Great Experience

The absolute benefit of a private tour is the ability to mesh the company's suggestions with what you also want to see and do it on your timetable and abilities. Plus you have the full attention of the driver/guide and the ability to ask questions and alter the plan at any time. This tour absolutely met my expections. Wesley was on time, we laid out the plan and adjusted as we went along. I saw many of the typical highlights but also smaller sights I had read about and wanted to see. He was always waiting for me and I had as much or as little time as I wanted to take. Fully recommend.

City tour of Singapore in a comfortable taxi

We had an amazing day at Singapore. Our driver picked us up from the port and took us to all the main attractions starting from the cable car up to Mount Faber beautiful view of the city. Then taken to gardens of flower dome which we enjoyed immensely. Marina bay roof top was fabulous. Our driver was very informative telling us about the city and how they live. We enjoyed historical Raffles hotel which kept its beauty. Overall we had eight hours of excitement seeing most of the city loved every moment. Recommend this tour.

Great for a full-day tour with small kids

On time and friendly. Very professional. The staff is knowledgeable of the best places to go and eat. The experience was very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend for families with kids who need easy transportation around Singapore

8 hours in Singapore

Lyn was a great guide. She gave us a detailed background on Singapore and catered the tour to our interests. We were picked up on time from the cruise terminal and returned the same. It was easy to communicate with her prior and during the tour. I highly recommend this tour

Overpriced

Although the driver great it was rather expensive as it was mainly just a car service. Tickets were in addition to the $800 price we paid and not worth it in my opinion.

No communication

We are from Ohio and the driver had a very heavy accent so we could not understand him. We also wanted to do a couple of things that he wasn’t happy about

Worthwhile Tour

Wonderful way to see Singapore. Convenient & very comfortable. Really loved having the AC & lots if water thatwas provided. Driver very courteous & accommodating & knowledgeable.

Flexible, friendly, informative

Our driver, ST, picked us up promptly from our hotel at 9AM to begin our day. Since we had taken an evening tour the night before we had already seen the "major" tourist sites, and asked ST to concentrate on the cultural and historical sites, Chinatown, Little India, and the Muslim quarter. He also took us to the historical colonial areas and the botanical gardens where we opted to pay the $3 (senior) entry fee for the seperate Orchid Garden (Beautiful). Both my cousin and I have mobility challenges, and ST made sure to keep walking to a minimum as we requested. When we arrived in Singapore we were exhausted and went straight to our hotel so ST suggested we return to the airport to see The Jewel - so very glad he did Asia was truly a highlight of our tour. On the way back to our hotel, we stopped at the public beach and saw hundreds of tankers backed up, waiting to get into port and watched surfers from the local surf club. Great experience.

Singapore in 8 hrs

Viator has made our tours so easy and everything has gone perfect. Tour operators all in contact with us so we know what is going on. This 8 hr tour by my Singapore holidays was great! Our tour guide Kamisah Samad "sister" was so accomodating. She always had a plan if we wanted to change. We worked around rain but saw so much of the city tables to her. Would highly recommend this type of tour! Thank you!

Beautiful Singapore

Our tour driver/guide did everything to ensure we were satisfied. Although, I don't believe his English understanding was very good. I told him we weren't much for lots of walking. My wife said she wanted to go to Gardens by the Bay. It was fantastic, but the long walk was not what we intended. I said we wanted a traditional Singapore lunch. He said chicken and rice! I said OK. We were taken to a Chinese restaurant. The meal was fantastic, but not what we were looking for. I really don't blame him or even regret our tour. We did basically what we wanted. Had I known I couldn't check our luggage until 3 hours prior to our flight, we would have taken the tour until 5pm. But all in all, we had a good time.

Gorgeous Architecture

We had a wonderful day. Prince our driver was great. He dropped us off at ideal spots for getting the best photos. When we asked about doing the cable car ride from Mt Faber peak he was able to get us discounted tickets that were sent to me electronically before we even arrived at the drop off location. Prince was able to give us a variety of options for lunch. He was always close by when we messaged him that we were ready to be picked up. It was so nice having a driver who knew the city so well, was informative, & punctual. He made it easy to see a lot of the city as well as to learn about the culture in the short time that we were in Singapore. I would highly recommend this excursion.

Disappointed

Dissatisfied, drivers are not trained to take us where the highlights are. They keep asking us where to go. We don’t know !! Thought they’re trained to do that.

The best way to experience Singapore.

Every minute! Wonderful sites and very informative. Learned a great deal of history. Saw things we would have missed. Enjoyed the convenience of being brought to front entrances and agreed time for pu after visit.

Very clean car driven by lynne, suggested a artinuary that took us to most of what we wanted to see but wasnt fazed by our requesting to go see several other out of the way places we wanted to go

Driver lacked...

Driver lacked professionalism did not provide water, could not communicate well and was unable to provide us with suggestions. Pretty poor considering this was our first time in Singapore. Expected more for the money we paid.

Perfect 1st activity in Singapore

Our guide was wonderful! The time flew by. He is funny, knowledgeable, & flexible with our itinerary. Perfect way to spend your first day in Singapore.

Good way to see Singapore

We didn’t have a lot of time in Singapore so we booked this 8 hour private driver tour. Best decision ever. Our tour guide was Ashton. He was supe knowledgeable and flexible fitting in our places we wanted to see. We were able to see much more of Singapore that if we were on our own. It was a very interesting trip. I highly recommend

Our day long tour of Singapore

We booked an 8 hour tour online with Viator just one day before. Our guide/driver St Toh picked us up on time from our hotel. He was very open to what we liked and didn’t wish to do. He suggested a string of ideas and we were happy to go along with them all. He explained a great deal about the Singapore way of life, health care, schools, government and various attractions. With only one day to explore Singapore on our way home from New Zealand to London we wanted to pack in as much as possible and we certainly did that. A tiring day but not one we would have changed for a second. Following a tour in LA this was our second tour with Viator and both were very positive experiences. St was stop on, a pleasant young man, a good driver who was totally customer focused. The only reason we give him five stars is because we couldn’t give him six stars.

El jardín de orquídeas, la pequeña India, pequeña china, los edificios. Pero sobretodo la experiencia y el conocimiento de Lyn, nuestra guía y conductora. Estuvimos en un viaje por el sudeste asiático más de un mes y la. Euro guía que tuvimos fue Lyn, que nos enseñó su país co plenamente.

Nuestra experiencia en Singapore fue excelente. Aparte de la tranquilidad de poder andar todo el dia con las maletas, el poder tener un chófer (Ken) que nos llevara por los lugares icónicos de Singapore, y al final del día en el aeropuerto, hicieron que esas 8 horas fueran bien aprovechadas. Lo recomiendo. Estamos muy contentos con el servicio recibido. !Enhorabuena!
