Arrival / Departure Private Transfer Heathrow Airport to Southampton Cruise Port

The driver was excellent. I would book it again. He met us at Heathrow airport and took us to Southampton.

Airport transfer from Heathrow to Southampton for a Cruise.

There was 4 of us travelling from Heathrow to our hotel in Southampton, 3 with canes. The driver was on time when the plane landed and 2 were in wheelchairs because it is such a big airport. The airport helpers got us to the right place and the driver then delivered us to our hotel. We wanted to go a day early for our cruise so we wouldn't be so exhausted for our cruise.

Efficient And On Time

The driver was efficient and got us to our destination as planned. There was a bit of miscommunication as we were told to meet inside the terminal at a designated spot and driver was expecting us outside. But once we cleared that up, the driver was adept at getting us to our cruise port on time. We would highly recommend this transfer shuttle. Thank you.

The driver who picked us up from the cruise port on October 1 communicated his arrival time very well and was prompt and courtiouse.

Transportation

There was a group of ten and we needed transportation from the port to our hotel. The drivers were on time and easy to find. Everything went smoothly.

Ultimately fine

Our flight was delayed 2 hours. When we arrived there was no driver to be found and nobody answered the viator phones. By chance the driver was located in the coffee shop. It was unclear why he had not followed the flight information nor why we could not reach anyone by phone. We were just happy to get from there to our destination which he did very well.

Better than hoped for

Driver arrived a bit early and contacted us via WhatsApp as arranged and got us to Heathrow with time to spare. After all our concerns over how this new experience for us would play out, we could not be more pleased.

Wouldn’t want to do that again

The ride was ok,but there was confusion about the payment,then I found out it wasn’t even Viator,the driver finally told us he didn’t work for Viator it was another company because Viator didn’t have a driver for us.he was very adamant about us paying him again in cash.we had to get in touch with Viator and straighten it out.no way to start a vacation

I did not get her name, but she was truly fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the city and explained as much as possible when passing landmarks/interesting spots. She helped our trip both start and end great! Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
