My first time with duck tours the cruise in the river was amazing and fun. For the pass It was good to have but often some attraction didn’t understand how manage and in the Garden by the bay the only attraction included was Floral fantasy

Fun vee tour package

Worth all the activites, excellent value for the money. Bus only runs 9-5 with first pickup in our area at 1130 and drop off at 1715. So we had no transportation in the morning and none at night after the activities.

A bit disappointing

We saved money by purchasing a Singapore City Pass but there were a couple of disadvantages which became apparent. Firstly the hop on hop off bus is operated by Funvee and the buses were not very frequent and some were single decker with only a few seats in the rear which were open top. Given the temperature you want to be open top so that you cool off and obviously see the city rather than being confined indoors. The commentary was awful, pre-recorded and delivered without headphones. Very cheesy as well with very little actual information about the sights in Singapore. Also the night tour and night cruise were included in the cost of the pass but it was cancelled due to "technical issues". We did manage to get some tickets for the river cruise instead but it was a lot of hassle as we had to go back to the office where you go to collect your pass. I would use Big Bus for hop on hop off if visiting Singapore as they are much better.

Day pass

Would highly recommend buying a 3 day pass. Saved $$$$ and time. Hop on hop off covers all attractions. It would really help to have signage of hop on bus service at stops , so you know where the stops are. Loved Singapore. Thank you.

Great value

Great experience and value. All included in the pass was well worth it. I used Viator in London and was also very satisfied.

Singapore vacation

Did 3 days of hop on hop off. Buses were fairly prompt although be sure to ask the line color or its easy to end up in wrong location. Also roites will terminate and can leave you stranded

Great Deal

I wasn’t sure of what I purchased but this was a great deal. 3 days of Hop on Hop off bus, a night tour of the light show at Gardens of the Bay, Drive thru town & then a river cruise. It also included a choice of 2 other attractions. This deal was well worth the price paid.

Exelent

You can see Singapore with the hop-on hop-off tour. Then you can make the River Boot Tour to see the Laser show at the Marina Bay Sands. Choose two vouchers of many attractions. You can safe a lot of money with the City Pass, because of the included vouchers.

Excellent value

Excellent value for money and to get around major attractions.Covers two routes around the city - each taking around an hour if you stay on without getting off which gives you an idea of which attractions you want to go back to.River cruise very short and you need to find your own way home but viewing of light display at Gardens by the Bay great.Make sure you read conditions with 2 free attractions - some you need to go back to selling point to pick up admission tickets before going.

Good Deal

Reserved this city pass and was able to pick up the pass at the Red Dot Museum. We selected 3 attractions and used the hop on hop off bus extensively. It was worth the money and gave us a good choice of attractions to attend.

<p>Excellent way to see Singapore. Lots of stops throughout the city, plus you get to use the bus to Sentosa Island. River boat tour was part of included city night tour but you have to make your own way back to hotel, which we weren't told about when we booked. Lots of choice for 2 additional trips which saves you loads of money but if they are not on the hop on/off routes, transport is not provided which again, we weren't told about when discussing with the agent. This needs to be made clear.</p>

<p>Great hop on -off bus routes that give you a feel for the city. Takes you to place like the Gardens by the Bay in the daytime. Enjoyed the fact that you could choose the things you wanted to do rather than have a pre-set selection. Very much enjoyed the night tour and river cruise which actually does the evening lights show at Gardens in the bay. The hotel pickup didn't work as it arrived at 9am on the morning we flew into Singapore and we were unable to change it to the following day ticket but the taxi to the collection point wasn't too expensive. It would have been helpful to have a little more detailed information on what the possible options were at the time of booking by creating direct links to the relevant parts of web site rather than having to come out of the three day pass section and go to each place in turn. Sometimes it was only possible to get a close approximation of what might be included eg not clear what was included in the night cruise that was part of the package. Overall though it suited us and proved great value unlike our experience of a similar pass with the same company in Hong Kong where we ended up having to pay out twice for certain attractions due to no paper tickets being issued at the collection point in Singapore you could get everything you need from one stop at the very helpful travel centre.</p>

<p>We selected the Jurong Bird Park and the Marina Bay Sands Sky Park Obeservation Deck (56th floor). We enjoyed both choices emmensely. The process of selecting from the multitude of choices was fantastic. The tour operator we had for City night tour was informative and funny. Overall great tour.</p>
