Loved walking around the Gardens by the bay. We loved each of the dooms and we went up the super tree. We stayed for the night show which was a worth staying for

Magical and good value for money

Purchasing a pre-booked ticket for the particular areas in the Gardens I wanted to see, simplified the day and I could walk right on through to the gardens. I wouod definitely recomend pre-booking and visiting as much of the Gardens by the Bay as possible. Having an e-ticket means all you need to is head to the exhibit in question at your leisure.

Problem with tickets

We couldn’t retrieve our electronic tickets and we had to buy new tickets at the ticketing. Otherwise the botanical gardens are beautiful,

Wonderful

Thoroughly worth a visit especially if you can stay until the light show. The gardens are free to walk around, you pay to go in the domes or up the ‘trees’

Absolute must, if visiting Singapore.

A superb creation, excellent place to visit . Huge indoor domes, contains Forrest’s with waterfalls, flower domes and floral fantasy . Outside man made trees , where you can take a trip to the top of the supertree grove and look out . Night time, a light show is played in the tree Forrest which is excellent .

Educational.

Our tour guide was exceptional and was very educational. However they didn’t pickup from our hotel as advertised. As senior citizens I was disappointed.

Absolutely amazing place, very easy to get around on mrt.bit expensive but worth it in general. Have a singapore sling in long bar at raffles Hotel and visit flower gardens

Never received E-tickets

Never received my e-tickets from Trip Advisor - will be disputing on my credit card. Never have had a problem with Trip Advisor /Viator before though.

Lovely, clean, organized, enjoyable

Expansive and lovely. Great signage and helpful staff make this sprawling art-walk an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the crowds of people make it impossible to see everything…

Had an amazing day at this garden.. Beautiful & relaxing long walk Around Botanical & Orchid Garden even the weather still Moon soon still Humid & really hot. The sounds of the forest birds gives you a tranquility feeling love love love xx.

Gardens by the Bay

The gardens are incredible. The layout of the gardens is so good and the rain forest is awesome I would highly recommend going to the night light show at the gardens which is stunning

A must visit if you’re into plants, flowers and beautiful gardens.

We purchased the Flower Dome + Cloud Forest + Floral Fantasy. Our recommendation would be to skip the Floral Fantasy unless you want to see even more orchids (you’ll see plenty at the Flower Dome) and other odd displays that seemed a bit odd or out of place to us.

No need to use as easier booking at Gardens is far better

Getting tickets - system not clear enough. We bought the tickets to include the Flower Fantasy- closed and we could not get a refund. Had to buy new tickets without the Fantasy so ended up paying twice for the Flower Dome. No way could be found to get a refund! Recommend buy your tickets at the attraction - either from the ticket box or use the QR code displayed. There is no good reason to buy in advance using this site.

After dark amazing experience- utterly must be on your bucket list! When they light up and the music begins the whole place is transformed.

Well worth a visit

These gardens are a must see. We especially loved the cloud forest; also the flower dome and floral fantasy. The nightly illuminations and music are magical and fun.

Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely amazing!!! A must see … the gardens are just beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed our day. We spent around 4 hours there but could have easily spent longer.

Hot ,views worth the effort

Great views ,but be aware there are 5, different tickets to choose from. The largest tree ,the sky walk the floral exabition and everything,I suggest you download a map of the site and check the discriminations to ensure you get the correct ticket . It is very exposed ,but there are plenty of areas to get shade and sit. Go later,after 5 pm ,missing thunderstorms ,it's cooler ,it's definitely worth it for the views ,great place to get pic of Marine sands hotel. Got on the blue line off at Esplanade ,there is an underpass take you straight to entrance,follow signs for gardens ,clearly signed,6-7 mins walk

Tripadvisor online booking process inadequate

Booked online with Tripadviser and accidently booked as today's date rather than the desired future date. Tried to correct it online but couldn't. Contacted Tripadvisor who did not bother to respond to my inquiry.

