Great food, great place to relax while waiting for your flight

Food is amazing and the lounge is very cozy. Attendants are very friendly and accommodating. Great place to relax while waiting for your flight!

Disappointing

As terminal 4 is a new terminal, this lounge is also newly established. Didn’t harbour much expectations going into the lounge as my experience with the dragon pass lounges wasn’t that good in Singapore. The live station as always, laksa and I thought that was the best dish that the lounge offered. Other than that, there wasn’t anything worth mentioning except that the lounge is new and thus, pretty comfortable in my opinion. If a simple meal is what you are looking for, think it’s still a good enough place to go before your flight. I noticed that there wasn’t any showering facilities, I might be wrong.

Customer Service at its best!

Good food options. Staff are very attentive and they always make sure that there is enough food to cater. Clean and quiet environment Uncle Philip is polite and friendly.

The staff are very friendly and nice especially Nora, Farid, and Caroline at the reception. Laksa is one of the best. Clean, quiet, and peaceful lounge. It's a perfect place to rest and sleep. This is my second time here and they have a lot of food options. Will highly recommend this to my family and friends.

Nice view lounge for T4

1 of 2 lounge at terminal4 , you can use priority pass to access , many seat with electric plug so you can charge your devices . They offer hot food and taste good compared to other lounge . Recommend laksa

Blossom Lounge Changi

I was expecting a top class lounge but found this lounge lacking in food selection. The men’s restroom was extremely dirty and lacked toilet paper. No attention is paid by staff and they are rude. It is obvious this is a low cost lounge and Priority Pass was a waste for me. The food, what little there was, is only local fare. I did like the relaxation area as it had everything need except shower and flatbed. Ok lounge for short stay if not expecting western food or clean restrooms.

Great experience

Great customer service and lots of food choices. They have laksa rice bread, chicken and veggie. Salad is great. Im surprise they even have cup noodles. Overall, we have a great experience dining in.

You’d be better off in departures

Made it to the lounge 2.5 hours early to get a shower but with one broken, I wasn’t able to get one even though I had a very late departure. I didn’t try the food but did attempt for a glass of soda that came out like tea. Since I didn’t get a shower I went to the bathroom to wash up. There was urine all over the floor around the urinals and the toilet stall I chose had the hook broken off and the shelf above the toilet was busted. All in all, just go to a different lounge in a different terminal and if you need to use the toilet, use the ones in the departure lounge as I promise they will be much better kept.

Not worth a single cent. Trust me the quality of the food not worth a visit.

1. The worst lounge I ever stepped in despite being in the world class airport. Juices not refilled for 30mins right from the time i stepped in till I finished my bfast. Likewise, on the bread station and the laksa. Totally cleared. Tissues filled to the top of the bin in the male toilet.

Dirty, poorly equipped with missing basics like glasses and cups and setting a very low bar for a premium lounge.

Frankly pretty appalled at the state of this place, dirty seats and tables , no cups, no glasses and food that looked like it might have been in a soup kitchen. We stayed for five minutes and went downstairs. This is a waste of time and your money unless they make a huge effort to improve the food and clean the place up.

Rest and relax in transit

Napping facility with massage chair was amazing. Very loud on the banging in the kitchen though. On duty staff Miss Josefina is a star. Very helpful and accommodating.

Helpful staff

Staff were friendly and helpful. I asked to use the shower room early since my flight was soon and they gave me priority. Only downside was shower room smelled of cigarette smoke as it was connected to the airport smoking room.

Best Priority Pass Lounge in Singapore!

Best Priority Pass lounge in Changi airport. Lots of open air space with plenty of comfy seating options. Excellent food with some made to order hot dishes like Singapore Laksa which was delicious. Great quality salad bar. Very clean, new and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time or money

This lounge is the worst airport lounge I have ever been in, especially for the cost, 3 hours was around 50.00/person. Over 150/person for over 5 hours but can’t imagine putting anyone thought that much time at such an awful place. The whole place is filthy and I have tried out at least 6 different seating set ups and each one was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t stand it. Food was terrible and very very very limited on drinks, a couple of bees and a couple of different wines Don’t waste your time or money. The rest of the Singapore airport is amazing so was suprised but such terrible lounge!!!

