fantastic coordination and great car. It would be a definite 5 if the driver wasnt aggressive. Doing 80 was one issue, tailgating to clear traffic doing 80 was another.

In an effort to ensure all future potential guests from enduring an horrible experience....Do Not use this company!!! It may seems like a bargain, however when something goes wrong (and it will)...they will not respond. Please find another company to do business with. You have been warned. I could go into great detail regarding our experience with this company, however please believe me it was disgusting and at times we were fearful. I cannot say it enough....Do not book a transfer with this company!!... it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had, and were thankful when it ended. ...we have reached out to the company to discuss the issues, yet they refuse to reply.

The perfect trip!

The driver was ahead of time, a really nice and helpful person and the car was perfect and the cost very good. Having booked the route before we will now only book Viator.

The driver was supposed to pick us up at 9:15 a.m. He didn't show, so we had to take a taxi at 9:50.

The fact that the driver did not show, and then sent a message that he was there at 9:36 a.m. Not true - 2 port helpers searched up and down for him and he was not there at 9:50 a.m., so we had to pay a taxi for a two hour ride to London Heathrow.

Great Ride from the Southampton Cruise Terminal to LHR

The driver contacted me as he was driving toward the Cruise Terminal and then right before he arrived. He was easy to spot. We had a good conversation on the way to the airport. We arrived quickly at the correct terminal and airline. I would use your service again.

Deceived

With plenty of time before my trip, I reserved a luxury vehicle to take me from South Hampton to Heathrow airport. Instead of a luxury vehicle I was picked up by a taxi van. Completely deceived and fooled from what I thought was a respected and serious company. I was wrong. No recommendation from my part.