This is absolutely amazing, I’ve walked up in the tree, view from the distance and please stay there when it’s dark the real fun begins, light displays with music!! Absolutely awesome

Must see in Singapore

An absolute pleasure to wander around the different gardens and then later watch the fantastic light show. There is a central fast food centre as well as world class restaurants. You can walk on the airway bridge with fantastic views of the gardens or climb the inside of the waterfall mountains. It is a great location for the whole family. Currently, it is running an Avatar theme.

Nice place to visit but not as good as before

We stopped in Singapore on the way back from a visit to family in Australia. We have done this several times but not since 2014. How has Singapore changed. It is almost unrecognisable from the old city. It is now a city of skyscrapers, gone are the small shops instead we have massive malls with high-end shops such as Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Gucci etc. Not something the casual visitor requires. There are still some of the good points that have fashioned Singapore, the MRT has expanded its network and works very well, it is efficient, clean and runs to time and connections are scheduled so that you never have to wait more than three or four minutes until your train arrives. And of course there are the old favourites, Boat Quay, Clarks Quay and Raffles. The one new attraction that is a must for everyone is The Gardens at the Bay, and especially at night for the light show. Will we be back, I don't think so as it has become very expensive.

Great place to visit, but totally unreasonable process to get e-tickets, having to contact vendor after getting a voucher.

Perfect for flower lovers

This is only for Floral Fantasy, not all of the other attractions. We went on everything and the Cloud Forest and Skywalk were 10/10! If you really love flowers definitely go to every exhibition, lots of rare species and overall just a great day out.

Spectacular, How do they do this

Simply astonishing, beautifully designed tropical oasis everybody is it Singapore should visit these gardens. There is a fabulous light show twice a night which is free, unless you wish to pay to go into the dizzy heights of the avatar type designed trees, either way the view and the display is nothing short of spectacular, the venue is clean tidy and well organised with thousands of people visiting every day. I was so impressed with the way the Singaporean government have invested so heavily in tourism and their own people as you may have gathered. I am a huge fan of Singapore, the order, the cleanliness lack of crime, and the feeling of well-being and security in a well organised society is truly what we are missing in the UK I cannot help but admire them on their achievements for such a small island.

An absolute must.

Absolutely stunning gardens and views, a complete feast for the eyes. You can easily spend a couple of days here. Sadly we were limited in the time we had available.

Better customer support

The gardens by the Bay E voucher isn’t efficient as the supplier didn’t not email me my tickets until the morning of my entry which in your conditions of contract I should’ve received my voucher the day before event. This policy should be altered to send vouchers immediately after payment has been made, Very disappointed in this policy at the cure time.

Fabulous Day.

Amazing experiences at the Gardens. So many beautiful things to see and do. The domes were quite spectacular. The super trees were incredible and being able to walk up amongst them via the walkways was simply amazing.

Great way to spend 4 or 5 hours, particularly if rain is forecast for part of the day.

Beautifully maintained gardens with two domes, each offering a very different experience. Flower Dome has a number of different climate zones showcasing plants, shrubs and trees from around the world. However, it was the orchid display in the centre of the dome which really captures the imagination. The Cloud Forest is dominated by the central tower with water cascading down in what is claimed to be the world's largest indoor waterfall. The dome also includes the cloud walk which puts you level with the tree canopy. The dome also currently includes figures, animals and flora from the film Avatar. Not a film I have watched but lots of people were happy to pose by various props for photographs so it is clearly popular. Outside gardens are also impressive with plenty of sculptures amongst the greenery. There is a food court in the gardens offering a varied choice of good quality food at reasonable prices.

Not waste your money using Viator

The park was great although Viator was no help at all - in fact they were a hinderance. I had to buy additional tickets at the gate because Viator could not send me the e-ticket. Not only did they charge me $123.26 for tickets I paid $106 at the door but viator would not refund me any money. This is a scam - don't waste your money.