Unless it’s free otherwise skip

The lounge has 2 area - food dining and relax section. Food dining area is very warm I had to use my own neck fan to survive there as there’s no much air circulation probably due to the cooking area of laksa and vegan noodles. Food is pathetic - curry chicken, stir fried fish, mixed veg, white rice, the 2 type of noddles, bread section only butter and strawberry jam. NO ham at all. No sandwiches at all. There’s one type of cheese served. Fruits apples, NO cut fruits. Wine, beer and some can drinks but not of much choice. Should to have icecream but nothing in freezer A notice will be back soon! After meal I walk over relax section, finally I felt aircon. There individual seat area but not very big as it doesn’t have stand alone coffee table next to it. So bag on the floor which I worried it may dirtied as my bag is cloth type. I finally found those chairs so the side table at area overseeing the lower level. Staffs cleared table pretty fast till they didn’t notice my bag is still at the dining area and remove my just filled drink and my wet tissue bag. Which I was kind of unhappy since i purpose put my bag to remind the staff it’s still occupied. After been to T2 and T3 airport lounge, this one totally to my standard can’t make it. I used priority pass to access otherwise need to pay USD35. I probably would have skipped this lounge. Surprisingly it still have high ratings. For sure I will skip and use my pass at another terminal lounge. This will probably be my first and last time

Highly recommended lounge for T4 passengers

Overall its a great lounge with a fair selection of food and drinks on offer. Great design and a good variety of comfy seating to relax or work in preparation for your flight. However, the main bar was closed (not sure why, maybe not enough staff?)

Best experience ever

The staff was amazing, I reach 1:30 am and was there till 4:30. Amazed to see such attentive staff for two guest, they were truly kind and attentive. Just loved the experience.. the manager Caroline was helpful, food was amazing, they accomodated all requests, including shower :) They all deserve a round of applause at least. For me it is one of the best experience.. i travelled many places across the world first time T4 Singapore..

Blossom Lounge

What a pleasure leaving Singapore with a short surest at Blossom Lounge. Such an amazing place, with a wonderful staff in the reception as well as in the lounge. Wonderful buffet starting from soup, appetizers, main dishes fish and mixed vegetables as well as desserts. All kinds of drinks, orange juice, soft drinks and hot drinks.

An enjoyable dinner before departure

While waiting for our departure flight to Melbourne, I patronised this airport lounge at Changi airport Terminal 4 with my wife. We were DCS (Diners Card) credit card holders and the cards entitled each of us to enjoy one yearly complimentary access to selected airport lounges. We thus chose to redeem the benefit at this lounge on this departure trip. The airport lounge is located within the airport terminal 4 near Gate 12. Our flight is at 9 pm and we accessed the lounge with our boarding passes at about 5.30 pm for our dinner and left for our flight boarding at about 7.45 pm. My wife liked the curry laksa while I enjoyed the healthier salad with chickpeas, pickled olives, green macaroni, lettuce, sweet corns, red onions and other green vegetables. The dory fish is quite salty while the cream cauliflower soup tasted more like the canned campbell mushroom than cauliflower. There were corn flakes and oats where you can mix with the fresh milk. Cheese and biscuits are good snack option. The tea bags are limited to English Earl Grey tea as I could not find the green tea I want though there was the canned chrysanthemum tea with less sugar. The red bean soup and the udder ice cream were quite sweet based on my taste. There were canned beer and alcoholic beverages including red wine but we did not consume them. I liked the fusion water of lemon and the orange juice. My wife also liked the curry chicken but I preferred the curry brinjal which were soft and tender. Overall, we enjoyed the food here and the excellent services provided by the staff. The lounge is well located at the 2nd floor with rest seats overlooking the Peranankan Gallery and the heritage shops commanding excellent mesmerising views as we rest at the lounge. We enjoyed the 2 hours dinner and rest here before our departure flight.

