I had both a tour guide and a driver. Amy, the tour guide, was with me step by step and walked me through the Marina Bay Cruise Center as far as she could before I began the embarkation process. She even carried my carry-on bag from the van. The driver was very professional, and the van was very clean.

You will receive an sms from.the operator asking you abput flight details and what time you want to be picked up. Best part is, they were on time. It was a huge van but we had 8 luggages so it fit perfectly.
