Transfer, what transfer???

This was a failure of a service. The driver was given the wrong details so we had no one at the airport to collect us. I have been going back and forth with someone to get a refund and they are not being very helpful. Would NOT reccommend.

A great service!

The driver was very prompt, courteous and very friendly! He helped us with our luggage in and out of the car and told us about some of Singapore. The driver was exceptional!

All good - easy and efficient.

Very helpful and courteous driver with excellent communication. He had made contact with us 24 hours beforehand and we let him know when we had cleared customs. This is a collect at door service so we then let him know which door we were at and he arrived a few minutes later.

Scammers

Booked through Viator in October got a message directing from Elife in December stating price increase need to pay $50 USD extra. This was unprofessional as booking was already made and paid for as return booking. Viator agreed they should not be asking for more money. Day before flight to Singapore I get another message saying we have too many bags need $35 USD each way to upgrade vehicle. I refused upgrade and said we would be fine with luggage and any issues I would get a cab if necessary in addition to vehicle booked. They cancelled my booking. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years of travel around the world. They then asked me to rebook the transport with a higher rate than my original booking. Absolutely disgusted at the company. All about extorting more money from travellers. Be very wary of using the Singapore branch. Totally unprofessional and a huge scam!

Totally disappointed with Viator. Best to deal elsewhere

Nothing memorable and will never deal with this company. Arrive in Singapore airport on time for prepaid pickup to hotel. Searched everywhere around my International arrival at Terminal 3 for 2 hours. Asked local driver and time with very helpful airport information staff to no avail. Finally took a cab to hotel. Asked Viator for refund and was told no refund. Do not deal with this company if you can avoid them.

Spacious Airport Transfer!

The driver was prompt, professional and friendly. We were able to fit 6 passengers, 8 pieces of luggage, 5 backpacks, 1 carry-on and a folding electric wheelchair comfortably.

Exactly how it should be... 100%

Nicholas was well prepared, the service was in touch with me twice, and then he was twice also, prior to the day... and then on the day. On time, informed and an easy laid back ride. Great. The only minor thing is that for some reason they only communicate thru whatsapp... which I don't usually use, so it was turned off in London. I now keep it on as there are very few annoying scams and uninvited messages on it, so I decided I would leave it open for notifications all the time. So be aware.

Decent but would question reliability

Giving 3 stars because we got to our hotel safely, but driver was late . I had to call the provided number for help and agent (who had contacted me via whatsapp earlier in the day while I was still in flight ) was asleep when I called. When people pre book transportation, they want to be secure and confident in knowing a ride is there waiting on them , especially after a 19 hr flight

Nicholas was excellent! He texted the day before to confirm, and again the day of. The drive was nice and he was very helpful.

Poor experience

We had a round trip ticket to be picked up, we were told that we didn't have a roundtrip ticket. However we did, we communicated with the company and assumed they would be there to get up. Wrong we had to get another ride from another source.

Great communication

Our driver Vel was wonderful..unfortunately our flight was delayed, but he remained in contact with me right up until we got into his car (beautifully clean). 100% happy with his service and communication. Highly recommend him.

Absolute nightmare

After flying from Paris to Singapore via Dubai, with very little sleep, we arrived and could not find our driver. Rang the tour operator and was told they could not find my booking details. This was unusual as I had a couple of emails from them requesting further information re the return flight. By this stage I am in tears and my husband is getting very angry, wanting to just jump in a cab. Finally got hold of the driver who had been given an incorrect client name and phone number by Elite Las Vegas. He was very helpful and agreed to take us anyway. Regarding the return trip, I then requested the tour operator confirm the pickup address and time. They did confirm and also told me to "pay attention". Pickup time arrived and there was a car waiting at the hotel. However, the doorman checked and said it was not for us. After a while I went and spoke to the driver and found that he had been given he same incorrect name and phone number from our previous airport pickup debacle. After some consideration, he agreed to take us to the airport - thankfully. Elite Las Vegas were an absolute nightmare!!

Absolute nightmare.

After ages on the phone, I was in tears and my husband just wanted to go and get a taxi, but this was already paid for. The driver finally turned up, with the wrong name on his display board, but he was very helpful. When preparing for the return trip to the airport, I emailed them to confirm pickup and time, from our hotel. Thankfully he did. Just more totally unnecesary stress. This particular company, Elife Las Vegas, were a nightmare in our experience!!

We called all the contact information. None of them can find my confirmation number and my booking reference. My sister ended up spending long time at the airport and took shuttle to the hotel

No local phone number

There was no local number to call while in Singapore. The only number you gave was a Las Vegas number which didn’t help at all! We had to change pick up location and it was very difficult to contact the local company.

Local cheaper

Excellent service waiting at airport, quick easy transfer to hotel. However, used local taxi return to airport again quick and easy AND half the price. Viator charged per person for transfers but local taxi charges per taxi

Comfortable ride and excellent service

We booked this service for 9:20pm arrival at Changi. The driver proactively contacted me a few days beforehand, on the day he arrived on station early and was ready for our arrivall. Provided detailed instructions for meeting and was very helpful with our bags. The car was new and comfortable and the service overall was excellent.

Incomplete service / refund request

Enjoyed the city tour, and Universal Studios! I booked a round trip transfer from airport to hotel and vice versa, unfortunately, we were not picked up from the hotel hence we took our own transportation to the airport…requesting for a refund of at least half of the payment as we were almost got late on our flight back to Philippines… May I also suggest that the company/ assigned driver should communicate to your client at least a day or few hours prior to arrival and departure, so to avoid confusion…the company need to improve its services…

The driver was in the wrong location but communication was great and he was able to make it to my location within 10 mins. I requested a change of my pick up time via text and Communication was great with the company and with the driver. 100% recommended

Great idea to ensure pick up in time

There is no option to present the details of your round trip. So needed to get ahold of someone through Viator booking to get it straightened out. But once done, everything went smoothly

Great service from the airport

Our driver waited a long time for us at the airport because we had trouble going through customs. It just took a long time and our driver was thankfully right there still! Thank you, Sam!

Perfect drive to the airport

Great communication and driver. Arrived early and told us exactly which part of the check in to go to. Recommended going to the Jewel centre which we hadn't known about.

This is a terrible service. They never respond to you when you need them. I have asked multiple times to give me information and my trip says it’s a round trip and the company told me they don’t have kind of reservation for our drop off. I am traveling Asia and this is the worst customer service! Give me back my refund

Very friendly driver , informative of his beautiful clean country , so very green love Singapore. Our flight was cancelled & our times changed from 1800 hrs to 0300 no worries .

Disgraceful

The driver didn’t show. No one wants to take responsibility for leaving our family stranded at Singapore airport after an 11 hour flight at 2 o’clock in the morning. We have asked for a refund numerous times. The Driver won’t answer our calls disgraceful service and Viator won’t help us either. Do NOT use this service