A large cafeteria

It was a very long way from Terminal 3 The lounge presentation was very poor and dark looking The food did not look at all appealing It was not at all comfortable Extremely poor value for money

A little disapointing

Not the usual standard I would expect from an Air NZ partner lounge. Food variety wasn't the usual choices but the food there was excellent. aspect of the lounge, furniture etc, showed "tiredness". Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for us.

Best Place to chill for PreDeparture

It’s always a pleasure coming here. The food : The laksa is to die-for and quality is always consistent. Besides this there’s the wide variety of food ie mains like soup chicken rice fish etc. and salads and desserts like cakes green bean soup and even there’s the famous Udders ice cream. The ambience : Tables chairs are widely spaced in a systematic order. There’s even another dining area where you can view the tarmac & also the shops below with their pre-war shoplots architectural facades The staff : Today especially the reception staff Mr James & Ms Shub were extremely courteous & friendly. The clearing staff is also very diligent clearing plates immediately we finished our food. Conclusion : best to chill before a flight

Surprisingly good food !

To be honest, I hate T4 bec it is truncated from the rest of the airport. At least this lounge is the saving grace. Food: Surprising good food with excellent salad offerings and local food. The signature Laksa and Chicken nasi biryani were yummy. There’s even Udders ice-cream (always love it when our lounges/carriers showcase the country’s own brands). Tea selection is a bit dismal but coffee is decent. Seating: Honestly the seating is all very cramp! Like catering for Japanese market instead of international travellers. Toilets: Decent size and clean. Good to have segregated toilets in lounge. Not aware of shower facilities… apparently it exists ! Service: Staff were consciousness and very efficient. Kept the lounge well-maintained WIFI Free and good connectivity.

T4’s little treasure and best kept secret.

The shower facility at the lounge is a real saviour, amazing way to freshen up before a flight. If I am lucky, there will be saffron rice or chicken briyani. The Laksa is a must have. Mary An and her crew - Shubaanaa and the rest will always provide the warmest welcome and attentive hospitality. Flying weekly is made less stressful thanks to this lounge.

Great Experience

The staff at Blossom today were amazing - Josefina, Peem, Beth & Kitty were absolutely lovely customer oriented staff who made us feel very welcome and made the check in process smooth and hassle free. Also provided some helpful recommendations and checked in on us to ask if we needed anything else and if we were doing okay. It created a very hospitable and welcoming environment before our flight. Keep up the good work and hope to visit Blossom Lounge again.

Hard to find

Food was nice. Nice to have a warm shower. Hard to find, transit bus to go to this terminal. Long process

Good lounge with nice food and a quiet and comfortable place to wait for your flight. Good shower facilities and quiet resting areas all around.

Long layover experience

Very clean, organized. But food was limited and below average in taste unlike SG lounges. Best part was the efficient and super-friendly service of receptionist PEEM. She made the visit worthwhile, as she gave me a tour and helped set up my sleeping area. Kup kun krap, PEEM!

My favourite part of this lounge was the professionalism of the duty manager on shift, Ms. Josefina Cayabyab. How she took care of us since we checked in was just above and beyond! She made sure that the whole 6 hours of our stay was so worth it and she constantly checks on us and would always offer us her assistance along with a very bright smile. I can say that she’s one of the best assets of this lounge and It’s by far the best service i have ever received so far plus the amazing amenities that’s in here too. Food is delicious as well and would love to come back here again :)

I had an amazing experience because of the friendliness and attentiveness of your staff named Caroline. She was at the reception and very welcoming and cheerful. After a while, I noticed her at the back helping the service crew to do clearing and top up when lounge is busy. I definitely would be back again. Please help to convey my appreciation towards her! What a gem.
