Avoid. Rip off.

Rip off. They never picked me up. I called and they claimed they didn’t have my reservation despite giving them the confirmation number and screenshots. They then ghosted me and refused to answer the phone anymore. So left me hanging and took my money. Ended up touring Singapore myself via the Metro. Avoid

Perfect Tour for Quick Visit to Singapore

This was a well-organized half day tour that hit the Arab quarter, a temple in China Town, the Merlion and the bay it sits on, as well as the Orchid Gardens in the Botanical Gardens. Along the way it passed by the Singapore House of Parliament (old and new), the Singapore Supreme Court, and embassy row. This tour covered a lot of ground in a brief amount of time. The tour guide was expertly informed on all aspects of the tour and kept it moving at a good pace. He had a great sense of humor as well. The tour bus was comfortable and provided good visibility. If you are making a quick visit to Singapore this is a perfect tour to hit the major tourist attractions.

Excellent tour, excellent guide ( Ian!)

Ian is a fantastic host! He knows his history, he was funny and very accommodating to all ages. Only issue was I booked the day before and chose my pickup point for 830 that morning- at 8AM they let me know I had to be somewhere else. I didn’t get a text - they sent it via email which I by chance decided to open because we arrived early. Singapore is hot and that was very stressful lol but Ian made the day worth it.

Would Go Again

Harold, our guide was brimming with knowledge of Singapore. He had a wonderful sense of humor that made the morning extremely enlivening. We loved it, especially the photo opportunities. Harold helped to take pictures. Very friendly.

Almost got left behind…

I would have really enjoyed the tour, there was much to learn and much to see, but getting very nearly left behind by the tour guide and bus driver (I literally found the bus carpark by myself as the driver was pulling away) soured the whole thing. Mind you, I’d have been fine and well capable to find my own way back to my hotel, but what about a small family or someone else who mightn’t be as apt when visiting a new city? Sure, you can ask people around, but I don’t think joining a tour with the thought of “I might get left behind” is the right way to feel when exploring a new place.

Loved the tour guide Marie - very knowledgeable. Also loved Arab St would like to stay longer. Stayed too long at the Orchid Garden

Excellent tour with Ian who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Easy way to get to see all the main sights. Hotel pick up in mini bus got us to the main coach pick up with ease. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous outing to see the Marina Bay Merlion! As well as Haji Lane, Arab quarters, Sultan’s mosque, Raffles hotel, orchid botanical garden and Chinatown. Informative tour guide with a glimpse into Singapore’s history and current day workings. A valuable tour. Thank you!

Good Tour, but Hotel pick up issues

We signed up for the tour the evening before and were eligible for a hotel pickup. In the morning, we waited for a bit and then called up the tour operator when they didn't show up. We were told that no pickup could be arranged as we had signed up the evening before. Not sure why we weren't informed in advance. If we hadn't called, we would have had no idea. They also said they will not be able to arrange any taxi for last minute transportation either. Upon our insistence, we were issued a refund for the taxi from our hotel to Merlion Park. The tour in itself was good (especially if you don't have a lot of time to tour) and our tour guide Ian was clearly very passionate about making sure it was a fun and knowledgeable experience for the group. Would recommend but, do call them in advance and confirm if you are expecting a pick up on the day of the tour.

An underwhelming experience

An underwhelming experience "lead" by a guide who was not easy to hear or comprehend and whose attempts at humour were more suited to young adolescents that the mature audience on this tour.

No refunds or accommodations

Definitely make sure you can go when you book. Our flight was delayed and we asked for a different day accommodation. They did not allow us to do so.

Leisurely overview of Singapore

The best part was the orchid garden where we had nearly an hour to explore the gorgeous grounds. Our guide was enthusiastic about the city and the sites we visited (and drove by).

Loved this tour of Singapore!

This was a perfect start to our introduction to Singapore - perfect air conditioned coach (hot/humid) & enough stops for learn about the different regions on this small island! Kudos & Thank you to our fantastic guide Nicholas for his insights on his home country!

Nice tour around Singapore

The tour guide gave you the full history of Singapore and at each place we stopped at so it was worth it. Unfortunately we were picked up late and so the tour started about 40 minutes later than it should have.

Ok if you have limited time

Operator informed me of a change of pickup location at 1040pm the day prior and only on app. Next morning I missed pick up location by 5min, had to find my own way to meet group. Missed most of the first stop. And the other two the tour guide only drop you off and wait at the location. This is a tour feels like I high end Uber dropping off at different location. Ok for price and quick intro to different neighbourhoods. If I had more time would have preferred discovering on my own.

10/10 Experience

It’s so amazing what they do at the University of Costa Rica! I highly recommended going to explore if you are nearby. Our tour leader Mary was so knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and went about and beyond to even help us take some amazing photos of the sloths through the telescope. 10/10

Singapore half day coach trip

Great tour guide, a very pleasant and interesting trip full of humour. Lots of local history & sightseeing .

Would have been good if it had run to schedule

We were late departing on the main coach. We got collected at 8:15 however we were unable to go to the Orchid Park as we needed to be back at our hotel to check out at 12. We then had to get our own taxi back as your meet up time at the orchid centre was not till 12:20. The tour guide was very informative

Not such sn interesting tour

Wasted sometime waiting for a larger bus to pick us up. Would have liked more time in Arab St area. We stopped also at the Marina, a mosque and botanical gardens.

