Cable car ride

Great trip just had difficulty in knowing where to transfer from one cable car two the other. Great views nice trip.

Beautiful view on a clear day

Great way to see the city from an aerial perspective. We didn’t use the cable car on Sentosa island because we couldn’t find the stations and the monorail was very convenient. The view from Mt Fabre was nice at night. We wished we had known about the nice restaurant there but we didn’t do our homework!

Great experience

Unfortunately for us it was raining when we rode the cable car which spoilt the views but it was still worth doing, very good value

Great views

Views were great, staff at the ticket office were a little grumpy, Sentosa its self was old and tired needs a lot of TLC.

Never got to go

I never got to do this activity because Viator failed to send me the QR code in time for me to get on the cable car. All I ever received from Viator was a confirmation email that I had paid, but the cable car company would not allow me to get on without the QR code. I contacted Viator about this and was told that I would receive a refund, but that never happened. I am not sure if I will ever book an activity through Viator again as a result of this experience.

Incredible views

Great views over Singapore, really good value for money and Sentosa Island is a must see for anyone visiting Singapore!

Loved this. Was amazing to experience and was very easy access to travel over to Sentosa island! Worth getting if you want to explore the island

Worth the money !

Breathtaking views AND I rode the cable car not knowing how much I can still scan the code once I get into the island for other cable cars (which were very short and not as exciting as the main one). If you are afraid of heights, this is intense, as it passes a large body of water and is about 15 minutes long, but it’s slow and smooth. It’s even gorgeous at night.

very scummy

we went during the POKEMON promotion, and didn’t realize they also attached POKÉMON stickers on the inside of the cart, invisible to the outside, that blocked your view. The whole experience was just underwhelming with the “sights” being mediocre at best. I don‘t know how the reviews for this experience are so high.

Check before buy how they going to send the ticket.

Never got the ticket, only the booking number and I had to buy it at the ticket window. I'm very disappointed. I went to ride in the morning and they called in the afternoon to offer send me the ticke to my WhatsApp number. Too late for me. I'M Asking for my refund.

great trip took the cable car from faber park to sea aquarium a few changes of lines to get there signage is a bit confusing but staff happy to guide you along the way

Beautiful Ride!

Beautiful ride! We got on about half an hour before sunset, so we saw the sights in the daytime, at sunset, and at night. It was clean, and neat, and very pleasant. It has been a hot day, but the cars were cool with open windows. Great birthday treat!

Not Issuing Ticket

I booked on Viator and the voucher doesn't come with an actual ticket (inconvenient but I can accept as part of the process). Ticket was not issued following the initial voucher/confirmation email so I needed to follow up with MAM Holidays Singapore. In summary here's what I encountered: 1. No one answered the phone when called (out of office maybe) and voice message was full; 2. Two follow-up messages sent via Viator and the only response was 'I will refund' for which I didn't ask; 3. No further communication upon further inquiry about the ticket. It seems the supplier either doesn't have the resources to service or simply doesn't care.

Must do if visiting Singapore

This was a great experience. Spent the day exploring Sentosa and the beach at Siloso. There are tons of trails and things to do for the whole family.

Difficult to find

Trying to work out the system before you go was more complicated than it needed to be. Thankfully once there helpful staff are there to patiently guide you to where you need to be. We found it quite a walk from the mrt station.

A must do

Just loved it all. The pods were cleaning as soon as we stepped off. Great service and polite staff. Thank you

The whole experience of getting a pass was easy, the ride across Sentosa was relaxed and enjoyable. Well worth a ride.

Flying high in Singapore

For a first timer in Singapore, this is a definite must! Catch an overall view of the Singapore river and the magnitude of the island. An island with a great deal of commerce and pleasure, with a lack of traffic as their MRT is state of the art! Enjoy your stay and the scenery offered by taking the skycab...you won't be disappointed!!!