A beautiful experience

The light show is beautiful. The walk to where it is is lengthy if walking from the metro stop. There were no signs to indicate where to go (we had to ask several people). All the attractions like the flower dome, skywalk and observation deck was worthwhile doing. We discovered there’s a walking path to walk to bayfront at baysands where we were also able to see the water show afterwards.

Fantastic location for all the family to enjoy

With a large amount of road side cafes and quality restaurants, Singapore is a real travelers gem. Sightseeing tours at affordable prices are available every day of the week with clear English speaking guides. The bay sands resorts have everything for shoppers delight. If cultural events are your thing, than Singapore has a vast variety to please everyone's needs. Try the Singapore zoo for a day of fun and excitement for you and all the family. Singapore remains one of the most desirable places to visit tor a pleasant holiday.

Fabulous displays of colour and plants. Very large park to walk around. The light show at night time was amazing.

Amazing experience.. It was wheelchair accessible.. The cloud forest was fun for children and slightly cold. The avatar experience was good. The tulips in the flower dome was very pretty. The supertree light show was also very good

Super tree Grove by night.

We met quite a few people that went to the super tree grove but didn’t stay for the light show. They missed out on a fantastic experience. The lighting plus the classical music created a beautiful atmosphere.

Buy your tickets directly from the website of sight

I enjoyed the garden by the bay but I did not like the Viator and TripAdvisor’s method of giving runaround and selling tickets through third party. Issue arose when we presented the email to ticket office for exchange to tickets for we didn’t not receive vouchers via email from TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor refused to accept responsibility, Viator refused to accept responsibility, local source refused to accept responsibility. Finally the manager at ticket office had to intervene and get the matter resolved.

Very pleasant walk in a colorful garden

Colourful garden filled with flowers from every part of the world. Amazing place and walking tour. Fun tour for kids and families.

Superb walk

The diversity of flora is superb. Also do the secret garden but downside for the flower garden (disappointment) Don't miss the walk on the bridge between the trees. And go visit the huge hotel with the luxury mall next to it (impressive) as well as the exterior which will allow you to see the Merlion (fountain) See also Chinatown

To have

Very beautiful garden at the foot of Marina Bay, you have to see the show every evening at 7:45 p.m. under the artificial and giant trees. You can walk on the footbridge above. Also visit the two magnificent greenhouses.

Ich fand es sehr schön,...

Ich fand es sehr schön, meinem Sohn hat es auch sehr Gefallen. Leider war nicht alles im Preis inbegriffen, ich hatte extra das teurere Angebon genommen. Da war ich etwas überrascht, es hat Sich aber sehr gelohnt noch den Skywalk dazu zu buchen, die Aussicht war schön. Den Fantasie Dragenfly war leider auch nicht dabei das hätte ich gerne gemacht. Alles in Allem hat es sehr viel schönes zu sehen.

Beautiful garden with lots to see

It's a must-see. You can easily spend a whole day there. You see something new everywhere and everything is full of color.

SPLENDID VIEW FROM SUPERTREES OBSERVATORY!!!!

Be careful for the footbridge you need another ticket!!! From the 360° VIEW observatory, the footbridge is lower and closed in case of bad weather.

Singapore the green city

Easy and convenient with no waiting time Worth seeing, very few tourists at 10am. I would recommend it to anyone who is in Singapore

Electronic ticket to review!

Superb place, but obtaining the electronic ticket is not recommended because it is a hassle once you pay to obtain it...

AN INCREDIBLE COUNTRY, IT IS WORTH DOWNLOADING THE CRAB APP ON YOUR MOBILE TO BE ABLE TO GET AROUND THE CITY, THERE IS A LOT OF SERVICE AND IT IS VERY CHEAP. NEIGHBORHOODS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very bad

I booked the activity for a specific day, paid for the activity and when I access the meeting place it turns out that the activity could not be carried out that day because the building was closed (for maintenance). Tripadvisor tells me that they DO NOT refund the money, so I consider it a scam. Besides losing money, I wasted my time. It bothered us all day.