Good tour

The tour was really good one. But the pickup was delayed about 30 minutes without notification. You need some patience.

Half day tour in Singapore

Excellent tour. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of information and worthwhile. Allowed us to drop off at other places of interest on the route back to hotels.

Lovely area to visit

The area is amazing. Very clean streets. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke at our level. The guide answered any questions we had.

Poor communication, very repetitive when you could hear. 0830 departure actually meant 0915

I think seeing the Bay Area and orchids were good and the bus trip allowed us to get our bearings in Singapore. Pity we left 40/45 mins later than told to be there as would have liked a little more time seeing the orchids. If we’d known we could have had breakfast a little later

A decent tour giving a nice overview.

Interesting tour with a good guide. Gave a good flavour of all parts of the City. The tour bus however had seen better days and I couldn't lean back in the seat as the back wasn't secure.

Disappointing

Driver arrived 20 minutes late and we were expecting smaller party but shipped off to bigger bus. Was hoping to hear history of the city and Singapore but spent nearly 2 hours at Mosque and Chinese temple discussing why Muslims do not eat Pork and drink alcohol which I am guessing most people knew. Guide was at times difficult to understand but get that English is not his first language. Felt that after the tour I did not know any more about Singapore than before the tour. The 2nd World War was barely mentioned, very disappointed having been on excellent tours in Hanoi

Excellent orientation morning

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning tour with the very knowledgeable Monica! After a bit of a late start things flowed very smoothly and we didn’t feel rushed at the stopping points. Of course, you could spend all day at the gorgeous orchid house but we had nearly an hour to wander and marvel at the beauty of the gardens. Stops at Kampong Glam, Merlion Park and the Temple of Heavenly Happiness were long enough to feel you’d actually been there, not just whipped through! Monica was a fountain of information and very personable! I’d recommend this tour.

Morning City Tour with Marie

Communication was poor at the beginning as we didn’t know if we were being picked up at the hotel or whether we needed to walk to another pick up point but once this was sorted and we met Marie our guide, we had a great morning visiting the 4 areas with Marie giving us loads of history and gossip about the places. I loved the Orchid House and China Town with the beautiful temple. Really good value for money!

Highlights of Singapore for those with little time.

Really enjoyed the morning tour. We had Marie as our tour guide and a bus full of people from a huge range of nationalities. We Saw all the sights as per the itinerary with lots of local commentary and insights from Marie. Recommended.

We could book some other tour.

Provider cancelled last minute and asked us to reschedule for a next day. Dissapointment. We waisted that time.

A 3 hr taster of Singapore

A city morning trip - 3 hr informative trip to 4 city points of interest by a very nice young man. Visited Kampomg Galam, oldest Temple, Botanical gardens and Merlion.

Good initial orientation to Singapore

This tour was a good orientation to Singapore City. The hotel pickup made this really convenient. My only recommendation would be for the tour guide to give the information on the bus using the microphone and then let us explore on our own. It was very hot standing around listening to the tour guide for long periods of time with only a short amount of time dedicated to us exploring.

A great way to see Singapore quickly

A brilliant quick tour to see the old parts and new of Singapore. We did this on our last day before going off to the airport, but it was very insightful. We'll definitely come back again. Our guide was brilliant and we were taken around many places we would not have found ourselves. This is why we need to come back again. Many thanks Cara & Mike

Miserable tour guide with a bus load of tourists

The Botanical garden was beautiful. But the tour was poor. Too many participants= 94 total with only 1 tour guide. I could not hear what was being said outside of the bus. No megaphone. I felt bad for the tour guide. She was dumped by a busload of tourists. She was very negative and her conversations and stories relayed to us did not paint Singapore as a good place to live in. She was miserable and it showed.

Nice introduction to Singapore

Paul gave us a great overview tour of the city. Civic Center, European, moslem, Chinatown and the orchid garden. Short walking visit in each area. Recommend as a first time, first day overview tour.

Well-organised, informative, good value tour.

A well-organised tour, visiting quite a few of Singapore's main sights. Guide (Ian) very friendly, helpful and informative. Would recommend this excursion, as it represents really good value.

Best Tour Guide.

Great tour guide. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. He knows the history of Singapore to his finger tips this is not very common now our days. I applaud him for that.

Solid experience

Howard was very nice and knowledgeable as a tour guide. Great way to see main sites in Singapore in a short amount of time. Botanical gardens where the stand out. Giving 4 instead of 5 stars as it was very good and pleasant but nothing absolutely spectacular about the tour experience.

Lost in Singapore

The guide losing 6 people & continuing the tour was the highlight. I would rate the guide was just OK. For none English speaking guests his directions / instructions were very poor & confusing. Once the guide had made his introduction I said to my wife that he would lose some guests, he didn’t let me down. Some of his comments were very sexist & in a western venue would not have been acceptable. It would have been better if he had focused on giving more information about Singapore.

We were never picked up and we were waiting for almost an hour. And then we were unable to get a refund.
